Swan Lake helped to make my wedding a dream! From start to finish they were accommodating and constantly checking in to make sure everything was going how we wanted. Sophia made all the prep work a breeze making time to always answer questions and met whenever we could. The wedding day went perfectly! They were able to switch on the spot based on our guests needs. They even sent out someone for a certain alcohol that was requested right as cocktail hour was starting! We got countless compliments about the bartenders, the waitstaff, chef, and Sophia, All our guests said at least one if not more staff members checked in with them personally to make sure everything was too their liking. The food was incredible and we got so many compliments on it especially with the seconds they come around with! We have not stopped hearing how perfect the wedding was and that it was one of everyones favorite weddings they attended. I would recommend Swan Lake and their wedding package vendors to everyone!

My husband and I got married at Swan Lake Caterers on February 2nd, 2024. I can’t rave enough about this place! Initially I was interested in Swan Lake after hearing about their affordable pricing. Little did I know that I was going to fall in love with every aspect of this venue. They offer incredible packages. My husband and I booked the decor package with Elena. Since I did a lot of DIY projects for my wedding, it was incredible not having to stress about decoring the venue/creating centerpieces. Elena did an amazing job making sure the venue incorporated our color scheme. Everything was perfect and absolutely beautiful! The food is out of this world! Charlie is incredibly passionate about his cooking, and it shows! I was adamant about having delicious food at my wedding, and Charlie did not disappoint! The staff exceeded our expectations! During the planning process, they were more than accomodating in every way. As we got closer to our wedding day, and the more meetings we had, they began to feel like family. The day of our wedding, my strap broke on my wedding dress and my bridal attendant (Mary) sewed my strap for me and got me back on the dance floor in no time! It lasted all night!

The chef, Charlie, was absolutely amazing. We had 50% vegan wedding and the guests RAVED about the vegan selections!

Sophia was our main point of contact the entire time of planning. We could not ask for a better person to have worked with!

My husband and I got married here on 09/17/2023. Swan Lake Caterers exceeded all of our expectations. We had an outdoor tent wedding with 175 guests and it went seamlessly. Aside from the tent being absolute stunning, the Swan Lake staff were amazing. I would strongly recommend getting married here. Swan Lake also has the most incredibly vendors included in there packages including, High Voltage Entertainment, Capture the Moment Studios for photography, and Frank's Bakery. I cannot say stress enough how amazing this place is. The event coordinator, Sophia, is the best! She helped us every step of the way. Get married here!!

My husband and I got married at Swan Lake Caterers this past weekend. From start to finish, this has been the best experience of my life! The staff at Swan Lake was extremely knowledgeable, organized, accommodating and kind. The grounds are breathtaking for photos and an outdoor ceremony. We had an outdoor cocktail hour as well which was under a beautiful tent. Not to mention, this venue is more affordable than majority of the others on Long Island. To start, Sophia handled all things planning. She was extremely helpful and quick to answer all texts, calls, and emails (no matter the time of day). She always made us feel welcome and I literally referred to her as bestie on the day of lol. Next up, Charlie! He is the fabulous chef and creative mind behind all things food at Swan Lake. My fiancé and I actually chose Swan Lake because of their extensive vegan options— something that you will not find at other venues. Charlie helped us curate a perfect menu with options for all guests. From cocktail hour all the way through to dessert, we received so many compliments on the beyond delicious food. When we told Charlie we wanted something different for our dinner, he literally made us a tray of the most amazing vegan lasagna I’ve ever had! During dinner, he came out of the kitchen to speak to each table individually and offer them seconds, which many people took as the food was phenomenal. The only complaint I have about the food is that I can’t have it every day! When I came back to the venue following our wedding day, I literally asked if they had any leftovers from cocktail hour because it was THAT GOOD. Up next we have the amazing duo at Swan Lake who made our day run seamlessly— Elena and Mary. Elena was the maitre’d and she also does their decor package (beautifully if I may add), and Mary was my bridal attendant. Elena made sure everything flowed and took care of any issues that would arise or questions I had. Mary literally ran around with me the entire night, kept me fed and got me all the drinks I needed, and most importantly tried tailoring my dress 50x when the bustle kept failing. Elena and Mary were so kind and accommodating, by the end of the night I deemed them honorary aunties to my future children lol. Additionally, the waitstaff and bartenders were extremely attentive and helpful throughout the entire night. Last but not least, you need to book with their preferred vendors, High Voltage Entertainment for DJ/MC and Capture the Moment for photography. Multiple people raved about how this was the best wedding they had ever been to and I think it is because of the amazing team at Swan Lake and their preferred vendors. If you don’t book here, you’re missing out! Trying to figure out what event I can have at Swan Lake next!

