  Beautiful chair sashes

  It took me forever to find the perfect rose gold chair sashes...even a few trial & error orders from other vendors...but the ones I ordered from here were gorgeous! The price was decent & the shipping was fast. I can’t wait to put it all together!

  Perfect for our needs!

  We realized really early on that renting tablecloths was crazy expensive. I obviously don't need to own 8 tablecloths, but it cost less than half of what it would have been to rent them! Tablecloths factory has a huge selection of colors and sizes. The tablecloths were exactly the right color and were of a good quality. The were fairly wrinkled from shipping and I was way too lazy to iron them, so I sprayed them with wrinkle release and they looked perfect! I ended up buying straws and a few other odds and ends from them too, and the prices were better than amazon, even when you accounted for shipping.

  Better than renting!

  We bought all of the table linens and runners for our wedding earlier this month and didn't have any issues at all! We ordered everything about a month before our wedding and it all arrived in plenty of time before our big day. The quality of the linens and runners were great and actually saved us quite a bit of money by buying the linens and runners, rather than renting them!

  I was very nervous about ordering from this company based on the other experiences brides have had. Even still, I went ahead and ordered table runners for my wedding because they were such a great price! They were delivered on time, and all were perfectly in-tact with no stains, rips, or other damage. I am so glad that I ordered them at such a great price (less than it would have been to rent) and now I know that I can sell them after the wedding and make some money back. I think you run a risk ordering with this company, but I am glad that I took that risk.

  Not worth it / rip off

  They don't tell you that returns come with a hefty shipping price tag (which varies in price depending on who you're talking to) and it takes a long time to get a refund. They seem sketchy to me

  Very poor return policy

  Their return policy is the worst. I spent several hundred dollars for a pre-wedding party. I tried to return some items in 1 order and they offered to credit me $23.98, but I had to pay for shipping which was $21.49. And I could not combine other returns from different order numbers in that box. I suggest you use Amazon!

  If you value reliability and actually receiving your order, do yourself the favor and stay away. Use Amazon instead! They will take your money and then you’ll get millions of promotional emails (even if you opt out) but you won’t get any communication about your order. You won’t be able to reach anyone either to inquire! They don’t actually have a phone number and no one responds to email or chat. Unless you order months in advance, dont expect to receive your order.
  If you’re lucky enough to finally reach someone, do not expect assistance or good service. They’re rude and unhelpful. I hope someone can be spared from my experience !

  Only partial order received, poor quality

  Ordered a total of 25 tablecloths, 25 toppers for a wedding and paid extra for expedited shipping. All items were listed as in stock. Order was confirmed with all items listed. Was notified that order was shipped on time. Only when opening order on arrival did we find that half the order was missing. Reached out in a panic to Tableclothfactory only to be told that the missing tablecloths were "not in stock and were now back ordered, sorry for the inconvenience". Tableclothfactory refused to priority ship any substitutes. Luckily, our caterer was able to beg a local company to allow a last minute rental order so at least the tables at the wedding had cloths. AND, they still haven't refunded my money for the items they never sent.
  I would also note the items we did recieve were very wrinkled and made of the cheapest possible polyester. Each required extensive steaming to use.
  I would NEVER order from this company again.

  No customer service number and when you finally hear from someone, it’s a blocked call and they argue with you over issues. I had to scream at the associate (which I NEVER do to people) to cancel my order or I’d involve my credit card company and all they said back was “ordered canceled” and hung up on me. Never heard from them since about the order actually being canceled. Spare your time and a few extra dollars and do not use these people!!!

  I have been trying for over 3 months to get a hold of anyone to return this crap and get my money back! It isn't even my full order. Be aware when ordering if you value you hard earned money!

The cloths were stained out of the package, and when I washed them, not only was I not able to remove the stains, but they also wrinkled so badly I had to have them professionally cleaned and pressed at an enormous expense. When i contacted their customer service, they basically told me they could not do anything about it.
