My husband and I got married at The Abbey on Friday, 9/22/23. My coordinator, Jacqui and the owner, Lori were such a pleasure to work with. I live an hour away and they were so accommodating with my crazy schedule. They made everything so easy from start to finish. The day went off without a hitch thanks to every single staff member. The space was beautiful and I so appreciate the effort that went into making my detailed vision come alive. We had a small, intimate wedding of about 50 so the smaller reception space was perfect for us. The design of the space from the wood accent walls to the beautiful concrete floors and hanging lights was exactly what we were looking for. The landscaping outside was the perfect backdrop to our pictures. We had a great experience, I wouldn't change a thing.

We also stayed that night at the on-site Airbnb which was an absolute dream and was perfect for accommodating our out of town guests. It was so clean and beautifully decorated. Choosing this venue was one of our best decisions!

My husband and I were married at The Abbey earlier this month, and we had an amazing experience! The venue is gorgeous, and the included amenities are amazing. Everything from the bridal suite to the reception area was absolutely stunning. The staff was amazing - very attentive! The venue coordinator changed about halfway through our process, but Jacqui, the new coordinator, didn’t miss a beat. Truly, she is the reason that our day went so well! Overall, prepare for a wonderful experience if you choose The Abbey. This is a decision you will not regret!

If you're looking for the perfect place with a sanctuary, reception, and getting ready area to host your wedding, then look no further than The Abbey Salisbury! From the moment we walked in to do our tour, I knew this was the place to say our "I Dos". The venue is just gorgeous and boasts of a great history. This place also has the most amazing staff that will help you from the planning process all the way to closing the night. We loved how they were able to make our vision come to life and our wedding went without a hitch (at least that we know of cause they're that good!). We are truly grateful and blessed to have found this gem and be a part of their blissfully wedded couple!

My husband and I got married at The Abbey in February 2023. We chose The Abbey because of it’s beauty and close location to hotels and access to Ubers for our guests. It was important to us for our guests to not have to drink and drive.

We met with Alison who is absolutely wonderful! She gave us a tour of the entire venue. We booked and started planning. Alison was on her A Game the entire time. She had recommendations for caterers, DJ services, and so on. She also had a spreadsheet/timeline to help us all stay organized. She touched base with us frequently and also responded quickly when we had any questions.

About a month before the wedding, we met with Alison and Lori(the owner of the venue) to discuss, plan and design our wedding day decor and layout. We were not very caught up in the details so it was so helpful to have them both there, helping us design how we wanted our wedding to look.

Our wedding ran so smoothly. There were no issues. Alison and her team made it all perfect! They coordinated everything for us from the arrival, getting ready, first look photos, to preparing our things at the end of the night. They had everything lined up on a table for us that needed to go to a car. We were out of there so easily and quickly at the end of the night.

My husband and I stayed onsite at the Airbnb that night. It is a beautiful place. Everything was so clean and spacious. Alison and her team had our personal belongings there waiting for us.

Also, I want to add that mine and my daughters feet were killing us so Alison sent someone to the bridal suite to get my slippers and their crocs so we could dance comfortably the rest of the night. Alison also held onto my personal belongings and cell phone and provided it to me and recorded some special moments for me at my request. She also got us some food and drinks from cocktail hour while we were taking photos. Oh and she provided some trays/platters for us that we needed. And she provided a wheelchair for my 94 year old grandmother to use. She is amazing!

If we had to do it all over again, we wouldn’t change a single thing! This was both of our’s second weddings/marriages so to have someone spend so much time and pay attention to detail and make it go so effortlessly was worth every single penny. This venue and staff deserves more than 5 stars!

The Abbey sealed the deal on making all my dreams come true. My husband and I really wanted a chapel wedding that felt traditional and the abbey provided that atmosphere. But by far the staff was the best. Each of them made our big day as perfect as can be. Allison was a saving grace. She is so detail oriented that the day ran a smooth as possible. I loved how flexible her and the staff were, knowing that nothing is ever perfect, we were all able to adjust and keep rolling without skipping a beat. The decorations for the big day were perfect. The staff were so swift about setting up and tear down. It all felt so stress free. I would choose The abbey a hundreds times over if I was promised the same staff. Neither of us were from Salisbury but the travels were completely worth it for a dream wedding that felt traditional and intimate. I am still in awe with how dreamy our day was.

An absolute dream to work with! My husband and I just got married at The Abbey October 15, 2022 and we could not have asked for a better team to work with leading up to and on our big day. We opted to include the decor package and we are so glad we did! The Abbey decorated the ceremony and reception space for us and we did not have to lift a finger. Alison was our day-of-coordinator and she was so helpful and gave great ideas when it came down to planning out our day from start to finish. We talked for a little over an hour the week before to discuss all of our final details and make sure both her and I were on the same page. She was so sweet and so happy to help. Knowing she was in control allowed me to relax and enjoy the day rather than worrying over all of the small details. We are so thankful for all of the staff at The Abbey that helped make our day even more special and run so smoothly! I cannot say enough positive things about this venue!