This venue was a no-brainer for us upon visiting. We were looking for an outdoor tented space and though it was further out on Long Island and we intended, it was worth the trip. Sophia made planning a breeze and met us with enthusiasm and flexibility throughout the entire process. The day of, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and accommodated. The day was more than we dreamed of and the food was outstanding and plentiful. I cannot recommend them enough

We chose Swan Lake for our reception for every reason: the grounds are gorgeous, the people are awesome, there's only 1 wedding at a time, and the food is simply spectacular.

Our wedding was planned with only 6 months before our big day. Once we walked into the beautiful foyer and were greeted by Sophia, the decision was easy. Chef Charlie is more than just accommodating -- he's an active part of menu planning and handling guests' different dietary needs. Elena and Sophia made sure every part of our day went perfectly, and that's no exaggeration. From the planning to the table charts to timing, guest-wrangling, decor and making sure the guests of honor were taken care of, we were in good hands the entire time!

Capture the Moment handled photography and video. Jessica and Dave gave us some stunning shots for our engagement shoot, the "getting ready" gallery, and of course the main event. Amazing.

We went with High Voltage (HVDJ) for DJ and MC tasks, and these guys kept the party hopping the entire time. Anthony and Angelo were awesome!

Swan Lake Caterers was beyond the best! We had an outdoor ceremony with a tented reception and it was the wedding of our dreams. From the food, to the location, to the incredibly helpful and sweet service- if I had to do it all over again, I would in a heartbeat. (although let's hope this is our first and only wedding) We had a slightly less traditional styled wedding and they accompanied every request stunningly. Forever in awe of how seamlessly the day went by and will always hold a special place in my heart for Swan Lake.

There are so words strong enough to describe how wonderful the team is at Swan Lake Caterers. I had my wedding there last weekend and I'm still on cloud 9 thinking about how wonderful it was. Sophia (event coordinator) was there every step of the way. Answered all my silly questions and concerns. Elena (maître d' and decor designer) brought all my visions to life. She called and communicated incredibly well to make sure everything was exactly what I wanted. Mary (bridal attendant), wow. God bless Mary! Our bridal party was fun, loud, and rowdy. She knew exactly how to handle us. Every time I turned around, Mary was there with a smile and a drink. Charlie (owner and chef) is so kind and caring. He was the reason we signed on with Swan Lake because he was sincere and transparent. The day of the wedding, he came out of the kitchen and gave me a big hug. He also went around during cocktail hour speaking with my guests and asking how the enjoyed the food. Working with Swan Lake was like working with family. Hugs were given throughout, during, and after. They are amazing people that made my wedding an absolute dream and I can’t thank them enough! 💛

We had our wedding here this past December, and it was literally a flawless evening. We had a smaller wedding approximately 85 people, and everyone raved about the food and staff! I was reassured that I wouldn't need a wedding planner, and while I trusted them, I was a bit worried. Well, they MORE than delivered. The night was flawless and there was ample support throughout the night. They utilized all our personalisations seamlessly. Jill my bridal attendant was awesome and was on top of everything- literally read my mind all night. Elena and Sophia (design and event coordinator) ensured that we all knew where to walk/stand since we didn't have a rehearsal dinner. They were also patient and helpful throughout the planning process-they even entertained my mom who called about 100 times lol! Lastly, Charlie is a master chef, and really lives for his craft. Everyone raved about the dinner, cocktail and even palate cleanser. He even came out to meet the guests which was awesome. I would recommend this place to anyone. They were amazing and caring but also professional and organized. I am literally sad that my wedding is over because I won't be seeing them often anymore. 10/10!!!!!

