    Gorgeous rings, and they became like family!

    I just love the team at Sydney Rosen! They became like family through this process. My husband bought my engagement ring there, the same place that his dad bought his mom's ring 35+ years ago! I love that connection. They have a beautiful selection and he was able to find my perfect engagement ring. I went back for my wedding band too and Anne Marie was so kind and helpful; they will be our family jewelers for years to come!

    My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from here and was very impressed. He loved how knowledgeable Steven was and how he was more than happy to share that knowledge with him as he purchased his first diamonds. Based on his experience at Sydney Rosen and how much I loved my engagement ring, we knew we wanted to purchase our wedding bands from them. So much so that we had moved away from Philly and made a special trip back just to get our bands. After emailing Steven and learning he was not going to be in town during our visit, he made sure his son Jacob was up to speed. Jacob was also more than helpful, professional, and knowledgable! Jacob entertained me as I tried on numerous and varying wedding bands, but in the end, he told me that his father had said that I would like the 5 baguette band the most that he had just made to have in stock. Steven was right! I loved the band and it looks beautiful with my engagement ring. As for my fiancé, Jacob knew that he was interested in a pretty traditional ring and helped us find the perfect one! I am beyond pleased with our experience! We were a bit hesitant to shop on "jeweler's row," but after reading reviews of Sydney Rosen, doing our own research, and then finally meeting them, we knew they could be trusted! Highly recommend!

    I went to Sydney Rosen to get a custom made engagement ring. Ann Marie was very patient and knowledgeable in helping me select a center diamond. David Rosen listened intently to my ideas of what I would like the ring to look like. They are true artists, they made my dream ring 100 times more beautiful than I had imagined! I will definitely be back, they are great!

    All of our experiences with Sydney Rosen have been fantastic. Our first experience the staff appraised my wife's engagement ring, which was a very smooth experience, and we received all of the official paperwork needed for insurance purposes, and a sparkly ring upon leaving.
    Our second experience, was to make a custom, right hand ring for my wife to wear on our wedding day. She wanted to recreate a family heirloom, and the staff at Sydney Rosen were fantastic in finding a ring that would fit the stone she wanted to use. Overall we had a great experience and will be going to Sydney Rosen for all of our jewelry needs in the future. They were great!

    This is where my Fiancé purchased my engagement ring, and we picked out and purchased our wedding bands. I am in love with everything this store had to offer. The quality of the products is extremely high only to be matched by the wonderful service. This has been my family's jeweler for years and for that I am extremely thankful. The individual care that all of the employees provide is wonderful. I would highly recommend this location to anyone shopping for wedding related items, or any other items as well!

    He got my engagement ring here, and had such a good experience that we went back to buy our wedding bands. They took care of everything we needed and were ready for us when we got there. They respected our budget and didn't try and show us rings outside of it. They had lots of choices within our budget and were very knowledgable about their products.

    We got my engagement ring and our wedding bands at Sydney Rosen and we will definitely go back there for any other fine jewelry in the future. Two other couples recommended Patrick at Sydney Rosen because he never made them feel like he was trying to sell them something and they ultimately felt very comfortable buying their rings from him--as did we!

    We picked out my round solitaire diamond and platinum setting together and couldn't believe it when Patrick encouraged us to check out the diamond's qualities outside in the natural light so we could see how great the quality was! The finished ring looked stunning when we eventually got engaged.

    For my wedding band, Patrick worked with us to find a style that would complement my platinum band. He was incredibly patient and flexible when we had to bring both of our wedding bands back to be resized before the wedding. They were adjusted and back in our hands with plenty of time.

    Patrick made this feel truly special and contributed to the whole experience, making it feel like so much more than just buying precious stones and metals. We trusted his expertise and felt that we got a very fair price for our rings, especially given how many times we've already gone back to get them resized, bumpers added, cleaned/polished, etc. We would recommend him to anyone!

    We bought all things wedding related from Sydney Rosen Company! On our second visit to Jewelers Row In Philadelphia, we settled on Sydney Rosen because of the excellent, and honest, service we were provided. We visited about 7 jewelers, but felt most confidence in the information and price that we were given at Sydney Rosen.
    After purchasing our engagement ring, we then went back for my fiance's (now husband!) engagement gift (a beautiful Hamilton Watch) and then also purchased our wedding bands. We live about 3.5 hours away, but even if we lived further--it's worth the trip.
    We have absolutely nothing negative to say about the service or quality from this wonderful company. Additionally, we now consider them our go-to jeweler. Our experience with Sydney Rosen has now made us into loyal customers, and will continue to return for our special jewelry needs.

