Absolutely stunning venue with gorgeous views! Our wedding was Oct. 14th and it was absolutely perfect thanks to BOTB! Cathy and her family did an amazing job helping us with everything we needed throughout the planning process up to the day of! -

Amazing and speechless. They make you feel like family and made it perfect!
I am speechless! They are amazing to work with. They made getting married easy. Helping with any questions I had or help I needed. They are accommodating and really become like family. The venue is breath taking and everyone couldn’t stop talking about it. I will definitely use this venue for big milestones in the future. We had a great experience with this vendor and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a western/rustic venue.
Barn on the Brazos made our wedding everything we wanted it to be and so much more! They were there to help us every step of the way. They are the most kind and generous people. They are definitely at the top of the list for best western/rustic wedding venue. Our day was absolutely PERFECT! -

This was the very first venue we looked at and fell in love but still looked at close to 20 other venues. We still came back to this one. From the very first interaction we had, it was just a welcoming and comforting experience. Cathy and the entire staff really treat you like family. They are very accommodating, extremely knowledgeable and super responsive to any questions I had along the way. I highly recommend Barn on the Brazos for any event but especially your wedding. It made a chaotic day rather relaxing. -

Amazing people & Beautiful Venue
We cannot recommend the Barn on the Brazos more. Cathy, Curtis, and Chad were the sweetest most down to earth and professional people. The venue itself is amazing, the view stunning, the bridal/groom suites were perfect and the barn very spacious. My dream wedding came to life here and I could not be more thankful. The venue is absolutely beautiful I can not say enough good things about this venue or its owners! -

Barn on the Brazos
We cannot recommend the Barn on the Brazos more. Cathy and Curtis makes everyone that comes onto their beautiful property feel like family. I had my dream wedding and I couldn't be more thankful. The ceremony spot is absolutely breathtaking. Every single guest that I've spoken to said it was an unforgettable experience. I highly, HIGHLY recommend having Cathy as your day of
coordinator as well. She even helped with our rehearsal, which took off a lot of stress for us. I can't wait to go back and take more pictures one day. The sunsets are amazing! -

Absolutely perfection
There is not a more perfect venue than The Barn on the Brazos! It’s absolutely gorgeous and the owners are the most caring couple, they go above and beyond to make your most important day so very special and perfect. I highly recommend this venue. This is most definitely a 5 star venue. -

We had the wedding of our dreams, if your looking for that rustic feel this is the place to book your wedding. The view alone will have you wanting to book. But one of the big reasons we booked with Barn on the Brazos was because of Cathy and Curtis they are so helpful so kind. They make you feel at home, which made our time being out there incredible. From taking our engagement pictures to our wedding day out there I couldn’t have asked for better days. The day of the wedding that morning they made sure we were set to go then we got ready and by the time the wedding was about to start they were there helping in anyway they could. Curtis snapped a few behind the scene photos & to have those raw pictures we will forever cherish them. They were both so excited for us & it made my heart feel very warm. The barn is very unique where you have your reception it’s something others haven’t seen before & we loved every bit of the property. The bride suite alone was gorgeous & the grooms suite is perfect for the men and it’s very nice. If I could give more then 5 starts I definitely would. I could go on for days about this place and tell you every detail. We loved it so much, thank you for letting us book with you and giving us the wedding of our dreams ♥️ -

Best Wedding Decision I made
I wouldn't of wanted to get married anywhere else, this place is so beautiful and special. The owners Cathy & Curtis were just amazing to work with, they really helped me alot. The view from the outdoor ceremony is beautiful and the Reception barn is just perfect. Definitely got my rustic but classy wedding I hoped for here. -

Perfect blend of rustic & elegant
We loved this venue for our wedding! It was perfectly elegant & rustic. The venue owners are very professional and very friendly. They worked with us through our long engagement (two years) and a tornado hitting their venue 1 month before our wedding. The venue is now more beautiful than ever! We had a beautiful ceremony & reception and they helped run things all day & evening /set up and take down and were a big reason our day went so smoothly. Can’t say enough good things about this venue or its owners! -

I LOVED this venue and LOVED the owners, the Haley’s. They were the sweetest, most accommodating and wonderful hosts I could’ve ever asked for. They redid their old barn that still sits on an 88 acre working cattle farm, into a work of art. They even redid 2 solos that are attached, into a room full of all the rustic decor you could ever need and the most beautiful bridal suite you could imagine. I loved getting ready there and even thought about sleeping there too. They have a huge, super cute, 4 bedroom house on the property that you can rent out and have your rehearsal dinner the night before! Go tour this venue and see for yourself the stunning views of rolling green hills and the beautiful rustic barn that is the perfect place to dance the night away! You will not be disappointed..I GUARANTEE IT! I know you will be booking it before you leave. It’s that good! ❤️ -