Swan Lake is the best! From our initial planning meeting to the whole day of our wedding, everyone involved was so kind, informative, flexible and made the whole process and whole day so easy! Sophia is so easy to work with, and Elaina and Mary were so kind and attentive all throughout the wedding. So many guests were raving about how beautiful the venue was, how good the food was and how kind the staff was. We had the best day!

I don’t even know where to start with how grateful we are that we chose Swan lake as our venue. When I first started calling venues last year to set up tours, it was about 7-8pm so a lot of places I either got their voicemail or was sort of rushed off the phone after making an appointment. Swan lake I left a voicemail. I got a call back from them about 15 minutes later and spoke with Anthony. He was so interested and excited about us coming to tour and right away I had a great feeling about it. After touring and seeing how beautiful the venue is, we sat down with Charlie who gave us his full attention and was very enthusiastic about the possibility of us getting married there. We ended up booking our date right away with them! It was supposed to be 11/27/2021. Unfortunately I was in a terrible car accident that left me wheelchair bound for 3+ months, 17 days before the wedding!! My mom spoke with the venue to tell them about it and they were all very sympathetic and understanding about me not being able to have the wedding that day! Charlie and Sophia sent me numerous emails checking in to see how I was doing! When it was time to book my new date, Charlie offered me a handful of fall dates for this year (2022) and we chose 11/4/22. The whole team was amazing the whole planning process ! They all showed so much interest and were very easy going any time I needed to make a change. They were amazing with our 6 year old who can be alittle hyper some times ! Some meetings we had to bring him, and Elena or Sophia if they were not busy, would take him for a walk to the bar area with lots of snacks and drinks! Or just to walk around the venue to look at the beautiful scenery. The day of our wedding was perfect !! I was treated like a queen by everyone, My bridal attendant Jill was amazing and always there when I needed anything. Elena was amazing taking care of setting everything up, and always checking in on me to make sure I am doing okay and I don’t need anything. I never had to look for anyone to get help because someone was always right there ! The food was unbelievable!! Charlie does all the cooking himself. I was Able to cut my steak with a fork!! After dinner Charlie went around with all extra of everything in the menu to see if anyone wanted seconds, or to try anything new ! For cocktail hour there is an abundance of food stations to chose from and they are all so unique and delicious! After the wedding I got so much feedback. People were raving about the food, service , music, and the venue it’s self. Everyone said it was the best food options they have ever had at a wedding . They couldn’t believe how great everything was from cocktail hour right down to the cake! Also everyone was telling me how amazing the service was. Their napkins were folded anytime they got up from the table, dirty plates were cleared immediately, and there was always someone near by if anyone needed something. Being it was November the trees looked beautiful, and all the guests were loving how beautiful the whole place was! It’s almost two weeks after the wedding, and I am still getting messages about how amazing it was. People keep saying it was the best wedding they have ever been to!! Not a day goes by I regrets using swan lake for our wedding!!!

We just got married this past Saturday 5/20 at Swan Lake Caterers in Manorville, NY. I just wanted to say they are amazing! They have made this whole process so much easier and smoother. From the moment you walk in they treat you like family instead of just another number like other venues. They are reliable and easy to contact. They answered all our questions through the last 1.5 years of planning and they were also constantly checking in. They made our dreams a reality. And even though it rained they made it beautiful! The grounds and golf course are beautiful!! Elena, Anthony, Sophia and Charlie are amazing and wonderful people to work with. The food was amazing and our family and guests loved everything. Elena was very accommodating and worked with us every step of the way to make sure our vision came true. Anthony was always available and solved any issues that came up. Charlie, who is also the chef had great food options with lots of variety. If you have anything in mind he works with you to incorporate into the menu. Sophia is always bubbly and available to answer any questions right away. Overall everyone is incredible and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them! P.S they are also super dog friendly which was a big factor for us. When booking with them there is also a package available with photographer and DJ. They are amazing as well! You can’t go wrong choosing them.

My new hubby and I got married on 10/9/22 at Swan Lake Caterers. They were absolutely AMAZING and I don’t even know where to start with the praise and admiration!!!!

