    The perfect duo

    Sergio and Tania were amazing!! They did our engagement pictures and our wedding pictures. My husband and I are not picture-taking people, they walked us through everything. They answered our questions and were patient with us. We can't wait to see the final product of our wedding pictures. I know they'll be amazing.

    This duo was our best vendor BY FAR. Sweetest couple, GREAT at keeping calm in the chaos (we got behind schedule for other reasons and they helped diffuse panic and keep a good pace), even danced a bit with us! They had a walkie system so they could divide and conquer, which was great for the separate getting ready shots and time saving.
    Their work: we had 2 shooters for the full day, so you can imagine the volume and editing time required. They gave a sneak peek before releasing all the photos. The sneak peek was so beautiful, I couldn't wait for the rest. My package also included 2 canvas prints, so once we got our full album we had to go through our abundance of photos and pick 2. That process took forever for me and my husband to narrow down. It took us so long, we actually lost contact with T&S as we accidentally got filed away as completed in their email, so our emails weren't getting sent to them. This was our only communication issue, until that point they had been great at communicating and responding in reasonable timeframes. It was totally on us for taking forever, but eventually I got hold of them, we got our prints and I love them so much (they're still wrapped, we just moved and still need to hang them up). But that's not all! To make up for the little communication snafu, they sent us a physical album and I was SHOCKED at the quality. The size, heft, beautiful acrylic? cover, and thick cardstock? pages. It is GORGEOUS. I nearly cried.

    TL/DR: These two go above and beyond and it shows! They are so professional, so caring, and the quality of everything is amazing. Hire them, get their canvas prints, get their photo albums. You won't regret it!

    Do NOT use this vendor

    I tried multiple times (via email, phone calls, texts, and via their website) to contact this vendor to schedule a consultation call. Excuses were provided but not acceptable. If you're unavailable or not taking clients at this time, just say so! Left me hanging several times at predetermined dates/times of scheduled calls. Do yourself a favor, avoid this vendor at all costs!

    Disappears and Does Not Deliver

    Are you looking for photographers eager to get your money and get you on contract, however, when you book them they disappear off the face of the Earth and will not respond to any of your correspondence until it's convenient for them. This is the photographer for you! They come up with every excuse as to why they're non-responsive and when they give you SOME of the photos late they are lack luster and unprofessional. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE A SCAM!!

    Highly NOT recommended.

    Hello, husband here. I usually don’t speak up that often, but when I do that means something bad has happened and in this case it did. This review has been a long time coming as my wife and I had our wedding in April 2023. It took this long due to some legal reasons, yes, legal reasons. Skip to the very end if you don’t want to read the details hahaha.

    Ill try to keep this short and simple. They were great to work with…until after our wedding day.

    To start, we would like to say that the photos and videos came alright the second time around…

    First was our engagement photo shoot. There were suppose to be both Tania & Sergio there, but Sergio was able to attend due to a family emergency, which we were very understanding and proceeded with the shoot.

    Next, we received notice from Tania that she fell ill days before our wedding day. She managed to attend our morning ceremony but needed to rest for the remainder of the day and had another photographer to finish the day off. Again, my wife and I were very understanding of the situation and proceeded with a try to be minimal stress day. As we continued with the day and the afternoon ceremony, we felt like the second photographer didn’t take any pictures what so ever. It felt like he was just there for the ride and to “stand in” as the second shooter. We were suppose to get some drone coverage but that didn’t happen either. Now comes the reception. Everything went fine, again not sure what the second shooter was doing. Their videographer did a decent job after the legal procedure.

    After everything has been said and done. It is now post wedding. It was very difficult to get a hold of them. It felt like they just took our money and dipped. All we wanted was an update of when we would get our photos and video. After a few weeks after our wedding, we reached out to them as to when we can expect the photos and video and they stated that it’ll take 6-8 weeks for the photos and 7-9 weeks for the video. The 8th week came around and no update and see were reached out to them via text and email, no response. Week 9 came around, we reached out again now looking for an update for both the photos and video, no response. Finally a week later, they respond saying that the photos are not complete because they were on their honeymoon that they couldn’t take due to COVID. As for the video, it said that it was only 80% done. They said that they will have the photos done several days after they have gotten back from their honeymoon and the video will be done and the video will be done on July 17th. Come July 17th, my wife and I waited patiently (with a lot of anxiety, frustration, and stress) and still no photos or video was delivered. At this point, there was no looking back as we decided to requested from them for the photos and video if not a refund for what we paid for. We finally got our photos on July 30th. Still no communication - an email just appeared.They looked great but as we combed through the photos. We did notice that we were missing photos and not to mention our all day video and high light video.

    At this point, after months of no response, we took legal action because we got "ghosted" without being fully provided for what we paid for - in our contract. Yup, that’s right. We had to serve them as we grown tired of waiting let alone all the frustration and tears that it has caused post wedding. Actually, they were served twice. We just wanted to make sure we did things correctly, lol. After they were served the second time, we received an email with a link to our wedding video. It was only 1 video that was about 90 mins long. As we watched, we couldn’t tell if it was our all day video or highlight video as it was completely out of order. It also stopped playing thirty minutes prior the end time even though the time was still running. At this time we have decided to continue with our trial date in November because we still haven’t received everything that we paid for.

    In then end, we went to court and decided to go through mediation that day. We got a partial refund, our missing photos, and the all-day and highlight videos before the the year ended. Hopefully they have gotten better and learned from this.
