  I quickly browsed both David's Bridal and Alfred Angelo when I first began my wedding dress search and I immediately hated the feel of both places. They were very impersonal and rushed - I was just another bride on the waiting list.
  
  I decided to shop local and Temptations was my second stop of the day. I had spoken with one of the girls beforehand and given her my Pinterest. She had found a dress in the store to match one I had pinned and it was absolutely amazing. It was the first dress I tried on here (after having tried probably over 10 dresses at another store) and I knew it was the one. My dress itself was a great price and then the girls recommended both a yoke and a belt to go with it which complimented it very well. Adding these accessories still kept my dress right at my budget.
  
  I am very happy with the service I have received from everyone at Temptations. The seamstress, Carol, was also so pleasant to work with and did a beautiful job altering my dress, which only needed to be shortened. Everyone here made my experience very personal and special.

  I had made the mistake of going to David's Bridal first and had been completely overwhelmed with crowds of loud people, a lack of mirrors in the tiny cramped dressing stall and pushy salespeople. My mother encouraged me to go to Temptations, so that was my next - and final - stop. The saleslady waited on us almost immediately. She listened to what I thought I wanted and pulled the gowns that fit that description, but decided to throw one extra gown in there, "just to try." I actually laughed at the dress she picked but shrugged my shoulders and tried it anyway. It turns out that the one she chose was absolutely perfect for me, and I ended up buying it. On each return to the store, I was greeted by first name and made to feel welcome. The seamstress they work with is very talented and does great work.

  I found the wedding dress of my dreams at Temptations! The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable. I came in not knowing what I wanted for a dress, and ended up with a dress and veil that was more than I could have dreamed of. If they do not have a dress there, they have books of dresses that they can order as well!

  I absolutely loved working with Kim. She knew exactly what I wanted and the 4th dress was the one I picked. Great personality, and wonderful to work with! The seamstress at Temptations was also very nice and very very reasonable with her prices. I got the dress of my dreams and I owe it to Temptations!

When I was unsure of whether or not I found my wedding dress, they did not pressure me into buying a dress. They gave me good advice and told me to come back after I thought it over so I wouldn't make a decision I might later regret. (Even though I'd already been to another bridal store where the owner attempted to get be to buy a dress almost $1,000 over the strict budget I gave her and did not suit our wedding style or the formality of the event were were planning.) The only negative I encountered at Temptations was their seamstress was curt with me, tried to cancel my last dress fitting or move to the week of my wedding without calling me herself, and then the bustle was hemmed too long so while dancing I stepped on it. Other than their rude seamstress, I loved every aspect of Temptations Bridal.

  I am so happy with my wedding dress shopping experience at Temptations Bridal. They made me feel special and the girls working there are so nice! Temptations is not one of those "stuffy" bridal boutiques at all - everyone there is very down to earth and helpful and by no means "pushy" like some of the other bridal salons I visited. They pulled excellent dresses given what I had described I was looking for and I ended up buying the very first dress I had tried on! My dress arrived on-time and their seamstress did a wonderful job on my hem and bustle. I give the high marks all-around!

  Temptations was the second bridal shop that I went to, but it should have been the first. From the moment I walked in to my appointment with Sandra, I was pleased. She was very nice and helpful. She knew what dress I would like best just by looking at my sample pictures. The one she pulled for me, was the one I wore on my wedding day. Sandra answered all my questions and calmed me down during a couple of freak out moments during the planning period of the wedding. I would highly recommend Temptations.

  Temptations Bridal Shop was a wonderful place to purchase my gown. The staff members were caring and ready to directly address my individual needs (and wants). I made the long drive to this shop because of their authentic Maggie Sottero dresses, and based on a friend’s recommendation. Each time I went to shop, I worked with several different representatives who helped me to pick out jewelry, try on veils, learn to bustle my dress, and of course the in house seamstress helped to fit my dress properly. They cared for both my expensive dress and me until the last day it left the shop for our wedding. I was very happy with their service and kindness. I couldn’t help feeling that for the price, the quality of details in my Maggie Sottero dress should have been better! (Small strings off beads we needed to cut off). Overall though, my dress was the dress of my dreams and I couldn’t have asked for much more from Temptations Bridal and their staff. Thanks for all of your help!

