    10/10 Experience

    The food was absolutely phenomenal, all the guests were talking about it even days after my event. Cassie the manager was great to work with and the staff that worked during my wedding were wonderful as well! I would recommend this catering to any bride having a backyard reception

    Jack & Jill

    We had our Jack & Jill at Summit View this past weekend. Initially it was supposed to be outside. The weather was getting bad and we even had a tornado watch. Tony was awesome and allowed us to move the event indoors because it was open. He checked on me all night to make sure I was good. Anything I needed, Tony and Lexi were there. They make a great team. I really enjoyed Lexi and her team. They were all very accommodating and super helpful. I highly recommend the Summit View for all party and event needs.

    Wonderful catering!

    I can not say enough good things about the catering Hamels just did for our wedding! Very professional, attentive, helpful! The list goes on. Everyone was raving about the food & the staff made it that much better! Thank you!!

    Couldn’t have asked for better

    Hamel’s catering was a cost effective choice for our wedding and it was so much more than we could have asked for ! Food was delicious, the servers were flexible and accommodating to our needs. Every phone call I had with Hamel’s they were able to provide me with the answers I needed with great, polite service. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a low stress, high quality caterer

    Backyard wedding

    Everything was great from start to finish. Had my wedding in the backyard and was really nervous about everything, turns out there was no reason to be. From planning it and choosing options, to the day of setting up, and the staff. Not gonna lie it was my wedding day and I didn't really get to eat but I heard great things about the food, and the staff was amaing. Will be using them again in the future.

    Absolutely amazing all around

    I can’t say enough about Cassie, Alexis, & Tony at Summit View. They were all amazing and very attentive. The room was set up perfectly, food was absolutely delicious, and service provided to my husband, myself, and guests was top notch! If I had to do this all over again I would choose Summit View again for my wedding venue.

    Amazing food with amazing prices

    My husband and I chose Hamel's Creative catering for our wedding this June and could not have been happier.
    They communicated so well and have amazing options to choose from.
    They ended up helping set up most of our decor and place setting as we had an outdoor reception, and they did the most beautiful job doing so. Not seeing the tables until you arrive can be nerve racking but they worked tirelessly all day to make sure everything was perfect. They were there long before the reception and stayed after to put dishes away and clean them for us. The servers themselves were so friendly and on top of everything!
    As for the food, our guests kept saying how great everything was and I could not agree more! Not only that, but their portions are amazing (we ended up bringing home so many leftovers!). We even had a charcuterie grazing table that they ended up loading more than I thought they would for options which was so beautifully done!
    The service of the staff, and the quality and quantity of the food is outstanding for the price.
    I would highly recommend Hamels for a wedding or event.

    Phenomenal Experience

    Hamels Catering catered out Holiday Party in the office. The team was phenomenal and the food was amazing! Our team has not stopped raving about the food and the service that was provided.

    Great Experience

    Halloween Wedding 10/28/23

    Our experience working with Summit View was a all around great experience. Brenda and the entire staff were there for us from beginning to the end. The food was excellent and we received nothing but praise from all our guests regarding it. The only complaint from guests was that they ate too much and couldn't dance as much as they wanted because they were full!. Highly recommend them for future weddings.

    Wedding sept 28 2024

    We did our wedding outside the pavilion. The hanging rustic theme was exactly what I wanted. They also have white round tables for an extra charge and Im so glad we did it! Everything was perfect! Abbie and her team were amazing!!

    Fantastic food

    The food was so amazing and we got a lot of compliments on it throughout the night and the next day! When we had our tasting, it was very difficult to decide what we wanted for our wedding because everything was SO good. Highly recommend!

    Amazing wedding experience with Hamels!

    We are so glad that we chose Hamel’s to cater our wedding! The food was delicious and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Our guests definitely ate their fill and told us they loved it! We would highly recommend Hamel’s for any similar events. Additionally, Brenda was absolutely amazing to work with. Flexible, checked in often, was on top of everything!

    Wedding reception

    Hamel’s provided the catering for my son and daughter-in-law’s October wedding reception in Amherst, MA. Brenda made the planning process personal, easy and relaxed; she was highly responsive and didn’t miss a single detail.

