  Kim is a very talented photographer. We hired Studio Varnika to do our wedding photos and they are incredible. When it came to capturing true, authentic moments from our big day, Kim nailed it. She puts time and effort into every photo and it shows. Our planning process was stressful (as planning weddings tends to be) due to our busy schedules. My husband and I have a toddler and we both work full time. Kim was very accommodating, holding skype calls with us on week nights after our son had gone to bed. Kim was a pleasure to work with. We strongly Studio Varnika and will definitely be asking Kim to do photos for us again in the future.

  Kim was everything we could have asked for. We were able to experience our wedding day feeling intimate, without intrusion, and yet, having beautiful pictures to mark those special moments. Thank you!

  My wife and I could not be happier with the service Kim provided for us. She does everything with such a fun and positive attitude and she really made the whole process easy for us. Highly recommended!

  Working with Kim was truly a delight. She was prompt, relaxed, professional, and flexible to the timing of our event. Kim was able to capture our ceremony and reception artfully without being intrusive and the family and bridal party portraits moved quickly and easily giving everyone ample time to relax before the party started.
  Kim's demeanor kept us feeling comfortable and relaxed and the photos came out beautifully!

  We absolutely loved our wedding pics,, We were very lucky to have found Kim, easy to work with, flexible, great prices, she did such a great job. Some people even mentioned that our pictures looked like they came out of a magazine. Can't wait for her to capture future memorable moments.

  Kim did an absolutely incredible job at our rehearsal dinner (mehndi) and wedding. She took many amazing shots, while being very unobtrusive. We didn't realize how well she captured the events until we saw the photos. We especially appreciated the hard work she did after the event to bring the best out of the photos.

  Kim was fantastic to work with so I wasn't surprised when the photos came out gorgeous but I'm still a bit shocked she caught us looking so good! I had fallen in love with her work for the candid moments but we got some lovely portraits that I'll treasure for the rest of our lives. Kim is a professional, she kindly directed us on how to place our hands and which way to turn and it shows in the photos. The guests couldn't say enough nice things about how she wasn't in the way or obstructing their view during the events. The event staff were blown away by the photos, they had never seen the venue looking as gorgeous as she caught in her lens. Kim has a true gift, if you are lucky enough to have the chance to book with her-take it! You wont regret it.

  +We had a VERY unconventional wedding but she worked with us to come up with an effective solution
  +Captured all the important moments and many spontaneous, cute moments (and was able to recognize important moments when they happened)
  +Cheerful, friendly
  +Stayed later than was stipulated in the contract
  +Proactive with regard to potential non-ceremony photographing opportunities
  +Responsive over phone/sms/facebook/whatever
  +Provided a great online album to share the photos easily
  +Used her own artistic license to make some photos black and white and not color, but was happy to re-edit to color when requested
  +Worked well with our planner
  +Turned some photos around very quickly to allow us to use them in our thank you cards
  -/+ Did not have a particularly good selection of albums to choose from, but agreed to knock down the price when we decided not to use any of them
  -/+ Professional, but at times almost to a fault. Reminder emails about not paying bills came off as sounding rather bill collector-y. In fairness, the bill-paying was late, but given all the craziness of wedding planning and the 1000 things to juggle, talking to her about sending more reminder emails prior to due dates might make things smoother
  +We were pretty paranoid about our requirements for privacy, regarding what pictures we did/didn't want uploaded, whether our names were used, etc, etc... she was very accommodating of all of that.
