    What a Great Job

    Hello,

    My wife and I just returned from our Nov 16-26 trip to Moorea and Tahiti and had to let everyone know what a great job that the team at Tahiti Travel Planners, Samantha and Genelle, did in planning our 30th wedding anniversary trip as we returned to Moorea and Tahiti, where we honeymooned 30 years ago.

    I plan all of our vacation travel, this was the first time in 30 years that I reached out to a travel agency to plan our vacation and I was not disappointed. I found them by doing a Google search for Tahiti Travel specialists and was not disappointed one bit by how they worked with us from when we contacted them on Nov 2, 2021. Yes, that is their patience in working and planning our wonderful trip.

    These wonderful ladies took care of our flight (Air France), hotel (Hilton Moorea Resort and Spa overwater bungalow), and all transfers for us from the airport to the ferry, to the hotel, and back. We had no worries or concerns whatsoever and everything worked like clockwork. They even spoke to the GM at the hotel to leave us a bottle of wine.

    Though we didn't use them for our honeymoon, the way that they handled the arrangements for our 30th wedding anniversary, I do not doubt that they will give you the same great effort in planning your honeymoon.

    Do not hesitate to reach out to the team at Tahiti Travel Planners and I can assure you that you will not be disappointed.

    Made our honeymoon amazing

    Tahiti Travel Planners made our honeymoon the dream vacation that we have always dreamed of. Working with Savannah and Genelle was so easy. Savannah helped us create a package that was within our budget, and also exceeded our expectations at the same time. She let us mix and match to find the perfect fit. Genelle was also great- on the day of our trip one of our connecting flights was delayed, and going to cause us to miss our connection. She did a great job of being there for us and helping us with what to do at the airport, and making sure that we made it to our destination.
    We would absolutely recommend them. Tahiti, Moorea, and Bora Bora were all breathtaking. And we are thankful for Tahiti Travel, because we never would have been able to put the logistics together ourselves!

    Samantha and Chloe were amazing when it came to listening what we were looking for and sending us flight options for our honeymoon to Bora Bora. Once we booked through them, they were super helpful and sent us a packet of things we would need to know when visiting Bora Bora. They also help set up 3-4 excursions for us to do while we were there. A few months before they sent us our tickets and an excursion ticket book that made our trip extremely convenient. Not to mention, this was our first international experience so having a guide to meet us once we were in LA to Tahiti to Bora Bora was AMAZING. All we had to do was find our name on the board and they told us where to go and even showed us. It was super helpful as we had no idea where to go. Thank you guys so much - I highly recommend going through them!! :)

    We worked directly with Samantha to travel our trip to Tahiti and Moorea. She made the whole process easy and efficient. Once in Tahiti the transfers were seamless and it made the whole trip easier to not have to worry about those details. She was very responsive, patient with our questions (often sent in multiple, frequent emails) and followed up with us every step of the way. Highly recommend Tahiti Travel planners if you are considering a trip to French Polynesia!

    Samantha Worthen provides the best service. She promptly emailed or called me back answering all my questions about the different hotel options and packages. We would definitely book future trips to Tahiti with her.

    Chloe was great - she planned our honeymoon to Moorea. My husband and I knew very little about Moorea, and she provided us with great recommendations every step of the way. It was true paradise!

    Thought Tahiti was out of our league & thought it would be a once in a liftetime trip, but would definitely go back again and only through Samantha! She made this dream honeymoon possible for us!

    I called for a package for a trip with a very tight travel window. Samantha Worten found me tickets, airfare, a beautiful bungelou with upgrades and activities planned. She sent the trip package and I received it in days. She was nice, professional and very accommodating.

    We worked with Chloe Cipollone and were extremely happy with the service and our trip! Our nerves were all put at ease by how helpful she was in planning the perfect honeymoon. All of the included amenities (an island excursion and snorkeling trip) made us feel extremely lucky and special during our stay. Couldn't have planned it better ourselves. Thank you!