  Temptations was the second store I went to while dress shopping. I tried on a handful of beautiful dresses but none of them really felt like mine. The last dress in my fitting room I hadn't tried on because it was torn, and it didn't look like anything special....I was so wrong! They encouraged me to try it on and then we played with a few different belts until we found just the right one! The staff took so much time and payed so much attention, I felt so comfortable compared to the other local place I went to...and I was under my budget! Carol was amazing and my dress fit like a dream after only one fitting about a month before the wedding. I absolutely love my dress and am disappointed I won't be wearing it again!
  My only frustration was that at the time of my wedding, the store was moving from Gardner to Leominster. I had been told that for the day of the wedding we would pick it up in Gardner, then my bridesmaids were told Leominster. My groom and I had to go talk to the manager to get it all sorted out, since picking it up in Leominster was farther from the venue. When we did pick up my dress, it was supposedly steamed, but when I opened it at the venue (an hour from Leominster, all backroads), the tulle was wrinkled. Temptations offered to steam it with the new steamer if we brought it back to Leominster...definitely not what I wanted to hear the day of my wedding! So needless to say I had to hang it in the bathroom of my suite for hours with the shower steam attempting to get the wrinkles out. It wasn't perfect when I put it on, but it wasn't bad...just not what I was expecting.

  We used this shop for our bridesmaid dresses and alterations to their gowns and to my wedding gown. The people at the shop were great and their seamstress Carol was very talented and did a FANTASTIC job!

  They were so helpful in helping me find a dress that would fit in my budget. My dress was everything I had ever dreamed it would be. They let me pay off my dress in payments which made it very easy for me. The tuxes came in on time and fit everyone just the way they were suppose to. They pressed the dresses and everything. I would have to say the value of their products is amazing. The people who work there are ready and willing to help you like you are the only person whom is there.

  I ordered my bride's maid dresses and my bridal dress from Temptations Boutique and Bridal. All my bride's maid's dresses came in the color and size I had picked, except for my junior Bride's Maid Dress. It came in the color that I had formerly picked and changed my mind. The store forgot to change the color of my Junior Bride's Maid dress. It was Mocha and brown, instead of Green and sage.
  Since there was no time to reorder another dress with the correct colors, I had to settle for a different color dress, with the Green and sage I wanted. I did not receive a discount and the store did not take responsibility for their mistake.
  My husband tried to talk to the store vendors about the dress color and how the Junior Bride Maid wanted to match with the Bride's maids in the wedding. One of the Vendors stated to my husband, "that his daughter, will have to just get over it." Not very professional to say that to the groom about his own daughter.

  I was very unhappy with my experience at this vendor. Shopping for your dress is suppose to be a fun and exciting experience and I can say that it certainly was not that! I was told to hold off till the last minute to get my alterations daone and when I did then told me they could not fit me in unless I did them during the time that I was at work. I explained that I was 45 minutes away and that didn't matter. I went to pick up my dress and made them aware that I was unhappy and they didn't even try in the least bit to accomodate my need for alterations when they were the ones that tols me to wait. No recommendation here..

  Not enough space to go on my rant so here's the short of it:
  -Staff is rude and can't be bothered with helping men
  -Getting important status calls, emails or feedback from the staff doesn't always happen
  -Bridesmaid dresses were recommended to be ordered 4 sizes too large because "some brands make them small"
  -Not all measurements are taken for men, resulting in the wrong size items being ordered
  -Swapping out incorrectly sized items is a messy (they don't call it in right away, expected delivery driver can go to the wrong store) and takes multiple days to get the correct items. Their idea of solving the problem would have resulted in the correctly sized items being available an hour before the ceremony(pictures were being taken 3 hours before the ceremony).
  -Tux orders need to be triple checked because the staff will just write down numbers for items even if you bring a list (read "manufacturer's codes") of what you want
  -Price for tux rentals were decent but only because there was a $40 off coupon running at the time
  -Their website is horrible, almost didn't go there for that reason
  
  -Can not stress enough how much I do not recommend this place

  I was basically scammed. I am a bride on a budget, and was looking at their sample options. I explained to the employees and the seamstress's daughter/ apprentice that I am having a beach wedding and what I was looking for. I found a dress that looked nice, albeit it needed a petticoat, and I was assured that it would be great for my wedding venue etc. I bought the dress and left it at the store until my first fitting with their seamstress. At that appointment, the first thing the seamstress said was that I was going to need a 4-teir petticoat to fill out the skirt the way I described to the other employees/ her daughter. Four tiers plus what was on the dress and the satin of the skirt was hot in the store, let alone in the sun on a beach! I was completely lied to when I was thinking about purchasing it -- being told that the dress would work for a beach wedding and that a small petticoat and steaming would fluff out the skirt. It was only told AFTER PAYING that I was told it wasn't possible. The dress never left the store, and despite being mislead by their employees, they wouldn't let me return the dress. So now here I am with the choice of a dress I won't be comfortable in on my wedding day, or doubling my dress budget. What a scam.

  I was basically scammed. I am a bride on a budget, and was looking at their sample options. I explained to the employees and the seamstress's daughter/ apprentice that I am having a beach wedding and what I was looking for. I found a dress that looked nice, albeit it needed a petticoat, and I was assured that it would be great for my wedding venue etc. I bought the dress and left it at the store until my first fitting with their seamstress.