Let’s talk about the ambiance of the venue. Oh. My. Gosh. It is breathtaking. The entire inside of the venue has been recently updated and it is gorgeous. The floors are beautiful, the windows overlooking the greens are amazing, and the foyer is so beautifully decorated. You get the farmhouse feel as soon as you walk in. The outside of the venue is equally as beautiful and pristine. It is a golf course but the greens are so well taken care of that it is the perfect backdrop for amazing pictures (which we got!!!). There are different spots throughout the course where pictures can be taken and each and every spot is just gorgeous. Our pictures are absolutely stunning.

Now let’s talk about the kind, patient, and all around amazing staff. From our first meeting with Swan Lake to picking up our items the day after, the staff was absolutely wonderful. We first met with staff at Swan Lake by joining them for their food tasting, and OMG, the food was out of this world. They made us feel so welcomed, answered all of our questions on the spot, and worked with us to find a date that could work that we booked right on the spot. We really just fell in love with it right from the beginning.

After booking, the administrative team was constantly in touch with us. Checking in to make sure we had certain vendors booked by certain times, to ask if there were specific ways we wanted the venue decorated, and if we needed anything from them. Just the fact that Anthony, Charlie, Steve, and Sophia knew us by first name and checked in to make sure we were feeling good, just makes you feel like a part of the family. It really put our minds at ease knowing that this team was on top of everything and that we didn’t have to be. This was a huge stress relief as a Bride.

On the day of the wedding everything ran so seamlessly and this is because of this amazing team. All of the decor we brought in was set up beautifully, everyone was attentive to our needs, and our wedding party was well taken care of as well. My Bridal attendant, Kelly, was FABULOUS. Like, I mean fabulous! She ensured that we were on time, where we needed to be, and that we always had a drink and were doing okay.

I also want to talk about the food. OH MY GOODNESS…the food! YUM!! Charlie is like a master chef. Not only did he cook delicious meals but he came and spoke to every table to make sure everyone enjoyed their meals. So many of our guests told us that they loved the dinner so much that they ate everything. People were also offered seconds! Charlie also completed a crazy random request that I had. He made a groom's cake for me made entirely out of steak, bacon, and mashed potatoes!!! IT WAS INSANE!!! He made my vision come to life and I am forever grateful to him!!!

Overall we had the most amazing day ever. This team of people at Swan Lake made everything perfect and this place will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you to Swan Lake :)

My name is Taryn. My wife Brittany and I were married at Swan Lake 9/22/23, and it may have just been the best day of our lives. Now that the wedding brain (and holiday season) fog has subsided (lol) I can finally sit with a clear head, and truly express how thankful Brittany and I are for the amazing and perfect experience we had at Swan Lake, and just how perfect our Wedding Day truly was. Apologies in advance for the novel, but it’s completely necessary!

From moment one, the entire staff at Swan Lake was beyond kind and accommodating. We had our first consult with Sophia, and it took us all of a few days to know Swan Lake was our place. Sophia quickly became my right hand through the entire planning process. Every phone call, email and visit (because there were MANY) was easy AND fun! I always felt like I was visiting friends when I stopped by. Every expectation was met, and every question answered promptly. Sophia helped me troubleshoot and sort out so many projects along the way.

I don’t think I was a difficult bride, but to say that I was ambitious might be an understatement. When it came to Wedding Day, there was a tremendous amount to accomplish. My decorations were definitely a handful; lighting everywhere, draping cascading from the ceiling, a multitude of different centerpieces, not one or two but three signature cocktails complete with glitter and toothpicks, multiple handouts and favor type items… it was endless. It took a LOT to put together and to say I was nervous doesn’t come close. Every, Single. Thing— was pulled off BEAUTIFULLY. I was blown away by the amount of creativity, help and support Sophia and the staff brought that day. I am eternally grateful.

As the party was set in motion I must have been told 100+ times how great the food and drinks were. Charlie crafted the most beautiful endless ‘cocktail hour’ spread, (we did not do a sit down dinner service… best idea EVER) which ultimately just continued and morphed into delicious station after delicious station. We had an epic dessert assortment where everyone found something they loved! Charlie, thank you. Your attention to detail and love of food and feeding people is unmatched!

