This venue and especially its staff, are above and beyond all expectations. It started raining shortly before guests were to arrive for my daughters wedding ceremony. The staff went into plan b mode after discussing it with the bride, and it turned out perfectly! Highly recommend this venue and all of the people involved that make it run smoothly!

This is a beautiful country wedding venue in Greensburg, Kentucky. We held our daughter’s wedding at this site 9/26/2020. In addition to the beautiful setting, the staff at this venue is the absolute best. They did everything we asked (in the midst of the pandemic), and worked very hard to make our daughter’s wedding everything she had dreamed of. The owner, Amy Mitchum, has developed close relationships with numerous excellent vendors in the area. This made our experience like ‘one stop shopping’. I recommend giving this venue a look – you won’t be sorry!

Two words: ABSOLUTELY STUNNING 🤩. Venue has the best staff who are SO helpful. Amy was wonderful in helping plan and decorate. They have many decorations to use. The place is absolutely beautiful, rustic and vintage. I loved it. It was literally my dream and all I had hoped for. Book with them, you won’t regret it!!!

I have to admit that at first I was hesitate because of the distance we would be driving for this venue but it was so worth it! This year with Covid made things a challenge for so many weddings but the Barn eliminated any of the issues that others were having while still being safe! Amy and her team are true professionals! They took care of all of our needs and answered all of our questions! As far as the venue itself it is absolutely gorgeous and turned my daughters wedding into a fairy tale! We couldn't have asked for anything more!! Thanks Amy!!

Y'all, Amy and her team are the most amazing group of people I have ever met. It rained on our wedding day and they were so helpful and accommodating, it looked like we had planned an inside wedding from the start. You can tell they have put their heart into this place, there are so many details, every time you turn around you notice something else. It is beyond beautiful. I cannot say enough good things. The venue is absolutely stunning but the people who work there, just put it over the top. You couldn't find a better place if you tried. We love The Barn at Cedar Grove!

My fiancé and I looked at a lot of venues during the planning process last fall. The Barn was the first one that we looked and the one we compared every other venue to. In the end, we decided to go with the one that we loved the most. It turned out to be a great decision. The venue is stunning!

The cold, rainy spring day of our wedding meant that Plan B (having the wedding in the barn) turned into Plan A on our wedding day. And it was simply beautiful! The beauty of The Barn showed throughout the afternoon and evening. It was a cozy place for all of our friends and family to celebrate with us. Amy & her team were great to work with throughout the whole process. They worked so hard to make our wedding a wonderful day. I love everything about The Barn and the people in it!

Having our wedding at The Barn was absolutely the best decision we made during our planning process. Amy is phenomenal and we loved having her help us during the whole experience. The items included in the venue rental were wonderful and the online inventory was incredibly helpful. Even on a cold, rainy weekend in late October, our wedding was more than we could have imagined. Highly highly recommend this elegant venue!

Amy and her crew at The Barn at Cedar Grove are amazing and so helpful on your big day! One of my very favorite parts of the venue, besides the barn itself, is that they have a bridal cottage as well as a grooms cabin. It was so nice to be able to get there in the morning and have everyone come to us instead of having to go here and there to get hair and makeup done! The guys also enjoyed having a place to be together and enjoy the day! It's also nice knowing that there are several options when choosing where to have your wedding, whether it be in the meadow or in the barn, all of the places are beautiful! Everything was perfect on our day and then some! Highly Recommend!!!

I cannot say enough about Amy and her staff, and their beautiful venue! Wes and I knew instantly that we wanted to get married here! Our wedding day far exceeded our expectations. Leading up to the wedding, Amy was always available to answer all of my questions, no matter how many I had. Then the day before and day of the wedding, she and her crew couldn't have been more laid back and helpful. I loved everything about this place and the people in it!

Amazing AMAZING place!!! I was 100% satisfied with The Barn at Cedar Grove. The staff is wonderful, so easy to work with and willing to do anything to make your day the dream you want it to be! Amy, the owner, was always extremely helpful with anything I needed while planning my wedding and responded back to emails right away. The Barn is even more beautiful in person then pictures (I know it seems hard to believe but its true!!) and the grounds are always so nicely maintained. The smallest details with the cutest personal touches makes this venue so unique! Words can't describe how happy I am that my wedding was at The Barn at Cedar Grove, best decision ever!!

