  Our 50th Wedding Anniversary party was a HUGE success. Our guests are still talking about how fun it was and what a great DJ we had. They commented specifically on the Love Story which is unique to Surround Sound and we loved it too. If you are looking for a DJ that offers more than just music, I highly recommed John at Surround Sound.
  Had my first meeting with John at Surround Sound to discuss plans for a 50th wedding anniversary event. Was expecting to discuss just the music agenda for the party, but am so impressed with John's professionalism and ideas on how to make it a fun experience, not only for us but for our guests as well. It will be so much more than just music. Am looking forward to the rest of the planning stages heading to September. John has taken the worry out of it for me. Linda

The team at Surround Sound put on a great presentation that got us dreaming about our wedding day.   John and his done did my wedding reception and dance June 11, 2016. They were so amazing and so personal! I really loved that he would find us and ket us know what we were going to be doing next. The love story he created from our words was so touching and a wonderful addition. Everyone was out on the dance floor the whole night, and he catered to all ages of music tastes! Would recommend his to anyone!

  John was fantastic at the wedding. He came prepared and delivered on his promise. He did his job fast,even with very short time to do it and well. He was funny and made people laugh. He played great music and responded to people's requests. Unfortunately we couldn't have the party all night because it would have been a hell of a party! Also he took photos of the guests and took one of me with the bride and the picture captured the perfect moment!
  I would recommend him to anyone.

  Surround sound is absolutely amazing! I couldn't have asked for a better DJ for our wedding! You are not just a client to him you are family! He not only kept the great music playing he kept everyone happy and kept the night in order! He walks around and gets requests from family and friends which makes a huge difference! I don't know what we would have done without him! Highly recommend John and surround sound! If you're u want your night amazing and stress free he is the one to call! The ratings can't go high enough for us to express our happiness and gratitude for the night and memories he helped us make!!

  Surround Sound was great! John took care of everything at the reception and had a variety of music for our dance! I also loved that they took pictures during the dance and captured some great moments! Surround Sound is very professional and would highly recommend to anyone!

  John with Surround Sound was very fun, energetic, and kept the crowd going at our wedding reception. We all had an awesome time! He had an excellent music selection and he played all of our requests. He was professional and had open and prompt communication during the planning process.

  Rich from Surround Sound was amazing! He had us fill out paper work to tell him more about us as a couple and then after we had it filled out he had a meeting to make sure he had all of the songs that we wanted to hear. There was always someone on the dance floor. We also had a lot of children there and he made sure that every age group was entertained! I will keep recommending Surround Sound as a DJ!

They put together the ceremony music as well as the reception and dance music within a couple days notice. They kept the dance floor full the whole time up until the last song.   Thank you Ronda for the great review! This was one of Michael's first dances, we had received a phone call from Ronda on the Wednesday prior to the wedding as they could not get a hold of their DJ and were getting worried, so they called me and as soon as she knew we had an opening she booked us before we had a chance to talk about terms etc. 72 hours later, Michael was doing their ceremony reception and dance. According to Ronda, guests were very impressed with Michael's MC and entertainment skills and more so the fact that he was only 17 years old.

  John and Rich were beyond helpful in getting my son's reception off the ground. We planned a wedding in Vegas and a reception at home all within 4 months of the engagement. At times I was a stressed out mom not knowing which direction to go. But, whenever I would call John or Rich they were sure to calm my nerves and help with anything they could. They didn't just stop at the duties of the DJ services, they were willing to help with anything! I will most definitely hire Surround Sound again for the next event in which we need a DJ.   John was so great to work with. You can tell he really cares about his clients and providing them with the best DJ experience possible. He took the time to get to know us before our wedding and put a personal touch on the ceremony that I would doubt you see anywhere else. John went way above and beyond our expectations.   John at Surround Sound was an AWESOME DJ! We had a friend lined up for our DJ at first and then something happened with his schedule and was unable to make it. We were in a scramble with about 4-5 months left before the wedding. I was looking around online and found Surround Sound. I gave John a call and he was so friendly on the phone and was so flexible to work with us. I couldn't wait to meet him in person. Right away he sent us a couple forms to fill out about what kind of music we liked and who was all in the wedding. On that form you also get to specialize how everyone in the wedding party is announced at the reception. That was so much fun picking out the different songs for every couple in our wedding. Oh and the games you have to choose from to play at the reception. John made it so much fun and really gets into the reception. Our wedding was outside in a tent on the most rainiest day of the year. (The year of the Flood). It didn't matter what the weather was doing outside John made it a day to remember. We had a little short with the plugins of the sound equipment with the rain, but that didn't stop us. John and my dad moved things around and fixed it all and we were back dancing in the rain. John knew exactly what kind of music to play, there was never a time that we didn't have a crowd on the dance floor. He was taking pictures of all the fun and at the end of the reception he gave us a disk with all the pictures of family and friends dancing away. That right there is a wonderful DJ! I would recommend John at Surround Sound to everyone!! Thanks so much for making my wedding day the best!! :)

  Surround sound was the dj for our daughters wedding. They were fun and kept everyone dancing. They were reasonably priced. We had a great experience with them. I would recommend them for any event. They are a fun group and they are very professional to work with.

  We used surround sound for our wedding, he had done two weddings before we were married and like how personal he made their weddings feel. For our wedding, the uplighting was done well and song selection were two things we had no complaints on.
  However, there were several "events" that did not go as planned. For our bridal party entrance, people's names were pronounced incorrectly, their relationship to the bride/groom was also incorrect. At one point, the DJ said that the bride's grandparents were the groom's grandparents, causing confusion amongst the entire crowd. We had a seating chart as well and the DJ was to call off the numbers, our parents being at tables 1 and 2. However, the DJ called off tables starting at 14 leaving our parents and close family behind.
  Our parents eventually went around dismissing tables, as the DJ was not doing his job. We had several members of our bridal party instructed the DJ as well, they knew what was going on better than the DJ.
  Certain parts of our reception that we had planned (the Shoe Game, etc.) did not happen at all. At one point, our DJ was standing on top of a speaker dancing and singing, kind of a "stealing the spotlight" moment.
  Throughout the process, we felt confident in our choice of DJ, but when it comes down to remembering our special day-- this is one vendor we wouldn't recommend

  Certain parts of our reception that we had planned (the Shoe Game, etc.) did not happen at all. At one point, our DJ was standing on top of a speaker dancing and singing, kind of a "stealing the spotlight" moment.
  Throughout the process, we felt confident in our choice of DJ, but when it comes down to remembering our special day-- this is one vendor we wouldn't recommend
