When we viewed the three venues that were near the Centralia Grand Ballroom we had our heart set on the Library Annex, but realized it would be too small. Jodi took us across the street to the Aerie and we fell in love with the space-and there is SO much space! Jodi and Neil are amazing. They responded quickly to any questions we had, let us tour the venue a handful of times, and were so friendly and welcoming, almost like we were guests in their home. The day of the wedding went perfectly, and Jodi was there if we needed her.
I love this venue so much, and it holds a special memory for my husband and I. We highly recommend this venue, and the owners!

This space was amazing! The owners were so flexible and really cared about our event. Their weekend package with access Friday night for set-up and Sunday morning for clean-up made our wedding such a stress free experience. This venue is truly a hidden gem and guests adored the space.

This venue was absolutely amazing! The owners are extremely easy to work with and were very flexible with coming in to look and get an idea for the layout we wanted! Prefect venue for us!

So many great things I could say about this venue! First off you get so much bang for your buck and for the area we live in many other venues couldn't beat their price. Every question I had I got an answer beyond quickly and I felt so comfortable working with them!! I recommend them every time!!

I grew up in lewis county and when i read The Aerie moto online, "DOWNTOWN ELEGANCE
SMALL TOWN PRICES" I knew that it was worth looking at. Neil showed me the venue twice and both times he was so friendly and welcoming! I love the venue and the price for our wedding!

Neil and Jodi own two amazing locations: Centralia Grand Hotel and Ballroom and Aerie Ballroom. The locations are a block away from each and we utilized both for our wedding.

After an extensive hunt of wedding venues, none of which we loved, we took the drive to Centralia to tour the hotel and the Aerie. Neil met us at the front desk and showed us around the hotel first. His friendliness and professionalism shined through immediately. He is so warm and inviting. The hotel is ridiculously beautiful and Neil gave us a history of the building and all the charm and love that has gone into keeping it in impeccable condition.

We then walked down the street to the Aerie. The second we walked in, we knew this was our venue. Neil and Jodi have done an incredible job of maintaining the almost 100-year-old building. We paid our deposit and signed our contract that day.

We blocked out almost all the rooms at Centralia Grand Hotel for ourselves, our parents, and our bridal parties. Upon checking in, we were greeted with complimentary champagne. Every staff member we encountered were welcoming and attentive. The rooms are comfortable and have an amazing old-school charm that you must experience.

We had our rehearsal dinner, as well as our wedding ceremony and reception at The Aerie. Our entire weekend was perfect thanks to Neil and Jodi, their team, and the stunning buildings in which we had the privilege of utilizing for our wedding.

Upon checking out, the front desk had gathered some items that were left at the Aerie after our wedding and ensured that we got them back. They also gave us a complimentary bottle of wine as their congratulations. Additionally, a few weeks after our wedding, we received a package in the mail with other items that had been found after our stay.

We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding weekend! We plan on staying there in the future and we recommend them for any event.

The Aerie Ballroom was absolutely amazing for our wedding! We rented the entire facility for the weekend and it kept the stress level down because we weren't rushed to complete everything in one day. We only had to do minimal decorating because the facility is so well maintained and decorated. Jodi and Neal are fantastic! They are extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable. We only toured one other venue before the Aerie but knew immediately that we had to book it. I would most definitely recommend this venue! It would even be perfect for sweet 16 parties, company events, or any other celebration large or small. We couldn't be more pleased!

Neil and Jodie are the owners of not only our ceremony location but our reception location as well. They were a true pleasure to work with and we couldn't have had a better experience. while i fell in love with the grand ballroom for our ceremony i knew that the Aerie ballroom would be the place to party! It has amazing kitchens, a gorgeous bar area and even a place upstairs to just get away from it all!

Absolutely perfect venue! We wanted a beautiful place where we could have our fairytale wedding while bringing in all of our own vendors and staying in budget and we got it! It's a gorgeous ballroom, perfect size for our 120 guests with ceremony/dancing room. The extra room worked great for our buffet line and the upstairs room were a blast getting ready in (and they also made for stunning photos!) All in all, this place is ridiculously cheap for what you get and the couple who runs it are friendly, easy to work with, and passionate about the beautiful restoration work they've done!

I cannot speak highly enough about how beautiful the Aerie Ballroom is OR how wonderful the owners are. I was so relieved to find out that this too good to be true pricing and uniqueness is actually true! Neil and Jodie are incredible people and they went above and beyond to make my wedding day perfect. I had lots of questions throughout the wedding planning process, and they would respond to my emails withing 24 hours. They also let me tour the venue several times during the wedding planning process to help me make decisions and preparations. They were more than accommodating to my needs. I am SO THANKFUL we picked the Aerie for our wedding.

