I would recommend!
Laura was such a pleasure to work with! She was responsive and professional during the entire planning process, and took time to understand our vision for our wedding. Laura was also very accommodating. She made a floral headpiece for my hair trial and even drove to my hotel to deliver it to me! The flowers were one of the most important parts of our wedding and we couldn't have been more thrilled with the outcome. The florals turned out absolutely beautiful, especially my bouquet!!! She also provided flowers for our cake, which looked stunning! Laura is lovely, incredibly kind and easy to work with. I would recommend Laura's Sunfresh Flowers for any of your flower needs! -

Michelle Sent on 09/21/2018i could not recommend Laura enough, my flowers were gorgeous and fresh, beautiful floral crowns, and the decor was beyond anything I imagined! She also helped out a tremendous amount with setting up my reception and bringing all of my decor pieces together. Seeing that I threw my wedding from out of town I didn't get a chance to walk through the venue very often so it was huge relief and beautiful surprise seeing how gorgeous the reception venue was!

We booked Laura for our wedding and were very happy she was able to be flexible with pricing during COVID. We expected a high quality of service as we had only heard positive reviews. This was not our experience. After meeting with Laura a few times to discuss it exactly what we wanted for our wedding i was devastated when my bouquet arrived on the day of my wedding. She threw together some fall florals which were beautiful. But she left out the main flower I asked for that she said she would be able to special order. When I emailed her asking what happened she asked my why I was emailing her on my wedding day and she insisted something else had gone wrong with my wedding because it certainly could not have been her work. Everything else for my wedding day was perfect. We had to settle for the florals she provided. Again, they were lovely- but absolutely not what we ordered.Sunfresh Flowers's reply:
Hello Emily,
I’m sorry this is how you viewed the experience. When we had our consultation you told me you were on a budget. It was a lot of work for me to accommodate your budget and I was trying to do something nice for you so you could have flowers on your wedding day. I worked with the budget you had and put a lot of work into your bouquets. When you requested the certain flower I told you I would do the best I could, but that flower is tough to get during this time of year, especially with the budget we discussed. I did my best to put together a bouquet you would love surrounding your budget. You had emailed on the day of your wedding once I had already worked really hard on your order, and it takes time to make my arrangements and there wasn’t much I could do by that point in time. Once again I’m sorry for this being your experience, and I hope the rest of your wedding day worked out well.
