    Very friendly and professional people

    My kids and I stayed at the Alexander Hotel for my daughter’s 21st birthday. We rented one of their cabanas as well. Prices were very reasonable and the room was very clean. I will definitely come back.

    Event experience

    We attended an event here and had a wonderful experience. The venue was beautiful, we loved the food and the hotel staff was very accommodating! Definitely recommend!

    Wedding of my dreams

    Just want to take a moment to thank the incredible team at The Alexander Hotel for the wedding my husband and I have always wanted! Was so grateful for the constant communication that assuaged my nerves during the planning of it all. From start to finish, an inspiring job done. I’m not sure if anyone can do it better than them!

    Amazing place with oceans view , service amazing,food delicious

    Whole event went like a dream comes true.
    General manager Micha , arranged every thing as per our requirements ,they personally made sure every thing goes smooth.

    Beautiful venue with amazing chef michah!

    My husband and I had our wedding on May 23rd 2021 and it was beautiful! Chef Micah really went above and beyond to make our day very special. The food was magnificent and the venue was spectacular. We keep Kosher and it was very affordably priced. What you need to understand going forward however, is that Chef Micah and the hotel are separate entities. Chef Micah is in charge of weddings and the venue (BEAUTIFUL) in Alexander and hotel just rents out guest hotel rooms. When you are booking rooms however, do not go through hotel (each hotel room is independently owned)- instead make sure to book your guests hotels rooms via Horah Rentals. The official hotel rooms and service were horrible (AGAIN- they are in same building as venue but separately managed from the venue). Horah Rentals (which has the most BEAUTIFUL rooms in the Alexander) has the best service, and that is where our wedding suite ended up being. It was gorgeous because Chef Micah really made sure that despite mismanagement of hotel, he was on top of it. I HIGHLY recommend this hidden gem. When booking- make sure that Chef Micah is overseeing the wedding so he can properly manage the hotel staff.

    This review is for after Didi took over (first event manager was let go). Older hotel, but beautiful and elegant. The staff and food was amazing. Most of all, Didi did a fantastic job. She basically picked up the pieces and in three weeks time put together my dream wedding. I can't say how perfectly everything turned out. Thank you so much Didi!!!!!!!

    The Alexander was a choice. The outdoor deck has an amazing view of the ocean and the service was seamless outdoor to indoor to the grand ballroom. Accommodations were continuously made so the entire wedding group celebrated and danced the night away.