I cannot say enough positive things about the Abbey. The day we toured, I knew immediately that this was the place I wanted to get married. Alison and Lori made each detail of our wedding dream come to life. The day itself was truly magical and you can tell these ladies and their team know what they are doing! They pour so much love into the venue and were so accommodating to my entire wedding party, family etc. You did not have to worry about a thing, and as a bride, that took so much stress off my shoulders. They really took care of it all. The venue itself is breathtaking but the fact they offer a design package to decorate made the venue that much more appealing. They had all the décor I could have ever wanted, and our design consultation was so much fun! It was amazing to see all the small details we picked out in our venue the day of the wedding and it was perfect. If I could do it all over again, I would! I truly had the best experience at The Abbey and it will go down as one of the best days of my life!

Our team has had nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff and venue spaces at The Abbey! We get excited when we hear a client mention this venue as they are such a pleasure to work with!

One of the most important considerations for our big day was that no one in our family or friend circles had to worry about the setup and breakdown for our event. It was also very important that there was a get ready space onsite for myself and my groom – so many venues lacked groom spaces! The Abbey was the perfect venue for this request because they included setup and breakdown, and they gave the bride and groom both their own separate get ready spaces. With the design session we were also able to pick out all the décor we would need for our event with ease – and they had such a huge selection that it really did make it easy to ensure we could get everything that we envisioned. It was a package that really fit our vision of trying to minimize the stress of our guests and to minimize our own stress to some degree. Having so much available in one location helped to minimize some of the additional searching and booking that we may have needed to consider for another venue, so this was the perfect choice for us. I know we had some requests that were new to them for our event, specifically we requested for a POW/MIA table during our reception. They helped us identify the best way to get this setup and told us what they could provide for the table vs. what we would need to bring with us. It turned out perfect in the space and we are so happy we included it. With the groom, and my brother as active military and several veterans in family, this was an important addition that was very meaningful to have included and we are so grateful the Abbey was able to accommodate. The team at the Abbey was also so wonderful to work with through the entire planning process and on the big day. They helped to coordinate everything to perfection on the big day, and I know without them it wouldn’t have been as easy of a process as it was. We are so grateful for them and their team.

My husband and I were married at The Abbey on November 12, 2022 and had the most amazing experience! We couldn’t have asked for a better team! Right from the beginning Alison took care of absolutely everything and made sure that I had nothing to worry about and could enjoy my day. I would recommend her and the team 1000 times over as they gave my new husband and I the wedding of our dreams!

Alison and her team were just amazing! The whole experience from start to finish was like a well oiled machine and we ended up with our dream day! I couldn't imagine a better venue or group of people to make your day the best that it can possibly be.

This past August 2021 we had our wedding reception at the Abbey. Diana and the staff were so helpful and nice. They made everything so easy and made it a special day. The venue and decor was beautiful. The guests also loved the coffee bar!

The venue is gorgeous! The staff is absolutely amazing!! They helped make our dreams come true and helped our special day flow perfectly! It didn't take long for us to fall in love with this venue. It would be a little small if you were having a bigger wedding, but thankfully we only had about 90 people and it worked out perfect for us!

The absolute best venue there is !!!!! Everything was amazing!!!! The abbey is wonderful and made sure that my husband and I special day was past amazing! They made sure we did not want for anything , they took care of us and our guests, amazing level of professionalism, and the decor and set ups were beautiful!!!! I highly recommend the abbey of Salisbury! You will not be disappointed! And also, the decorations are included in the venue price , you can’t beat that at all ! I can go on forever about the abbey and the staff, but I’ll let you guys experience it yourself ! Please book them !

While our wedding is in October, the Abbey is beyond perfect for out day. Not to mention, Lori who owns the venue is beyond amazing.

This venue was perfect for our style. We weren’t the typical southern rustic couple, and this venue has such a classic feel that will go with ANYONES style! Lori was incredible, and worked with everything we wanted. Our day was incredible. I’m a wedding photographer, and I recommend this venue to allll of my brides!!

The Abbey was the best place I could have chosen for my wedding day! Not only was it beautiful, but the staff was AMAZING. I did not feel stressed or overwhelmed one time on my wedding day because they took care of everything from setting up decorations to distributing the sparklers at the end. I especially loved it because its such a lovely church and then on the bottom floor there is an amazing room for the reception. It was such a gift to get married here!! I wish I could do this day again.

This venue is absolutely gorgeous. I am a wedding photographer who had the pleasure of photographing this space a while back and it was stunning. Not only that Lori and her staff are amazing. They really and truly care about their couple and put in to much work and effort into every detail of their weddings. This place is a 10!