Elena came in for the evening hours to relieve Sophia. Elena was INCREDIBLE. I cannot tell you, this woman is on top of it. She made sure that everything was completely seamless and that I was kept in the loop all night, but also able to enjoy myself. She made sure that the massive breakdown went as smoothly as possible and that our night ended beyond successfully. Elena, you are the BOMB.

Last but certainly not least, Mary. Mary, my bridal attendant, was the kindest, sweetest, most attentive and helpful human I may have ever met. This girl must have asked me 100+ times if I needed anything. I’m pretty sure she brought me a dozen drinks (as I couldn’t keep track of mine to save the world), she packed up a little bit of all of the food and sent us home with a great morning after smorgasbord! My lipstick and phone was always within reach and my dress was always right where it was supposed to be! Mary– I was thinking about you, so thankful, eating mashed sweet potatoes at 4am hahaha. Thank you forever.

Swan Lake and all of your staff– administrators, servers, bartenders, chefs, helping hands and everyone in between… Thank you for making our Wedding Day everything we ever wanted it to be. Thank you for all of the support and all of the compliments because it wouldn’t have been possible without each and every one of you. I said it already, but I will be back! I wouldn’t hesitate holding another event here in the future and I will always think of ya’ll as family. Brittany and I are eternally thankful and we love you all!

We had our wedding this past September and I cannot thank Swan Lake Caterers enough for the amazing they job they did. It was literally perfect and everything we expected, even more. The whole staff there is amazing and goes above and beyond for you. From the first step I took into the venue and meeting Sophia I knew this was the place I would have my wedding. She is so bubbly, kind, welcoming and she was really excited for my wedding. She was responsive to every email and call I sent her and it was so smooth working with her. When she showed me the venue it was truly beautiful. It is simple and elegant. We then did our food tasting with Charlie, who also was our officiant. My husband is Indian so we were looking for an Indian dish to substitue for the veggie dish. Charlie said he worked on this for months perfecting this dish and literally everyone at the wedding raved about it and how it was better than any Indian restaurant they have ever been to! All the other food was absolutely amazing as well!! He also was our officiant and he really put time and effort into our ceremony and it was beautifully written. He even came around to cocktail hour to talk to our guests about the food and what they liked. He takes pride in his work and cares about people! We are so glad we choose Charlie to officiate!

Elaina was my Maitre d and Jill was my bridal attendant and both did an amazing job! I gave Elaine all my decorations a few days before and told her how the wedding is suppose to go and she set up all the tables beautifully and exactly how we wanted. She helped coordinate my 20 person bridal party and the wedding went so smooth with the help of her. She did an excellent job and was also so easy to work with! Jill helped me through the whole day and was with me from when I arrived to the end of the night. She helped me with my dress, flowers, buttons, pictures and anything else you think of! Im so grateful for her because my bridesmaids and maid of honor were able to enjoy themselves the rest of night. She made us plates at cocktail hour and always made sure if I needed a drink. I loved that about her! All the other staff were so nice as well! I can absolutely say Swan Lake is one of the best wedding venues on LI. They are not trying to push out weddings and make money they actually care, take pride in what they do and there prices are very fair compared to other venues on LI. They have a great bar too!! Also, all their vendor staff that they recommend like CTM, high voltage and frank and sons bakery are the best as well!! Everyone loved our cake, our DJ/MC was fire and pictures came out breathtaking!! I am so thankful for Swan Lake and they deserve 1000 stars if I could give them that much. I wish i could relive my wedding day it was so perfect! Thank you again everyone at Swan Lake for a beautiful wedding!!

We wanted a rustic themed wedding and they had exactly what we wanted in a venue! Charlie was the one who showed us everything at our initial meeting and he sold us right on the spot. You could tell how much he cared and how passionate he was about his job. Throughout the whole process, Sophia was absolutely amazing and made sure we had everything we wanted. And for the day of the wedding, everything went so smoothly and the staff made sure we were fed, had drinks in our hands at all times and got us whatever we needed. They truly have such a great team on their hands! They even made sure our guests were happy with everything and even brought a whole tray of hors d'oeuvres to my parents so they could get a taste of everything! Most brides are worried about how the food and drinks are and I’m happy to say that all our guests raved about how great everything turned out!!

