  Highly recommend!

  Kathleen is wonderful! She was on top of every detail as we planned our daughter's wedding ceremony at San Sophia and the reception at a private home. Her timeline to all the vendors and coordination made everything run smoothly--no worries for us during this special day. Cannot recommend her highly enough!

  Kathleen was an absolute pleasure to work with. She has a great personality making it really easy to get along with and enjoy working with her. She’s very organized and always really quick to respond to any emails/texts/phone calls. She has a lot of connections in Telluride and knew our venue and the coordinator at the venue which was very helpful. We live in Denver so we ended up having Kathleen put together and deliver all our welcome bags which she executed marvelously, we shipped everything to her in multiple shipments and she put everything together in the bags. Which our custom bags never arrived until weeks after the wedding so she even at last minute ran out to get us substitute bags to use to put everything together and still get delivered on time. I highly recommend using Kathleen for your wedding, she really helped get everything organized and done leading up to the wedding and then the execution on the wedding day was flawless. Could not have been a happier bride on my special day!

  Kathleen was great! Initially we were not going to use a wedding coordinator until the venue required it, but we are so glad we did! Kathleen was able to go through all the details that a bride might not necessarily think of and was very responsive communicating. The day of was a breeze because we knew Kathleen would be able to handle everything including set-up of the venue. She also lives in the area and is very knowledgeable of different vendors and can recommend places to eat/things to do outside of the wedding day. Her attitude was positive and we knew we were in good hands, I would definitely recommend Telluride Presents!

  My husband(!) and I want to enthusiastically echo all of Kathleen’s glowing reviews! Kathleen planned our multi-day Fourth of July wedding celebration, and the whole weekend was better than we ever could have imagined. In interviewing other planners in the area, Kathleen stood out from the very beginning with her positivity, her energy, and her confidence. Despite the logistical challenges of planning a 160-person event over one of Telluride’s busiest holiday weekends, Kathleen’s can-do attitude and her ever-reliable follow-through made us feel completely comfortable that things could still go off without a hitch. And they did, times 1000! She understood (and did not judge us) for still having a budget, despite the size and complexities of our wedding vision, and she never told us something wasn’t possible without also offering with a solution.
  
  The day after, my husband and I were hiking when a perfect stranger recognized us from seeing our wedding party going to the ceremony: “I’ve never seen a bride look so calm and happy on her wedding day." We can’t say it enough: That calm, that pure joy, that total unbridled enjoyment of our wedding day would not have been possible without Kathleen’s steady, reliable hand at the wheel. She is worth her weight in gold.
  
  The only other note I could make is this: Kathleen is perhaps less “flashy” in her advertising than some of the other planners in the area. When you meet her, you’ll see why: Kathleen didn’t get into this business because she wants a perfect Instagram shot to promote herself or because she thinks this is somehow a stylish, girl-boss business. She got into it because she’s a consummate professional with years of event planning experience (both corporate and social), and she cares deeply about her clients. To Kathleen, your wedding day is about you and making your dreams come true. And she’ll move heaven and earth to make it happen. We are so grateful to Kathleen and Telluride Presents!

I found Kathleen through a recommendation from the Peaks at Palmyra Resort and Hotel in Mountain Village, CO. The reviews I read on Kathleen were absolutely heart-warming and fantastic! She is exactly what I was looking for, not to mention, she customized a package to fit our unique day, as we are hosting a very small wedding at the Peaks deck. She went out of her way to help us identify, a bakery and florist! Not to mention, your generosity to assist with sound, when she could. I truly look forward to working with Kathleen on our big day, and very excited to provide another review afterwards.