The Barn at Cedar Grove is certainly a magical place! I wouldn't want to get married anywhere else but here and now it holds a special place in my heart. Amy and her team are the absolute best that go above and beyond! They certainly have that southern hospitality and want to make your special day absolutely perfect! The whole place is absolutely stunning as is the hearts of the people that work there!

I found an ad in the Kentucky Bride magazine with the picture of the barn and Amy's contact information on it. Upon looking into the website and seeing pictures of previous weddings there, I knew that I wanted to get married there! I wasn't even engaged yet! My husband proposed to me on May 24th, 2014 and we had the venue booked shortly after. My husband and I went and saw the venue in person and fell even more in love with the setting! It is gorgeous and completely worth every penny spent! I now have beautiful wedding pictures thanks to such a gorgeous venue! Amy is beyond awesome. She was there for me whenever I needed her and responded very quickly when I asked her about the venue! My husband and I are so thankful that I chose such a wonderful place to get married.

The Barn at Cedar Grove was absolutely fantastic! It was breathtakingly gorgeous! Amy and her team have recently completed some amazing upgrades that made this venue perfect for our wedding! That being said, with the upgrades they made sure to keep the natural beauty and rustic elegance of the barn and surrounding area! On the day before the wedding, Amy and her team were there well before I arrived cleaning and setting up. On the day of the wedding Kasey and Tara were there to help make sure everything ran smoothly and turned out exactly as planned! When a couple small things weren't going perfectly, most of the time they fixed them without even letting me know or stressing me out! I couldn't not have asked for a better venue or more helpful staff!

We first visited the barn in spring of 2012 for our October 2013 wedding. We've come to think of Amy and the staff at the barn as family! Amy was always quick to respond to emails and messages. Being I was not from the area, I asked Amy on several occassions for recommendations. If she did not have an answer right then, she asked around and found one and responded right away. She helped setup imaging for personalized stamps with a picture of the barn. If I asked, she helped.
The day of the wedding, Amy and the staff were busy working about, setting up the pews and making sure everything was just right. There was not a detail left out!
We felt at home in this gourgious setting and are very happy and pleased we chose the Barn at Cedar Grove for our wedding. Everything turned out beautifully.
We would recommend the Bard at Cedar Grove to anyone looking for a unique wedding or event venue. It's worth the drive if you are not from the area.

We had the most amazing wedding day ever. Amy and everyone at the barn were so helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I didn't have to worry about anything and that everything was done how I wanted. The whole venue is just absolutely beautiful. Everyone had such an amazing time. The bride's cottage and groom's barn are the perfect touch. These two places on site made it possible for everyone to be at the same place, but far enough apart that we didn't have to worry about running in to each other. I honestly just can't put into words how much I loved our wedding and I am so thankful we had it at The Barn at Cedar Grove.

Amy and everyone at The Barn at Cedar Grove was wonderful! I can't put enough emphasis on how well they worked with each other and with me. The barn had just the right amount of rustic charm mixed with shabby chic glamour to be the setting for our wedding and reception. The brides quarters were so warm and inviting I loved getting ready there and the guys loved that they had their own place too. I would 100% recommend The Barn for your event.

So, my cousin was married here last weekend, and I have to say it was one of the most BEAUTIFUL weddings that I have been to, and I've been to A LOT (I'm a part time photographer.) For the first time, I got to sit and enjoy the wedding instead of being a part of it, and for the first time, I was UPSET because I wasn't the one capturing the beauty and the romance of this wedding. Walking in to this barn was breath taking, from the twinkle lights, to the mason jars . It has SOUTHERN WEDDING written all over it. If you are wanting a day you will never forget and if you are a person who wants romance, and moments that will last a lifetime, this is the place for you. It has great spots for photos, valet parking, and good southern hospitality, This place is magical, and will be worth every penny spent.

Having my wedding and reception at The Barn at Cedar Grove was the best decision my husband and I could have made for our wedding. The site is rustically beautiful and requires little decoration. The owner/manager and her daughter at extremely helpful with and questions or issues you may have. The whole process and experience was wonderful!