We absolutely LOVED this venue and the owners! As soon as we drove up, my now husband asked if we could say yes and we hadn’t even seen everything the property offered. The barn gives a rustic touch to your occasion with a classy feel to it. The view from the arbor is breathtaking with the sunset and I mean that wholeheartedly, and there is a GORGEOUS picture opportunity on their cliffs that overlooks the river. My bridals came out even more stunning that I thought possible. And if that weren’t enough, the owners are the sweetest people! They helped me stay calm when I was getting overwhelmed and made sure that it was exactly how I wanted it despite everybody else’s opinions. I would recommend this venue to anybody and everybody! Even if you just want to get some family portraits done, it is the perfect spot. I can’t even begin to tell you how pleased we were with the service we received from the owners from them showing us around to scheduling all of our appointments and setting everything up. The countless compliments our guest gave made us feel even more confident that we chose the right place. I promise, you will not be disappointed if you choose Barn on the Brazos! -

Simply perfect!
I seriously have no words to accurately reflect how amazing our experience with Cathy & Curtis and The Barn on the Brazos was. We originally booked for a May 2020 after falling absolutely in love with the venue. As we all know, that was the hot time for CoVid-19 to strike. The Haley’s were so gracious and gave several decisions: to have a small intimate ceremony and a larger event later, or we could move our date all together, etc... We ultimately made the decision to move our date. Cathy and Curtis were helpful, supportive, and attentive to all it would take to reschedule a whole wedding. We had the venue for the whole weekend (AMAZING) and when we showed up on Friday all our pre-picked decorations (provided by the venue) and tables were all set up. This made it so easy to show up and have a relaxing and fun time. They helped with coordination the entire time: direct traffic, open and close the ceremony doors, literally all the small things most people would hire a person to do. You can tell the Haley’s care about their business, their clients, and their stunning property. They want nothing but the best for their couples, and work tirelessly to make your day perfect! I should also mention the sunset is out of this world. The barn sits perfectly on top of a hill that at the perfect time is the best place to catch a famous Texas sunset. I couldn’t have imagined a better place with better people to get married. BOOK WITH THEM- it will be the easiest decision of your whole wedding!! -

Amazing!
LOVE this venue so much!! It was such a beautiful venue! We absolutely love Cathy and Curtis! They get to know you on a personal level and make sure you get exactly what you want on your special day! They take the time to make sure your opinion is heard! Most venues would not do this, we looked at a few! These are the most loving and caring people! They are what a wedding venue should be! We have already recommended them to so many people!! I would love to use them for other events in the future! -

I can not say enough good things about The Barn on the Brazos or the owners of this wonderful venue! We knew when we met Cathy and Curtis for the first time over a year ago, that this was the place for our special day. Not only are they extremely welcoming, but they have so much experience with all facets of your wedding day that they put your mind at ease. You are allowed to bring in your own vendors so you can make it unique to your wedding vision and they work so well with everyone you choose. They offer a wedding weekend option where you get the use of the property including the guesthouse with several bedrooms. Since most of our guests were from out of state, I am so thankful that we chose that option! And they have the most amazing supply room that has so many decorations from past weddings or items for the venue they have chosen , that you can use at no charge! It saved us so much money and we were able to pull things last minute to amp up our reception look too! When the pandemic hit, none of us knew what that meant for weddings or how much we would be affected. Our wedding was scheduled for Labor Day Weekend and once my fiancé and I decided to proceed with a lower guest count, I contacted Cathy to discuss everything and she offered such good advice. Despite all the changes we had to make to our original guest count to make things safe for everyone, the venue was the least of our worries. I THANK GOD that we chose The Barn on The Brazos! We were also excited that we got to take our engagement photos on the property and it gave our photographers the opportunity to see the layout of the venue ahead of time, and plan their shots. We chose an evening wedding so we could have a sunset backdrop for our ceremony. The day of the wedding it stormed a good part of the day, but I was only a little worried since there was a plan “B” Cathy and Curtis had discussed with us. Our saving grace? Curtis was in the venue closing stuff up to keep our decorations intact, blowing water out wherever necessary, drying the outside benches, and was on ant patrol all day long. Earlier that morning we still had to decorate our wedding arch and had limited time before hair and makeup was starting. I showed Cathy my flowers and the garland we were using, and she stepped right in to help secure them along with my MOH and the groom. She used that designer eye of hers to guide the placement and it turned out beautiful! We ultimately did get to get married outside under that arch at sunset just like we planned, and it was stunning! I don’t know what I would have done without Cathy and her special touches throughout our ceremony and reception, or Curtis shuttling us around and taking such good care of the place! Since I’m an animal lover( and had my fur baby in our ceremony), I can’t forget to mention the resident fur friends of the property either. Boots and Popeye! Popeye is a little shy but Boots loves to be in the action and was a welcome guest at our rehearsal dinner ( we held at the guest house), and for our wedding day. All of my guests had so many wonderful things to say about the beauty of the venue (evident by their amazing pics taken on their phones), the laid back nature of the place, the doggies, and most of all Cathy and Curtis. We love them! And lastly let me say this: if you are planning a barn wedding in Texas you need to look no further! Trust me: our wedding day was like a dream I’m still waking up from... Beautiful venue and the value is amazing. The price is much lower than surrounding venues and the owners are extremely helpful; they also offer use of their own beautiful decor collection, which helped us save even more money. Definitely the best deal around.