    I came across this travel planning company by happenstance and I had MAJOR reservations about commissioning an out-of-state travel planner.
    In speaking and emailing with the Tahiti Travel Planner representative, Chloe Cippolone, I was able to pacify my reservations. Chloe was incredible; she was informative, accommodating, and accessible.
    Our honeymoon destination was The Intercontinental Thalasso Spa and Resort in Bora Bora, French Polynesia. Even upon arrival at our destination, we were provided with a local contact to assist us with any issues. We did use this service and it did work.
    We are pleased. This method of travel planning is progressive, but we had a great experience.

    We booked our first trip to French Polynesia with Chloe Cipollone at Tahiti Travel Planners, and she did such a fabulous job that we booked two more trips with her to paradise. She did a wonderful job of listening to what we wanted out of our vacation, and because she has spent time on all of these islands, she was able to tailor the trip to our needs. We traveled to multiple islands, and multiple resorts, and we were extremely pleased with our packages. Chloe was very responsive to our inquiries, and made this such a wonderful experience, we will continue to use her if we are lucky to visit this part of the world again. We highly recommend her services.

    Samantha Worthen of Tahiti Travel Planners (TTP) was our agent. She was very easy to communicate with via email. She also made the honeymoon planning as painless as possible, especially since she arranged the inter-island transportation. We flew into Tahiti and immediately went via ferry to Moorea for 5 nights. After our stay there, we flew to Bora Bora for 8 nights. Samantha was able to accommodate our request for a bungalow at a specific part of the St. Regis resort so we can best see the sunsets. I would highly recommend TTP to anyone who wants to book their French Polynesia vacation easily and quickly.

    Go Tahiti!

    It’s funny (but not funny) that as I was in the midst of writing reviews while on our honeymoon flights, our main flight to Bora Bora got completely canceled due to mechanical issues. They told us it would be THREE days before the next flight out - mind you we were in New Zealand for a layover and 3 days would have been over half of our entire Bora Bora stay.
    But to back up for a second, Chloe and I planned this trip together for over a year. My husband and I knew we wanted to do something extravagant that we may never have the chance to do again. Chloe specializes in Tahiti, so my husband and I did plan all of Australia ourselves but Chloe did assist with our flights for it. She helped book every detail of Tahiti and Bora Bora, including major airways, inter-air, hotels, excursions, dinner reservations, boat transfers, you name it! She puts together a wonderful detailed itinerary for you. And she was great in letting us pay for certain things directly so we could use credit card points.
    During our whole flight cancellation epidemic, we dealt mostly with the local Tahiti planners, who were very nice, however we kept reiterating how important is was to get us on the next flight out. They kept saying they were trying, but we wouldn’t hear back for hours, and my husband and I ended up calling the airline directly and getting everything changed on our own. We also then called our hotel to rearrange transfers. Was really hoping they would’ve taken care of all of this for us. They did cancel any reservations we missed, and shuffled around any excursions that needed to be rebooked, but I was disappointed when they told me there was nothing they could do about getting us on an earlier flight, and we were easily able to do it ourselves.
    Putting the hiccups aside, it truly was a once in a lifetime experience and I would highly recommend it. We were nervous about all the flight time, jet lag, etc and that two weeks wouldn’t be enough, but it really was perfect. Also if you’re thinking about Bora Bora we booked a year in advance and got an early bird special for the Four Seasons which saved us a great amount.

    Never responded

    I tried to get information and a quote from Tahiti Travel Planners for my upcoming honeymoon, but they never responded. I sent requests on three different occasions, and even emailed Chloe personally, but still no response from about a month ago. I understand things can get busy, but investing this much money into our honeymoon, I also want to make sure the travel agent my fiancee' and I go with will treat us as important customers.

    We ended up going with Pacific for Less, and I am extremely comfortable with that decision. They provided us with great information, great price matching, and they actually responded to our emails. It all worked out for the best.

    Honeymoon would be fine to book. I will never get a re-do for a wedding day. Chloe- I never received a wedding cake as promised on my wedding day. I received a strawberry jello dessert, it is extremely disapointing when your travel agent gets to go to bora bora(probably at your expense) to make sure everything is going according to plan with your wishes. I also requested that she booked a restaurant we wanted far in advance-she told me it was too far ahead to make reservations and assured me I could do that once I arrived (which was untrue). I was exremely disappointed and I wish I would have just planned a wedding at home.
