  Susan was great to work with! We had a very tight budget, and we were planning a small out of town wedding. She worked with us to put together a package that fit our needs and our budget. Susan is very professional and has a great eye for the pictures she takes! I think part of the perks included in working with Susan is that she does this part time, and so she can be more flexible but doesn't need to cut any corners. I think she did an amazing job and we look forward to working with her in the future!!

  Susan was my wife and mines wedding photographer. She also did our engagement pictures and always gave us all digital files within 24 hours. Her work is so exceptional it doesn't need that extra time for editing, we saw this when we shot our engagement photos with Susan. Besides having a great time with her when we thought we weren't going to like getting this job done, she showed us all of our photos right there, on location, and when the photos were online the next day, there wasn't any changes I could see, he original work is awesome.

  Susan was my wife and mines wedding photographer. She also did our engagement pictures and always gave us all digital files within 24 hours.   She did our wedding in January of this year. Susan explained to us the stories people have written online due to her initial year of way too much business, but has figured out the business end now and is really looking forward to only a few weddings each year now. She posts all photos online within a day or two and hands out cards at events with the engagement picture on it with the log in information for the wedding pictures so all friends, family and whoever else was at the wedding can see what she took within a day. We loved that, so did the parents, cousins, aunts, uncles, etc.
  We did our own album, and Susan helped with suggestions throughout the process.

  After the wedding, I was unable to get my order fulfilled for over a year. There was a lack of communication that was unprofessional and it was only when I contacted a local Consumer Advocate program that my order was fulfilled.

  Susan was very flexible in packages and her work looked beautiful (although all outside). I had MANY problems with her, that apparently, may have been worked out but I still want to WARN people.
  She wanted all money up front (standard is 50% and remainder at event) but since we were 3 weeks from the event, ok. I had to demand a copy of our contract the night of my rehearsal and at my own expense! She had a detailed list of photo's to take and maybe took 15%? I never even saw her at the reception. I had to demand a copy of our contract the night of my rehearsal and at my own expense! She had a detailed list of photo's to take and maybe took 15%? I never even saw her at the reception. Not ONE ceremony photo turned out (these were most important to me!). Her partner took wonderful, photos and I know HE did because SHE is IN them. The photo's were printed at Longs on 1/4/07 and picked up that day. She stalled for 6 weeks after initially telling me 2. She finally delivered them; handed me a box and said "This used to be may favorite part" and left. I had numerous photo's that were requested (and we TOOK) missing. I spent 7 months going back and forth with Susan over emails with a new story every other week. I begged her to work with us to fix the problem and she wouldn't. I have only ever spoken with Susan on the phone once ~ she doesn't answer and does not return phone calls.
  I gave in and put together the best album I could and put an order together to end the nightmare. I was told on December 17 it would take 8 weeks. There was another fiasco to get the delivery that was supposed to come UPS; then according to her FedEx messed up and then it was hand delivered (some photo's having been printed that day!) and the order was incorrect. She told me that my album was terrible and she would redo it if I picked better photo's. After crying from MONTHS of frustration and this insult I asked her what she would suggest ~ her response was "Nevermind, don't worry about it".
  I took her to court and was told an entirely different story there. She told the judge that she had been sued 10 other times and was able to resolve each case ~ why not mine? I lost my case...why I have no idea. I am not an unreasonable person and she openly admitted to having problems. She has multiple BBB reports against her and had many of her clients literally call me a liar on my YELP review.
  
  She had talent with outside photos. She apparently has worked out many bugs. But she ruined my wedding photo's, blamed me and I have NEVER been able to get my order completely filled. She was unreasonable, rude and cold to my wedding party.
  
  Please review her indoor photo's if you have an indoor wedding. I will never get my ceremony back and I NEVER even got an apology!
  
  With it being wedding season, I just cannot have good reviews out there without telling my story.

She had taken the photographs for one of my friend's wedding and I wanted to order a print from that wedding. I ordered the print, gave her a check for $20 and never heard from her. Several months passed and I began to worry because I did not recieve the print I had ordered. When I e-mailed her, she said she lost my check and I had to have a cancelled. I began to e-mail her about the print and she never responded. The only way I got her attention was by sending her a letter throug certified mail! I told her that because of her lack of professionalism and followthrough, I had reservations about her doing my wedding. She aplogyzed and offered to send me my deposit back. I never got it. I e-mailed her repeatedly and she completely ignored me. She never showed up to my wedding, and I never got my $400 back. Thankfully I got another photographer. I later reported her to the BBB and realized that she had several other complaints about similar situations.