This place is amazing. The bar is beautiful and the venue is very spacious. Two rooms upstairs to get ready, a mirrored room to take beautiful pictures and later put your buffet in and a huge ballroom for the ceremony. There is also a balcony to put the DJ on...we are so glad we chose this venue. Our caterer ran the event and the rental, so I am not sure how that will go with the new people. But I have zero complaints! We had a beautiful and wonderful wedding here...

Absolutely love this venue, Justin and all of his staff members are amazing! I had to plan the wedding from a different state, so he made my job so much easier, when it came to the planning. He offers a lot of rental options and the prices are pretty reasonable. We definitely appreciated that because we were able to save a lot. This is a perfect place in the heart of Downtown Centralia, I highly recommend!

The ballroom is beautiful with it's draperies and wood details and is very nicely decorated throughout, especially in the bride and groom suites. We were able to decorate the wedding archway to suite our colors and style and the staff was very helpful and kind in answering all my first time mother of the bride questions!

This was an incredible venue! They are so flexible and affordable and the venue itself is beautiful inside! It was an amazing space to celebrate our wedding day!

The aerie was absolutely perfect. When my fiance and I went to look at it, we knew as soon as we walked in that it was the perfect place for us to hold our special day. Jodi and Neil are amazing to work with, and are extremely helpful and caring. They make you feel more like family, than a client. The ballroom is spectacular, and the prices are even more amazing. You would be doing yourself a disservice if you did not go look at the ballroom. Do not judge it by the pictures, they do not do it justice. AMAZING!

This is the perfect wedding venue for anyone who wants high-class vintage charm without paying big city prices. My groom and I are both from Tacoma and when we would tell people we were getting married in Centralia we got plenty of strange looks, but on the day of the wedding I had so many people tell me that they understood why! The ballroom is gorgeous and unique. We were able to have our ceremony in a separate room from the reception (which was in the ballroom), and that worked out so well with timing and ease of transition. We also had two bands (a jazz trio and Sol Bird, who does motown) and they sounded AMAZING. With two kitchens PLUS a separate bar room with a super cool antique bar, the Aerie had everything we could have dreamed of.

If that wasn't enough, Jodi and Neil were super helpful and laid back. The few "rules" they have were completely reasonable for protecting the ballroom (i.e., don't drag furniture across the hardwood floors). Otherwise, they let us bring in all our own vendors, bring in hard liquor, even candles! By far the most flexible venue I'd checked out.

No matter where you live in Western WA, check out this ballroom. It's worth the drive!

I HIGHLY recommend this venue! Jodi and Neil were absolutely amazing to work with throughout the entire process! They were very responsive to all my emails and got back to me right away whenever I emailed them with questions. Everyone at my wedding loved the building and it has so much character! After entering the venue, you forget that you are even in downtown Centralia and you are swept away into the 1920's with the original hardwood floor and beautiful drappings across the ceiling. I would definitely recommend anyone to have their wedding here!

Neil and Jodi are awesome! The Aerie Ballroom is gorgeous. We book the Aerie for the "weekend special" and it gave us plenty of set up and break-down time. Jodi even jumped right in and asked us if we needed any help unloading vehicles. Everyone that attended our wedding L-O-V-E-D the venue. I'm so glad I booked The Aerie Ballroom. I really think we had the best wedding in history!

The owners are wonderful people and worked very well with us. It is a family owned business and very professionally ran. I highly, highly recommend The Aerie.

We loved the Aerie. Neil and Jodi have always been very helpful and friendly every time we've had to contact them. The ballroom is beautiful and went perfectly with my theme. The only little hitch we had was although we provided a banquet permit, we had to have a licensed bartender behind the bar at all times. I would have been a little more understanding if we had been servind hard alcohol but we had beer, wine, water and punch. Other than that, it's a beautiful venue, the owners are amazing, and their prices are really really low and competitive.

Everything was amazing for our wedding. The venue is gorgeous with such elegance when you walk in. That made it so much easier since we didn't have to add too much to make it perfect! While the price was high for our budget, it was one of the lowest we could find, especially for an all day rental. They were totally responsive to all questions and concerns and made sure we had exactly what we needed to make our day special. My friend is getting married here in 3 months so totally happy to visit again and I'm recommending to everyone I know in the area!

I love the Aerie! Such a beautiful venue. The staff is so helpful and friendly. They are making the whole wedding experience easy.

This venue is great and super flexible! I would recommend them in a heartbeat! The main thing to be aware of when planning your wedding here, is to know what you want-- they aren't an all inclusive venue, rather a "bring what you want" venue, they have quite a few renal pieces, but you are expected to create your own centerpieces and decor to bring in and take away! BUT what is awesome is that it is such a pretty venue you don't need to do much to have amazing decorations at a very little cost! We loved it here--I also worked with a lot of their recommended vendors and they did a fabulous job!!