If you have any type of event where you want absolutely everything to be taken care of with the highest attention to detail. Book with Swan Lake!! Between Charlie and Sophia answering all of our wedding planning questions up until the day before, Elena decorating the venue and Mary as my bridal attendant, I did not have to lift a finger the day of my wedding. They were the greatest team a bride could ask for, I am so grateful choosing Swan Lake as my venue. The food was amazing and all my guests raved to me after the wedding how wonderful the whole staff was during the reception. Swan Lake is the greatest wedding venue Long Island has to offer!!

Venue: Swan Lake Caterers. 100/10. We’re so o even begin!? Charlie the owner was absolutely amazing. He and staff went above and beyond every single time we visited the venue. The hospitality and true appreciation for weddings is amazing. You can definitely tell that they enjoy the process and aren’t just pumping weddings out. They are a one wedding at a time venue which was great. Charlie’s passion is food and it is amazing; truly his calling. Everyone, including us, we’re just blown away with the decor the food and the staff. The staff found out we were incorporating sunflower bouquets and went above and beyond by surprising us with their own decorations and incorporate sunflowers so tastefully. Our maitra D Emily and bridal Attendant Mary were so sweet and attentive. The staff even joined us on the dance floor towards the end of the night; it was so much fun! The bar tender was attentive and there was never really a line. They made sure we had a his and hers signature drink; recommended it and said they’d get us whatever we needed. They packed us up so much food and desserts to go. They made a point to take us away for 15 minutes after the ceremony to enjoy cocktail hour food, and compress. We got married on site outside, and the cocktail hour was outside. Both were just so simple and beautiful. They were reasonably priced and we had a lot of things included. The reception room is just stunning with its vaulted ceiling. The bridal suite is large; we comfortably had 14 people in the room at one point and there was still room. We had such an amazing time. We would highly highly recommend them.

The best way to describe my wedding experience with Swan Lake Caterers is absolute perfection. Swan Lake was the first and only venue my husband and I went to visit and we knew right away that it was the only place where we wanted to get married. On our first visit to Swan Lake, we booked on the spot and did not have one single regret. The atmosphere is amazing and you feel so welcomed the second you walk into the door and not to mention the amazing layout of the room and the decor throughout. Leading up to the wedding, Charlie and Sofia made the entire process easy. Any questions I had, were immediately answered and they continued to check in as we got closer to our wedding date. We were able to attend a food tasting prior to selecting our menu and the food is AMAZING! Charlie is an incredible chef and all of our guests raved about the food and the amazing service of the staff. One of the best things about getting married at Swan Lake is the endless possibilities for photo opportunities. My husband and I were able to take a golf cart around the venue and our photographer was able to take the most amazing pictures (I also highly recommend Capture the Moment Studios). So if you are looking for a venue with fantastic photograph opportunities right on-site, then Swan Lake is the place for you. Elena did an incredible job of making my dream wedding day decor come true. Elena had the lobby set up beautifully for the wedding and was able to set up the tables exactly how I imagined they would be for my wedding day. When I arrived at the venue the day before to drop off the decor, Elena let me stay and help set up my own sweetheart table with the decor I brought. I cannot thank Elena enough for all she did to make sure my wedding dreams came true. Mary was the bridal attendant for my wedding and she was beyond amazing. She was so attentive and jumped in to help me with whatever I needed. Swan Lake is not your average venue. I love how they only do one wedding a day and how personable everyone is who works there. My husband and I got married here 2/26/22 and I cannot find enough words to describe what a great job everyone at Swan Lake did! I've worked in the service industry for many years and the absolute best part of working with Swan Lake was the service! From the minute we walked in the door Charlie was so flexible, informative, and attentive. Elena's management was top notch from start to finish and talking with Sophia on a regular basis was always a pleasure! The venue was beautifully decorated and individualized, with so much attention paid to the smallest details. The transition from pictures, to cocktail hour, to our cocktail-style reception was truly seamless. All of our guests couldn't stop commenting on how impressed they were with the food and the speedy and professional service. The overall ambiance of the venue with the incredible service made it feel so much more like an intimately hosted private party, as opposed to the "wedding factory" vibe so many other locations can be notorious for. We booked and planned our wedding in just a 3 month period and Charlie and Elena were so helpful in guiding us through the whole process. They are so professional and detail-oriented, they truly excel at everything they do. On top of all the bells and whistles, the food was absolutely INCREDIBLE! I am so grateful to their entire team for being so accommodating, professional, and for hosting a perfect event from start to finish. My husband and I, as well as all of our guests, were so impressed with the very high standard they set and maintained through every detail- from planning through execution. I am so happy we chose them to host our wedding and I look forward to hosting events there again in the future! I so highly recommend this venue!

