Sunset Bluffs Wedding

This venue is absolutely stunning! I had a few venues on my list when we were looking to secure one. Sunset Bluffs was the only one we got to see because we fell in love from the moment we pulled up. Sharon was the best and communication with her was top notch. She was always quick to respond to whatever questions or requests we had. Of course it rained on my day, but Sharon was right there with all the options and was ready for whatever I decided and I really appreciate her and the staff for accommodating us. We got so many compliments on how beautiful everything was and how good the food was (Mosaic). We stayed in the house overnight and kept the party going afterwards and made breakfast for everyone in the morning. The house is amazing!! Sunset Bluffs is 10 out of 10 I highly recommend!!!

An Excellent Experience!

The management and crew work seamlessly together! They think ahead and are prepared every step of the way. They are also very flexible and ready for “Mother Nature”. They take time to walk you through every step and make sure that all your wishes are granted, they even go that extra mile.

Dream wedding!

From the moment my husband and I first drove onto the Sunset Bluffs property, we knew that we had to have our wedding at this venue! The scenery and tasteful atmosphere that the venue exudes is reason enough to book with them. We really wanted a location where we could have every aspect of our wedding at, including the ceremony, pictures, cocktail hour, and reception. The open layout of the property makes it very appealing to guests to enjoy the views and ambiance of Sunset Bluffs. Sunset Bluffs was always on top of communication and being open with us during the planning process. There were very knowledgeable about wedding planning and were able to assist with the many questions I had! Sharron was amazing to work with on our wedding day with helping to coordinate vendors, guests, and timelines. Sunset Bluffs was a dream wedding for us, and we were so blessed to work with them!

Sunset bluffs is a dream come true!

I cannot recommend Sunset Bluffs enough. Not only did Sharron and Gretchen make sure my day was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT, the venue is gorgeous and my friends and family were amazed when they turned onto the property. Sharron is an amazing communicator and made sure to answer all of our questions thoroughly and in a timely manner, and made sure we had everything we needed leading up to the big day. Gretchen was absolutely incredible day of. She knew exactly what was happening at any moment and made sure I didn’t have to worry about anything except having a great time. Their catering company, Mosaics, was also WONDERFUL and their food was DELICIOUS! The whole experience was wonderful and I could not recommend them enough. Any brides to be looking for a fairytale wedding, Sunset Bluffs is for you!

Amazing Experience

What can I say but “WOW!”. Sunset Bluffs is an amazingly beautiful venue that would make any wedding day perfect. Luckily, you also get the chance to work with Sharon and Gretchen who make the whole experience smooth and easy. They are excellent communicators who go above and beyond. Their efforts guaranteed that my daughter’s wedding day was the perfect fairytale that she dreamed of. They made sure that nothing was forgotten which was priceless to me, and I can’t thank them enough. I wholeheartedly give a 5-star recommendation. Believe me, you will not be disappointed.

Breathtaking views amazing food , fantastic place

Gretchen was an amazing help with the wedding, she helped so much with the timelines and helped make sure everything stayed according to the plan, she also drove us in her personal vehicle so we could get sunset pictures on the bluffs, the venue is a little expensive, but that the price you pay to have everything in one place, I would give my experience 10 stars if I could, and mosaic did a fantastic job with our food all of our guest where saying how good it was and how they wanted more!

Absolutely Amazing

The venue is absolutely stunning. Our whole wedding part was blown away with the ability to stay in a mansion on the property. The guest all enjoyed taking in the views and playing yard games during reception and cocktails hour.
The crew was all so down to earth and easy to work with. Gretchen and Sharron met with us twice before the wedding to discuss details and finalize time lines. I felt like everything went off great and we couldn't be more satisfied. Our wedding was amazing.

A Perfect Start to Our Marriage!

Had an absolutely fabulous experience hosting our wedding at Sunset Bluffs. Our day was smooth and perfect, which was made possible due to Gretchen, Pat and Sharron. We had no worries during our day as we trusted the Sunset Bluffs team to take care of everything, to which they went above and beyond on.

