  We heard about Sweet Thea through friends and we are so glad we did. Thea is so good at what she does, a consultation with her guarantees to put your mind at ease. To be honest, we didn't worry about our wedding cake at all because we trusted that Thea's got everything under control, and she did not disappoint! Her cakes are beautiful, affordable and most importantly, very tasty!

  Thea was wonderful to work with and very accommodating of our requests. The cupcakes were delicious and the Chocolate with Bailey's Icing and Red Velvet both received RAVE reviews from our guests!. Our 6" cake was a beautiful topping for the cupcake tower and we cannot wait to taste it again on our first anniversary!

  Amazing! We absolutely loved our wedding cake...it was delicious! Instead of saving it...we will just get a new one each year...that is how GOOD it was!
  The cupcakes...oh my goodness...excellent and lots of flavour options.

  Thea did a phenomenal job on our wedding cupcakes. I can't decide whether they were more beautiful or more delicious, but they were certainly both! The hand painted sugar flowers on top coordinated beautifully with our flower arrangements and the cupcakes were a gorgeous focal point during our reception. I was impressed by Thea's responsiveness by email and would definitely recommend her as a vendor!

  Everyone loved our wedding cake and cupcakes. Although we opted for a simple design, her team is capable of creating some incredible works of art. Sweet Thea Cakes was very easy to work with right from the first consult. The only thing that was difficult was deciding on which delicious flavours to use! She has so many great combinations. Highly reccomended for any event.

  They were able to customize our wedding cake idea and adding macarons was a great success! The cake was very moist even on the next day and guests were able to finish all the macaron as well:)

  Thea was great to work with our cake was customized for us and looked great on the wedding day. Loved all the flavour options and in the end we had three flavours that were great. :) Tasted great looked awesome what more could we ask for.

  I highly recommend Sweet Thea! At first, I was hesitant when my venue said I had to choice between two bakers. The first I called was so rude, but then I called Sweet Thea, and not only was she the sweetest thing, she's so incredibly talented as a baker! Our cupcakes were raved about. Vanilla and chocolate cake with pistachio or passion fruit icing. The cake was so fluffy, and the icing was more flavourful than sweet. Perfect! You need Sweet Thea at your wedding!

  Sweet Thea made our wedding cake, which was a 3 tiered cake with various designs. I had an idea of what I wanted, but Thea was great at providing recommendations on the specific design. The cake turned out beautifully and tasted event better. Very glad we used Sweet Thea for our big day

  Thea is an awesome baker, and the cake was the most delicious of the few we tried. And we even brought some goodies from the shop after our cake tasting. We wanted a simple and elegant wedding cake, where Thea offered very nice options. We went with a Faux and sheet cake, which no one could tell the difference from a real cake. So Sweat Thea is highly recommended because the cake looked beautiful and it was very delicious.

  Our cake was beautiful and exactly what we had asked for. Thea ca be a bit difficult to get ahold of around peak wedding times, and unfortunately her house team can't always answer the questions you may have. She is diligent though, and followed through on everything we agreed on. We were very happy with our cake and the experience of working with Thea.

  I am a pastry chef and the most important thing to me was that the cakes tasted amazing. It was by far the best cake I ever tasted. We had the carrot cake and the lemon raspberry and I would recommend it to anyone!! I knew exactly what I wanted for design and they came out even more beautiful them I could have asked. The only thing I would say as a negative is they didn't reply to any of my emails or phone calls about finalising the contact and getting the venue and delivery information until 3 weeks before the wedding. I was really worried they might not come through but they did and everything was perfect.

  The cake was absolutely delicious and looked amazing. She's a little hard to get hold of but you are getting Thea on the phone, not some assistant so thats great. Set it up with plenty of time and it will be fine.

On the upside, we got to bring home a full tier and even after being frozen, it's some of the best cake I've ever eaten.