Swan Lake made our wedding the day I dreamed my whole life it would be. We booked this venue based on the location, price, maximum capacity and the fact that they only cater to one wedding at a time! We booked one year prior to our wedding and the amount of upgrades Swan Lake had made within that time frame only made us happier with our decision! My family is still talking about how amazing everything was to this day! We worked with Charlie throughout our planning process and he made everything a breeze! We had a TORNADO my wedding day and you wouldn’t have even known with how calm and collected the entire staff was! After our ceremony my husband and I were served our cocktail hour food separately in the bridal suite to have a moment alone and the staff made sure that we were not to be bothered so we could have that intimate moment together which was very special for us. I can’t even begin to tell you how AMAZINGLY Elena put everything together. The day was a dream that I wish I could relive over and over again!

Swan Lake Caterers is truly a hidden gem on Long Island. Everything from the staff, grounds, reception hall to planning, food, decor, day of coordination, (you name it, all of it!) far exceeded any expectations I could’ve ever dreamt of.

As an older bride marrying for the second time, who hates event planning, I couldn’t have done it without the help of Charlie, Sophia, Elena and the rest of the team. I shared my concerns and stresses with them and they all assured me that’s a day would go off smoothly and boy did it ever!

Our event started with an awesome champagne welcome which our guest thoroughly enjoyed. We had our ceremony on site which the staff coordinated beautifully. Next was an amazing cocktail hour then dinner. The food was the best I’ve ever had at any catering facility, on par with a 5 star restaurant. If I ever plan an event again I know where I will be going!

Where to Begin: We fell in love with this place in January 2019 when we were looking for a venue to host our wedding (Planned for October 2020). It was literally love at first sight. Upon arrival for the tour, the property and interior layout drew me in right away. It is incredibly stunning and super practical. The interior is laid out in a really well-organized fashion. Anthony and Elena made us feel very welcome and special, and not just like some customers looking to spend money. By the end of our tour and chat, they made us feel like family. I couldn't have been happier that these two were going to be involved in our wedding. The planning process was great with the help from the staff as they were very attentive and easygoing. Covid struck in Spring 2020 and we bumped our wedding to October 2021. Again, the staff was incredibly patient and helpful with us during this date change.
The wedding finally came on October 22, 2021, and I have NOTHING negative to say!
Our officiant actually went to the wrong venue and it became clear she wasn't going to be able to make it. Swan Lake went above & beyond to make sure the ceremony would still happen on time by convincing a special guest who happened to be ordained to officiate! They made it a blessing in disguise. Elena did an absolutely beautiful job with the decorating of the reception room! I was blown away at how professional, courteous, and caring Elena, Sophia, Kelly, Anthony, and Angelo (From High Voltage Entertainment) were. The food was excellent (thank you Charlie!) the music was bangin', and I was in love. Thank you so much to Swan Lake Caterers for a night to remember!

Where do I even begin! Swan Lake was a blessing in disguise & an absolute hidden gem! We are SO glad we stumbled upon Swan Lake because our first meeting with Charlie went better than we could have imagined. Charlie saw our vision, and truly brought it to life- along with Elaina. Everything my husband and I could have wanted in a wedding was brought to life and implemented and we are so grateful for the incredibly supportive and caring team. By the end of our wedding, we truly feel as if Charlie was part of our family because that’s exactly how he made us feel throughout the entire process. Any time I had a question or needed help with something, he was there to help sooner than I expected. Our wedding at Swan Lake was the most incredible night of our lives and we are SO grateful for all of the help and support we received. We can not wait to keep recommending Swan Lake to everyone we know & can’t wait to use them again for more events!
