  Excellent Choice

  Lauren and her team are a fantastic choice for anyone in need of a wedding planner. If you’re weighing a few different choices, she is respectful, experienced, kind, organized and thoughtful. We had the best wedding day we could have asked for.

  Made our dreams come true

  We are so grateful we had Lauren by our side for every step of our planning process. She worked her butt off to make sure we walked away with the wedding of our dreams. She walked us through the pros and cons of every selection we made, and would make sure to write very thoughtful/ detailed emails when high steaks decisions were being made. If I re did our wedding, the only decision I would’ve changed would’ve been hiring Lauren BEFORE we selected our venue. She is such a great resource and we are forever grateful for all the blood, sweat and possibly tears she put into our wedding. She made magic happen! We hired her for full service and are so thankful we did!!

  Fantastic, professional, efficient, and thorough!

  Lauren and team were absolutely instrumental in making our wedding day happen in memorable fashion. Immediately upon meeting with her, we could tell she knew her stuff (and our venue and vendors), wouldn't waste our time, and would help us handle the details so that we could actually enjoy our day. 100% recommend!

  Helped make the day relaxing.

  Lauren and her team did a fantastic job helping manage issues and items up to and at the end of the wedding. I never had to worry and she was respectful in communicating with me the day of the wedding. I would recommend her and her team highly.

  An industry expert with a fantastic creative eye

  Lauren was so great to work with. I first messaged her about a year before my wedding, when I was freaking out and thinking we should just elope. She managed to talk me through the process and after a meeting at my local Starbucks, I hired her and am so glad I did!
  
  Lauren was able to explain to me so many things--like why flowers cost so much or the importance of a proper timeline. She kept us on track throughout the day of and kept me very in the loop without stressing me out at all. Throughout the whole process and day of, I felt informed and as stress-free as one could be throughout this process.
  
  Lauren even cancelled a vendor for me who ended up not being what I hoped for, saving me a lot of time and stress. She helped me figure out every request, no matter how out there it was. During the hurricane in the fall, she even helped out a friend of mine during her venue possibly being in an evacuation zone.

We had a large wedding so at times I'm sure it was like herding cats, but they made it seem so effortless to get everyone to the right place at the right time! I could not have had the beautiful, relaxed day I did without her expertise and professionalism. Lauren provided much needed guidance and organization to our event and kept everything on schedule perfectly. My vision came alive because of her and I am so grateful.   There is not enough I can say that could even begin to explain how great Lauren was to work with! She performed nothing less than a miracle to ensure our wedding was executed beautifully! Due to my inexperience, I had contracted another coordinator that was NOT a good fit for what we needed; however, as soon as I reached out to Lauren, she immediately understood the caliber of our event, and what it would take to be a success (and with only 4 months until the big day). She is incredibly organized, consultative, understanding, and uber-responsive. And most importantly, her taste is IMPECCABLE. She took my terrible ability to describe an ambiguous vision, and turned it into a dream wedding. She also has an uncanny ability to calm you down, keep vendors accountable, and negotiate on your behalf (when needed). I will never be able to thank her enough! Simply put, she SAVED MY WEDDING.

From the moment we met with Lauren, she insisted on making sure that we were free to enjoy our day. She has obviously had extensive experience in this business as she made very practical suggestions that made our day much more relaxed and enjoyable for us and our guests. My husband and I had a very specific vision and Lauren was very understanding of that and did everything she could to help execute that vision. She was so flexible with us as we navigated this day that we had planned for over two years. As with any event there were hiccups and unforeseen things that came up, but Lauren handled every issue with grace, ease, and professionalism. She took care of everything that needed to be taken care of and truly made our day stress free. I would highly recommend Swoon Soiree for your event planning needs.
