I cannot praise Sugar Pine enough! They were amazing caterers to work with! Without a doubt, they made our wedding day spectacular. From our first meeting/tasting with Bailey to the execution of our Wedding day, we were completely blown away. Everyone was incredibly nice and efficient to work with. Bailey responded to all of our emails very promptly and was super flexible with all of the crazy changes we had to make last minute, especially when we had to change venues. The food was phenomenal and everyone really seemed to enjoy it. Bailey managed all of the rentals, which was such a massive help. We loved that they use local farms for all of their stuff. Truly, Sugar Pine helped create our special day. -

Our wedding venue, The St Vrain requires you to go through Sugar Pine which wasn't a problem AT ALL. After we did our tasting, we quickly found out why they want you to use them because the food is SOOO good. We used Sugar Pine for their breakfast food for getting ready, bridal snacks for the bridal and groom's suite in the afternoon, and then all of the reception food. Everything was so on point and so fresh. We barely had any leftovers at the end of the night. Yes the food is amazing, but the staff is even better. I worked with Jessie as my catering manager and she is just the sweetest. There was one night where her and I were emailing back and forth and it was almost 11pm. She was so responsive and thought of everything I didn't for the final touches. Our wedding was perfect, largely due to Sugar Pine and staff! -

After a lot of research and some serious taste-testing, we chose Sugar Pine to cater and provide beverage service for our wedding ... and we couldn't have been happier with the decision! I can't tell you how many compliments we have received on our food. People were saying they were the best tacos they'd ever had! Sugar Pine not only provided great service but they were very accommodating when scheduling meetings, very prompt with responses and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Heather, Bailey and their team! They really did a fabulous job with setting everything up, making it look beautiful and getting everything cleaned up at the end of the night to the standards of our very environmentally conscious venue. -
User2610391 Sent on 05/16/2016I had the pleasure of working with Heather for a wedding. She was so much fun and accommodating. Some of the guest loved the potatoes so much that they wanted more and Heather made it happen. The chef said no problem and whipped up more potatoes for a few of the guest. All of the food was very tasty, not just the potatoes. The food was presented family style which I think made it even more fun and down to earth, since the wedding was outdoors at a farm. Heather's staff was extremely nice and made sure the guest were happy all night...it was a late night. Thank you Heather! -

We planned this wedding in Colorado while living in NYC, and we couldn't have pulled it off so well without Rachel. She is a phenomenal person who really walked us through everything we needed and was responsive to our needs. We needed a lot of communication and photos, since we lived 2,000 miles away and she accommodated. Sugar pine worked very well with our wedding coordinator and photographer. The food was excellent (everyone raved about the Beef cheeks) and the staff was warm and friendly. We are so glad we went with this company. They really made our wedding day vision come true. I would recommend this company to any couples who have "decision fatigue" during their wedding planning, because they can make wonderful recommendations about menus and rentals. Thanks Sugar Pine!

We used Sugar Pine Catering through The St. Vrain on September 11, 2021. We were very impressed by their responsiveness and support leading up to the day, advising on custom catering elements and alcohol amount recommendations. They were very easy and enjoyable to work with!
On the day of the wedding the food and service were incredible. We had multiple friends and family comment on how amazing the food was and we could not agree more! Sugar Pine bartenders also managed our bar. We had 2 custom cocktails and they knocked them both out of the park with both. The service at the bar was quick, and the table service was discrete. We would highly recommend Sugar Pine for your wedding catering! -
User2574633 Sent on 04/12/2016Sugar pine catering did an excellent job with helping me plan my dinner menu and manage my wedding. They are professional and responsive but I never felt pressured throughout the process and they worked with my budget to make sure certain foods were included. The serving staff were excellent and Heather is a delightful and professional person who knows the catering business well.

The food that we had from Sugar Pine at our Estes Park Wedding was amazing! We did family style which is something Sugar Pine offers that not many other catering companies do. We had lots of positive feedback from our guests about the catering staff, the food quality, and the family style dining. We had a fantastic time at our tasting in Longmont and made it easy to pick out the items that we wanted at our wedding. The only complaint we had is that there were times that the communication could have been better. We realize that it was a busy wedding season but there were some delayed responses and a missed meeting with our venue that was a little disappointing. Other than that, we highly recommend working with Sugar Pine! -

I've been having cravings for their focaccia bread since our tasting. Schmancy hors d'oeuvres, lovely meal. They work with several venues. Our venue is marketed as "lush" so that's the vibe we get with them but they're adaptable to the vibe of the client and venue of course.