We received so many compliments from our guests on our venue as we were lucky enough with weather to truly utilize the entire grounds-- married outside, cocktail hour under the tent, dinner inside and then back outside to dance the night away! The best part is that the venue is SO beautiful on it's own, that we really did not need much at all in terms of decorations, giving us one less thing to worry about!

11/11 Aylward Wedding

Our wedding was on 11/11/23 at Sunset Bluffs and it was absolutely glamorous! We booked with sunset Bluffs venue over two years ago and both Sharron and Gretchen were very detail oriented and the quality of service was beyond expected! Perfect Venue

Our wedding was on 8/28/20 and it was perfect even during Covid-19. Frederick was so responsive, cooperative, and very easy to work with. Not only was HE helpful, but our photographer, Danielle, was a blast to work with. This venue is so beautiful and they did everything in their power to make our guests feel comfortable during Covid-19. Even the bartenders were super friendly and fun to be around. This property is very clean and well taken care of. I recommend this venue to anyone and everyone that wants to have plenty of space, a relaxing event, and a good old fashioned PARTY.

My husband and I both love the staff and are so grateful that we found this venue.

Sunset Bluffs was the perfect choice for our ceremony and reception. We were looking for a place that was modern and a place that incorporated the beauty of the outdoors during the fall since we had a fall themed wedding. Although some were initially surprised by cost, for what it included it was very reasonably priced! Fredrick was efficient, attentive and worked with us on getting the most for our money without going over budget. We received so many compliments on having our wedding here. I can't imagine going anywhere else! It was perfect!

Best Venue out there!

If we had to plan everything all over again, we would be back at Sunset Bluffs in a heartbeat! Thank you for providing such a beautiful and modern space for our best day yet! We can't wait to see how Fred continues to flourish and grow at the Sunset Bluffs venue. It’s a must see venue!

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! From start to finish, Fredrick and his staff made our wedding dreams come true. They are prompt, knowledgeable and beyond helpful. The service was spectacular. My guests said it was the best wedding food they have ever had. The bartenders made amazing drinks and people rarely had to wait. The night started and ended perfectly, I am beyond happy with my experience. If you are looking for a wedding venue in the STL area, this is it. No need to look further. You won’t regret it!!!!

We were so satisfied with the customer service, the attention to detail, the atmosphere and overall outcome of our wedding day. Our guests have continued to tell us what a wonderful time they had celebrating “us” at this venue. If you have to do taken a peek at the hidden gem you need to!

One of a kind experience

My wife and I got married here last year. She chose this location because of the scenery and I was sold after seeing the groom’s lounge with tvs and a pool table. Fredrick and his staff were responsive through email and phone calls for our many questions, they made the venue available for us on multiple occasions to visit as part of the planning process, they knew exactly what to do, when, and how to do it.

Fredrick and his staff made sure that our plans were kept on task and if anything arose we were notified immediately to resolve. Planning the wedding was truly my biggest fear but the entire time we were at ease knowing things were being handled. My groomsmen loved the secluded bluffs and kayaking. Thanks a million!

A Family Favorite

We absolutely love this venue, it’s the second time a member of our family has been married here. All of our guests couldn’t believe we were still in Missouri. We also appreciated how privately tucked away Sunset Bluffs is compared to other venues around STL. No place like Sunset Bluffs,

We were excited the moment we stepped foot onto Sunset Bluffs! This was EXACTLY where we knew we had to get married! We were looking for a venue that showed a piece of who we are as a couple and this property did just that. The atmosphere Fredrick created is truly breathtaking; from the bluffs, the sunsets, the lake and sandy beach we felt at home. The staff really do care about you and your guests and their love of the space shows in all the little details they've created to make it beautiful. The space itself is so well designed and at such a great price! Highly recommend Sunset Bluffs for your special day!

As the only daughter in the family, my father wanted my “BIG DAY” as special as they come. At Sunset Bluffs we got just that and more! We exchanged our vows against a backdrop of bluffs and water on the sand surrounded by those who mattered most. Sunset Bluffs will forever be amongst the most special, memorable, and desirable places to our family thanks to Fred and his staff.
