The Barn at JJT Farm Reviews

This July my new husband and I held our dream wedding at The Barn at JTT Farm. We had looked at many outdoor venues but the scenery at The Barn was truly amazing. The grounds are beautiful and we had our choice of different settings for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. We decided to get married facing the pond and the pictures tuned our incredible. I loved the fact that I had complete control over every detail of my wedding. Amanda the owner was so helpful and provided a list of vendors that I could hire to help plan our big day. Our caterer loved the large kitchen on site to prep all the food. Our DJ set up on the gorgeous stone patio where we had our cocktail hour and later that night dancing under the bistro lights strung across the entire patio to The Barn. It was truly magical. For just a little over $3,000 we had The Barn and property for the entire weekend! My bridal party got ready at The Barn and we loved all the upgrades made to the bedrooms and bathrooms. It was a fun and relaxing weekend for everyone. The other great thing is now my husband and I can go back years from now and visit where we got married and stay with family and friends since you can rent through AirBNB when they are not booked for weddings. What a fun spot to host a family reunion. We absolutely love it!!

Beautiful facilities, amazing host. Amanda was highly professional, very responsive and helpful throughout. It was so important to us to have a stress-free setup and Amanda and team delivered. Wonderful setting and would highly recommend to anyone. It's a special place where you can create any setting you want and have optionality in catering and configuration. It's a blank canvas to shape as you want for cocktail hour, reception, etc. Excellent value for money.

This venue is a hidden gem! It’s charming, rustic, and unique. The property is stunning itself, and absolutely perfect for all seasons! There’s room for out of town guests on all three floors, a brand new shower/bathrooms, and full service kitchen. Amanda, the owner, has excellent customer service and has put so much work into this place. She was very helpful and patient as I switched my venue one month away from my wedding! We rented the barn for 3 days. I had my rehearsal dinner, wedding, and a Sunday brunch there! (Because who just wants their wedding to be only one day?!) It was perfect. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!! Thank you so much Amanda, I can’t wait for my photographer to send me pictures!

If you’re looking for a barn with an amazing piece of land, look no further! We were the first couple to use the newly renovated location for a wedding. A friend of ours previously owned this location and it has come such a long way. The upgrades Amanda and her husband have done to this place are gorgeous! We had so many compliments on the venue just because of the scenery!

The back patio is beautiful for receptions and even an evening ceremony with the string lights located above. There is plenty of land to have your ceremony out in the field, which we did. A large commercial kitchen that allowed us to bring in our own chef for our food and he praised the space!

Our wedding day was supposed to all be located outdoors but luck would have it that it rained! (We watched the forecast for a month and it was supposed to be sunny all day😔) So we had to move the entire reception indoors which still worked in the space. All the large round tables provided were able to fit indoors and we just folded up a few after dinner in order to use some of the main floor as a stage to dance.

You can rent for the day or for the entire weekend to make your wedding day easier as well. We rented for the entire weekend in order to set up Friday evening and then also have a place to get ready Saturday and for our wedding party to sleep that night. For the cost it was WORTH the money to just stay.

Although so many things didn’t go as planned such as the wrong table clothes, flowers not showing up, moving the entire wedding inside with the help of friends and family, we wouldn’t have changed the venue for a thing. We are so glad we found this place and it was the exact style we were going for. Amanda was so sweet and accommodating. We can’t wait to book on our one year anniversary just to have a little stay with some friends and relive the night we got married!!!!

If you are looking for a beautiful country setting with chic country charm then I would highly recommend the Barn JJT Farm. I was the Wedding Planner of a wedding on June 19th, 2021 which was a last minute reschedule from another venue due to Covid. Not only was the owner more than accommodating to help this couple and me, but she went above and beyond to fulfill the various recommendations I gave her regarding their property to make this wedding perfect for my couple. The Barn is uniquely decorated and very spacious. It feels like home! The property is beautiful with a few different ceremony and reception tent areas, either near the stream or by the pond. The large patio behind the barn adds to the beauty of this property and is gorgeous when lit at night. There is also a nice fire pit by the pond your guest can enjoy during your reception. Other perks that my client received was the use of tables, chairs, wine barrels and other décor that the venue had in stock. Which helped with their budget. There are many other things about this property that I could talk about that I loved. I highly recommend the Barn at JJT Farm. Thank you Amanda for going above and beyond for my clients and listening to my recommendations. I love the pride you take in your business and trying to please your customers. I would love to stop back again in the future to see all the new things you have done with this property.

Had the venue was great, views are beautiful! Having the extra room for our bridal party to stay the night was a bonus! Amanda was great & always quick to respond to any questions we had!

The owner is very responsive, always answered my questions within hours of my sending a message. Quality of service gave 3 stars because there really is no service from venue. Everything needs to be rented and delivered to venue. The inside of the barn is rustic and beautiful. We were unable to have wedding inside barn due to Covid 19 State regulations. This would also be a nice place for a family reunion weekend.