    I cannot say enough good things about Sydney Rosen. My fiance and I have been working with Jake - he is just a pleasure! He spent ample time with us looking through engagement ring settings and stone options. He remembers both our names every time we go in. I've even emailed him questions and always replies promptly. I couldn't be happier with our engagement and wedding rings and I'm just as thrilled with the service we've received! I'd recommend Sydney Rosen in a heartbeat!

    Sydney Rosen provided high quality merchandise at a very fair price. But more importantly, we felt as though we were dealing with well-informed and honest professionals who wanted to help us get what we wanted. We purchased both our engagement ring and wedding bands at Sydney Rosen and were very pleased with the selection, price and service.

    We purchased my engagement ring in July from the Sydney Rosen Company. We worked with Steven Rosen. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. We brought in my grandmother's center stone, which we found the perfect setting for IN STOCK! They set it, and had it ready in two days. Fabulous, fast, and friendly service with a great value. I would highly recommend the Sydney Rosen Company. We will be returning in November to purchase our wedding bands. THANK YOU THANK YOU!

    My engagement ring, and our wedding bands were bought at Syndey Rosen. I get so many compliments on how beautiful my engagement ring is. I absolutely love it! My wedding band is beautiful and goes very well with my engagement ring. My husband's wedding band is very nice too, and was nice and cheap! My husband was happy with the service he got and that's why we returned there for our bands. They quickly fixed my engagement ring when a stone fell out, and also fixed it when the same one became loose again. They always clean my ring when I'm there, and will re-dip it whenever I want.

    We live in NJ, but found Sydney Rosen because my husband works in the Philadelphia area. They are worth the little bit of a drive (even better if you're close) for their business. Ann Marie helped my husband pick out my engagement ring and he said she was the best person to work with. We went back for our rings, and I couldn't be happier. They won't take you for a ride, give you their honest opinion, and will devote as much time as you need while making your decisions. Very professional, friendly, and courteous.

    This was the last jeweler we went to -- I was so exhausted - I said "one more" and it was the absolute best! We got the bride's wedding band here & it was the best value for the money & also the nicest one. We shopped all through Jeweler's Row & couldn't be happier. I dealt with David Rosen & he is so knowledgable & explained everything very well. I would totally recommend anyone to go to.

    This company was the best--they were not salesy, like many of the jewelers on Jewelers Row. We went to EVERYONE to make sure that we were getting the best deal and we felt we did. Sydney Rosen was the only jeweler to actually convince us to buy a less expensive, smaller stone because it is a better value. Years later, my stone is still stunning and many of my friends who got bigger rocks have rings that look dingy. They gave us a really good deal, they took care of us, we were young and just starting out.

    Right. We were married in 1970, and I wish we had known about Sydney Rosen then. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. I have two rings from sydney - both over 10 years old- still beautiful and still receiving compliments.: 5 diamonds and one emerald. My sister's engagement and wedding rings were from SR - unique and timeless - 15 years ago. And two of my "children" purchased their engagement rings there as well. Honest. Honest. Honest.

    I purchased my wedding band at Sydney Rosen. I went to several shops on Jewelers Row, searching for a band to wear with my engagement ring. I saw many similar eternity band (1/2 and full) styles, but one at SR really stuck with me, a beautiful and unique "U-cut" eternity band. Not being local to Philadelphia, both David and Philip Rosen fielded several phone calls from me trying to determine my customization options in terms of ring width, carats, and how far around the stones would go (I ended up doing 3/4). On my next trip to Philly, after several more jeweler visits with none "beating" the U-cut band, I placed my order. It came in very quickly, and they agreed to hold it in their vault until I was in town next to pick it up. When I arrived, I was not completely happy with the back of the band (one side stuck out a bit further than the other) and they made an adjustment that afternoon. I'm happy with my ring now, and love that Jewelers Row is now not only a part of Philadelphia's history, but mine as well.

    The ring were fantastic. I had to have the engagement ring resized and they did it months after witout a question. I bent my wedding band within a week and they fixed that too. They were amazing!

    We got my engagement ring and our wedding bands from Sydney Rosen, and worked with Steven. He was great to work with, and we LOVE our rings! My wedding band had to be specially made to fit with my engagement ring, and it turned out beautifully.

    I had my wife's wedding ring built for me by SR. I asked for dark red rubies for the side which they added but crunched the setting which I didn't notice but after giving it to my wife, she did. I took it back and had them fix it but they broke the one ruby. They gave it back with the broken ruby and I had them replace it. They did but gave a smaller weaker stone that later chipped. After a few years now, the stones are all loose. My wife is certainly not rough on her rings. The setting has other flaws in it...I just got back from my other jewelry who showed me the ring under a microscope and I can see what truly shoddy work they did. Sadly at this point I would have to pay SR to have them fix it because they only have a 30 day back guarantee on their work. At least from what I can read on their website. I thought it important to share this with others shopping at SR's. To try to be fair...maybe they have other people working for them now...
