  Amazing!🤩

  We can not say enough amazing things about Taylor as our wedding planner!! We do not even know where to begin. When we first met Taylor, she was so energetic, fun, and one of the most genuinely kind human beings we have ever met. Even though we used Taylor as a partial planner, she treated us with the highest regards! She went completely above and beyond, not only during our wedding days, but EVERY single time we met with her. She was always prepared, came early to every single meeting (WITH STARBUCKS FOR US IN HAND), replied to emails IMMEDIATELY, and even allowed us to text her personally at any hour with instant responses. Not only were we amazed by her, but our families and guests could not have had better things to say either! So many of our family members and friends repeatedly asked us where we found Taylor and couldn't say anything but incredible things about her & her energetic and engaging personality! Months leading up to our wedding Taylor was consistently working with us to make sure that we were not stressed and made the most wonderful and organized (3 day) wedding itinerary for us. She was constantly advocating for us, listed to all of our needs, and made sure we got everything WE wanted (so much so that my husband started calling her "our attorney Taylor" 😅) Whenever we were unsure of a vendor or even a cultural tradition, Taylor knew exactly what to do or who to put is in contact with! Taylor is an EXPERT on Indian weddings and being a American/Punjabi wedding, Taylor knew EXACTLY what to do. When it came to our actual wedding days, Taylor arrived early (again, with Starbucks for us all) and made sure that we were not stressed, enjoying every minute of the day, and making sure our parents/ families were also stress free. Taylor made it so that neither my husband or i, or our families/ friends had to worry about a thing! Not only that, her incredibly outgoing and fun personality made her so much fun to have at our events. We did not necessarily "need" Taylor at our Welcome dinner (bc she already had everything planned and set up) but WANTED her there. As the bride and groom, she made us feel excited (instead of anxious or stressed) & at complete ease. During our Indian ceremony she stepped up in every way possible and once again made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Lastly, on our last day- at our American/ western style wedding, Taylor made sure that no one had to lift a finger! She made sure everything was set up, everyone was on time, she arrived early to make sure all the vendors were where they needed to be, all the way to helping us pack up our cars at the end of the night!
  We truly can not say enough amazing things about Taylor. When friends ask us if we think they need a wedding planner/ if it is worth it, not only do we say absolutely, but we say "YOU NEED OUR PLANNER TAYLOR!" We have been to sooo many weddings where we had no idea there was a planner involved or present and we noticed couple getting married (and their families) were constantly stressed or anxious, but with Taylor we NEVER felt this way! Not only did we feel at ease by her presence but so did our families and guests. Additionally, another thing that we still can not get over is how well Taylor adjusted to our budget. We knew that when we started planning our wedding that we would really need someone to help us since we both have very busy schedules. At the same time, we did not want to pay an arm and a leg for a planner (something we THOUGHT) we could manage on our own. When talking to Taylor and her team, they emphasized that they would work with us on a price that would work for both us and them. All I can say is, they truly stuck to what they said! Taylor recognizes how much weddings costs (esp pre-covid) and genuinely wanted us to have everything we wanted without going over our budget. This is what showed us that Taylor truly is in this business because she LOVES it and loves her couples! It is so apparent that she puts her heart and soul into every couple because she genuinely loves what she does! To top it all off, she was so fun to be around and we truly feel as though we've gained a forever friend in her. We hope that everyone going through the wedding planning process is able to have Taylor as their planner! We promise that you will not regret it!

  Awesome wedding coordinator that went above & beyond!

  Taylor was absolutely fantastic to work with! She and her assistants were well-organized and made the wedding day easy and seamless. When looking for a wedding coordinator, we were looking for someone who was organized and had experience in the area / with our particular venue. Taylor definitely checked these boxes throughout – she was really quick to respond to emails / texts and had suggestions for all of my questions: vendors, layouts, tipping norms, etc.
  
  But over time, what I appreciated even more about Taylor was the joy and positivity she brought to her work. We had many sessions over the 1+ years we worked together and each time it felt like talking to an old friend. And I left feeling relaxed and like the task before us was manageable. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt good and that our day was special and happy. For instance, since we don’t live in San Diego, she proactively offered to safekeep wedding items at her house, and to make the trek (post-wedding) to return plates to our cake baker’s house. She also has a great deal of integrity–we accidentally overpaid her and she immediately sent back the overpayment, which we would not have even noticed.
  
  There were several times during the wedding planning process I said to my partner that I was SO glad we opted to work with Taylor. I honestly can’t recommend her enough – you will be so happy you hired her to coordinate your special day!

  Wedding Day

  Both my wife and I have nothing but great things to say about Taylor. Her outstanding professionalism, attentiveness, attention to detail, the list goes on and on....
  
  We were initially introduced to Taylor when our original wedding coordinator essentially scammed us and had not followed through on anything we had already planned just a few months shy of our wedding day. Both my wife and I were extremely stressed out and upset because we we're now scrambling trying to find a new wedding coordinator on very short notice.
  
  
  Lucky for us Taylor came to the rescue. From our very first video call we knew she was amazing and took her profession very very seriously. Any stress that we already had from our prior coordinator fiasco was gone, as Taylor was kind enough to take over our wedding planning on such short notice.
  
  She made the entire process go by so smooth and eliminated any and all stress we had leading up to the wedding. The day of the wedding she worked non stop and made sure all of the arrangements were set up perfectly at the reception. The flower arrangements that she made for us were absolutely beautiful.
  
  Our wedding reception was amazing and we received so many compliments for how beautiful all of the floral arrangements turned out. That was all thanks to Taylor. Me and my wife are enternally grateful for her hard work and dedication. Our wedding was amazing thanks to her!

  Loved Working with Taylor!!

