As a wedding photographer who has captured moments at some of the most breathtaking locations across the country, I was thrilled to discover this hidden gem in my own backyard! Whether you are planning a rustic or elegant celebration, The Barn at Wheatland hills will leave everyone speechless as they watch the sunset over rolling hillsides surrounded by nature's splendor.

My daughter had her dream wedding at this amazing venue. Wonderful location, with so many extras that make it unique and extremely memorable. Some highlights are the barn, pavilions, and the drink shack that showcase the architecture and hard work that went into them. I loved all of the handcrafted wooden table, chairs and bathrooms that are already conveniently onsite. Between the lovely flowing willow tree, the old blue Ford truck, and the breathtaking sunsets, you are sure to get the portraits you are looking for. Karen was available and quick to answer any and all questions. She also has a great list of reliable vendors that helped make our event the experience we were hoping for our guests. You will literally fall in love with all the little details. It will be an easy decision to choose this venue to celebrate your event.

Enjoyed our experience at the barn! Unique and unforgettable. Seeing my bride come out on the second floor above everyone in the crowd was truly amazing and sharing the dance floor with the most beautiful sunset are just a few of the great memories we walked away with. I recommend this beautiful venue!

We had a wonderful family reunion at the wonderful Barn at Wheatland Hills. It’s a beautiful place with stunning views, fun activities (like corn hole and pickle ball) and beautiful sunsets. Our family enjoyed Karen’s hospitality and she is excellent to work with on an event.

The owners communication and professionalism are impeccable. They made sure both parties had everything they needed and wanted. The event from beginning to end was perfect. The sunset is breathtaking and will make you want a late afternoon wedding.

The Barn at Wheatland Hills was the perfect place to celebrate our family reunion. Lance and Karen were amazing and gracious hosts! They worked very hard to ensure everything ran smoothly.

The venue provided a beautiful setting with many options from relaxing by the fire pit, to engaging in the occasional game of pickleball or cornhole. The barn provided an amazing space for family dinners and gatherings. It had a rustic feel with its beautiful wood siding and tasteful lighting.

This location has so much too offer! Multiple areas for an outdoor wedding, an adorable rustic inside area for an indoor event. Areas for people to get ready separately to preserve the first look pictures. The owners are so willing to work with you. They have lists of potential vendors that they have experience with.
The sunsets at this venue make it a great place for photo shoots.
There are so many options for different events from weddings, corporate events, family reunions or any type of shower!

Came down the stairs as the first part of my aisle walk, it was so fun! Owners are awesome and easy to work with.

My husband and I had our wedding reception here and absolutely loved working with Karen and Lance throughout the whole process! They have worked hard to create this beautiful space with all of its gorgeous woodworking and it has paid off! There is room for everything you need (caterers, bathroom trailers, etc.), the bar they built is amazing, and the view is spectacular. We had 275 people at our reception, but the space can accommodate much more than that. It was the first and only venue we looked at and are so happy with our choice- thank you Karen and Lance!