    For our casual event, we opted for banquet-style serving—our guests loved it because they could graze all night long! The Hamel’s team smoothly transitioned from appetizers to entrees to desserts. The team on-site at our event was just the best! They managed to be attentive and professional, while at the same time friendly and unobtrusive. It’s worth mentioning that it rained pretty much the whole evening, and the Hamel’s team was in and out of the weather all night long—they took it in stride! The food was absolutely delicious—we heard wonderful comments from our guests.

    I highly recommend Hamel’s.

    Our Jack n Jill

    We planned a Jack n Jill celebration at the pavilion. The service was OUTSTANDING. The crew we had were extremely helpful, fun and just couldn't have been nicer. The food was amazing and the price per plate just can't be beat. I highly recommend the Summit View and Hamel's Creative Catering for all of your celebrations WITHOUT HESITATION.

    Great Food and service

    Catered our wedding last Sat 8.5.23. Delivery on time. Very professional service. The food was fantastic, Our guests were impressed at the quality. We had it catered for 50 but I think it would have easily fed 75 . Multiple guests took food home and we are still eating the leftovers two days later. Chicken cordon blue, Yankee pot roast and stuffed shells ( which were huge) were all excellent. Many comments on the quality of the salad too. Thank you Hamels for doing such a good job.

    Great Venue

    Summit view was just what we were looking for our wedding! Brenda Lee was amazing and helped us through figuring out our wedding. She was very responsive. They recently added an archway and it was a beautiful location for the ceremony. The staff was very professional and helpful. The food was delicious, everyone loved it. For the services that were provided it was a great value! We had an amazing day!

    More then professional

    We cannot say enough about Hamel’s.

    The place to start is obviously the quality of the food. I think there is no better confirmation that the food is fantastic then when guests come up to you or at your wedding to ask about the food. We had multiple people approach us interested in utilizing hamels in the future because of how good the food was.

    However, for my wife and I, what really stood out was their flexibility. We had to make a few last minute changes in the final two weeks and the folks at Hamels were more then willing to accommodate. Professional does not do them justice.

    On-site all the staff were wonderfully friendly offering to make my wife and I plates for later when they realized we slowly would not have time to eat.


    In final, if we were to get married again there is no caterer we would rather use.

    They were exceptional.

    Best Wedding Vendor, Cater

    Let me take a moment and tell you about the greatest place . Not Only do they have beautiful property for inside or outside weddings and really good food, Brenda Lee is so amazing to work with. long story short, we planned on doing our wedding on their grounds but universe had other plans for me and my now husband. I emailed Brenda and told her we had to pull out, i was expecting to lose my deposit of 1,000. She asked me what was going on and if we still would like to do catering with them and use our deposit towards food for our now DIY picnic wedding. That food was delish. i would recommend them to anyone.

    Great Food Great People

    I cannot express how amazing my wedding day was. Throughout my planning Brenda was super responsive and helpful. I didn’t know what I was doing half the time as a new bride, but Brenda was extremely kind and patient and helpful. The day of my wedding was amazing. The grounds for the ceremony were beautiful, and inside for the reception everything was set up exactly how I wanted it. Every single guest raved about the food and Chef Tony came to check on us multiple times throughout the night. The waitstaff was incredible and so attentive! I highly recommend Summit View and Hamel’s for your wedding!

    Good company, great food and wonderful service

    I’m happy to leave a good review for this catering company. They, very happily, catered our daughters wedding for 75 guests in just 2 months notice. They were quick with all the details and helped with suggestions for everything we needed. I will continue to recommend them to all my friends and acquaintances.

    November Wedding

    The venue was very beautiful, great prices as well. The staffs were amazing, very helpful and willing to work with you. Our day was perfect, we wish the ceremony set up was better as we want everyone facing up front and we had everyone sitting down but overall, it was amazing. The food was great and delicious!

    Outstanding in "All Facets of The Game" from FOTB

    Hamels Creative Catering, Brenda Lee and the on-site team helped make our wedding a huge success! The food was excellent, servers professional, courteous and very personable. Brenda Lee was a great help, "hand holding," throughout the process. She gently offered suggestions and options to the many things we didn't know about and was always an email or phone call away.
    I can't say enough about our experience, It far exceeded our expectations and the cost was very fair compared to other places we looked at.
    I recommend Hamels without reserve or hesitation to anyone looking for a high end caterer at a reasonable price!

    Lovely venue

    The site and staff were absolutely wonderful!! We got a tons of complements on the food and the staff were so helpful! It was also the perfect fall location and timing!!