  Taylor and her team were fantastic to work with! Taylor has such a great personality and working with her was so fun, I always looked forward to our calls. She kept us on track with all of the to-dos, making sure nothing fell through the cracks. The week of our wedding, here in sunny San Diego, we were seeing rain in the forecast. We had made sure our venue had a backup plan when we booked, but Taylor worked closely with our venue and vendors with constant updates and changes to our ceremony plans. She helped make our special day imperfectly perfect. It was as if our rain plan was our original plan and everything ran seamlessly. We only had very few very minor mistakes, nothing at all major, a couple weird things with seating arrangements, the top tier of our cake wasn’t served as planned(which we very happily ate in the days following) family photos could have gone more smoothly, but otherwise the team was great! I would definitely recommend working with Taylor!

  Dream Wedding Achieved!

  We hired Taylor for full wedding planning and design for our private residence wedding and were so excited about how it all came together. Living out of state, we relied on Taylor to help us choose vendors and even meet with them when we were not in town. She also helped us design the event flow/layout (which included flipping the backyard from ceremony to reception during the upstairs cocktail hour), table arrangements, drapery and more, coordinating with the rental company and caterer. She also brought 2 assistants to help keep the event running smoothly across the property. To top it off, we planned the whole thing in about 4 months! I would definitely recommend Taylor to help you execute your vision knowing that she will go above and beyond to help make it happen! Our guests were awed by the wedding! Thanks Taylor!

  Taylor and her team are excellent!

  Taylor and her team went above and beyond to exceed our expectations as the wedding coordinator for my Son and his Bride's wedding. Specifically, she organized so many details. She kept everyone on track, on budget ,and on time. It was a flawless execution. Most importantly, she was incredibly helpful, kind, professional and relaxed under pressure. I can't thank she and her team enough for making this wedding a once in a lifetime experience and memory.

  I cannot speak highly enough about Taylor and her team and the job they did for our wedding last month here in San Diego! I loved having Taylor as our wedding planner as she was able to have our complete vision of our special day come to life without any hitches! She went above and beyond to make sure that everything we envisioned was either apart of the wedding or added in on the special day! She was so professional, so kind to our guests, not pushy at all (which my husband and I loved), worked with all our vendors to make our wedding day the best day of both our lives!   The Best Investment and The Most Incredible Person

  Taylor is INCREDIBLE in literally every way! Of all of the money spent on our wedding, the best money spent was on Taylor! She completely impressed me from our first call, but I did my due diligence and interviewed several other wedding planners narrowing it down to 4. When I asked each of them to give me an idea of how they would brighten up one of our spaces, Taylor went above and beyond taking the time to truly respond to me. I knew then that she was my person, and she didn't disappoint! I felt completely supported every step of the way, her creative eye and ideas enhanced our vision and her commitment to making sure that we had the perfect day was evident in every conversation, every experience and in the end result! Taylor's attention to detail, her love for creating the perfect day and her beautiful energy make her the perfect person to partner with in planning your perfect wedding. To say I highly recommend her is truly an understatement.

  Above and Beyond

  Taylor did an incredible job decorating for my wedding ceremony, creating the floral centerpieces for my reception tables, making my bridal bouquet, bridesmaids’ bouquets, corsages, boutonnières and having a vision for details I had not even considered. She listened to what I wanted, asked clarifying questions, presented several drafts to make sure I was getting what I wanted. Her energy and passion for her job and desire to please me as her client was incredible. She was quick to respond to my texts, e-mails and willing to video call anytime. I highly recommend Taylor and her business to anyone!

  Phenomenal

  That word is an understatement she is an amazing Person and vendor. From weekly calls and reminders to making sure We had the dream team there for all the events, I thought it she showed gave it!   Wonderful 10/10 experience with Taylor

  Taylor was an amazing help and exactly the person I needed as I got closer to the wedding day. She is extremely organized and efficient and was an absolute dream the day of the wedding - we could not have gotten by without her!

  Perfection 💗

  Taylor is seriously awesome! She made our wedding day as perfect as it could possibly be. Her work ethic is one that you don’t run across too often now a days. She worked until early morning making sure everything was amazing and still had a smile on her face when I saw her the next morning. She really payed attention to detail and listened to everything I was asking for. I loved how she answered all my questions/concerns and always had great ideas when I wasn’t completely sure what I wanted. Looking back, our day wouldn’t have been perfect without Taylor!

  I can't say enough wonderful things about Taylor Nicole Events. Taylor come on as our day-of-coordinator and went above and beyond! "Day of" really does not depict the amount of time, effort, days, calls, etc. that Taylor spent leading up to our big day. Not only was she extremely present and made sure our wedding day went off without a hitch, but we had several check-in calls leading up to the wedding day where she pointed out important details, set important reminders, etc. Taylor was EXCEPTIONAL to work with and was the best decision we made in all of our vendors.

  My experience with Taylor was incredibly helpful, calm, and prompt.

  Taylor did an amazing job organizing all the details for our special day. She was flexible and able to work on such a short timeline. She was a calming presence all throughout the planning and day of process. Taylor thought of so many details and really went the extra mile to make things easy and enjoyable. She really is the best!

She went above and beyond coordinating regular check in meetings and making sure everything ran smoothly for our rehearsal and our wedding day. The florals she also set up for us were perfect and exactly what we wanted at a very affordable price. Taylor and her team made a huge difference for our wedding day and their help allowed us to truly enjoy our wedding stress free ☺️

  Taylor is a wonderful coordinator and florist! We couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Look no further and hire her as your vendor! She is now our coordinator and florist for all future life events, and we feel so lucky to have found her. She is extremely detail oriented, helpful, and thinks of everything!
