Jennifer Sent on 07/28/2018As Mother of the Bride, nothing gives me greater pleasure than to share our experience. From the initial site visit to the wedding and reception, we were treated like royalty. There are not enough superlatives, adjectives, and adverbs to adequately express how wonderful The Bavarian Inn is. From Ms. Brenda Morrison, our fabulous event planner, to the gracious and accommodating wait staff, to the always-smiling front desk team, to the unsung heroes in the kitchen, and to the fine folks in housekeeping, every single desire was fulfilled! Even those details we never thought of were taken care of. The only player not onboard was Mother Nature. But, the exemplary staff made sure that the deluge we experienced was simply a minor inconvenience for the bridal party and all our guests. The outdoor ceremony was efficiently moved indoors and the wedding went off without a hitch. The food! Oh my goodness, the food! Our family, friends, and neighbors are still raving about how scrumptious everything was! From the hors d'oeuvres, to the entrees, to the late night snacks, our every culinary desire was met! As you can tell, I am one happy momma! Please give The Bavarian Inn every consideration when planning your special day. They truly make dreams come true!

We decided to have our wedding at the Bavarian Inn after celebrating our engagement there and falling in love with not just the food, but also with the European ambiance. It was the perfect location with the perfect backdrop. Plus it provided us with one stop shopping so to speak, where everything from the ceremony to the reception to the accommodations would all be in one location. This made it easier not just on us, but on our guests as well. From the start, Brenda was amazing to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and always in communication of any changes. If there was a problem, she made sure to take care of it. She took so much of the stress out of planning a wedding and ensured me that every thing down to the tiniest detail would be taken care of. And it absolutely was. She assisted in many aspects of the planning by providing me with suggestions for both on and off site needs. She gave me a list of recommended vendors, which is how we found our photographer and bakery, both of which we were thrilled with. The entire process was just seamless. And the entire staff was professional, courteous, and accommodating to all of the needs of the wedding party and guests. The food and service is impeccable and we received numerous compliments from our guests on both. We could not have asked for a more perfect place to get married. -

The food was amazing, the grounds are beautiful and allowed us to have a wedding beyond our wildest dreams. They helped to give us a wedding weekend that we will never forget! Thank you Bavarian Inn! -

User2357813 Sent on 10/08/2015We began working with Kaitlyn and the staff at the Bavarian Inn about a year before our wedding. We were hesitant going into planning as I worked for a major hotel chain and had extremely high expectations for both food and service. Kaitlyn was absolutely wonderful!! She was extremely responsive to all of our emails and phone calls, knowledgable about the Bavarian and weddings in general and was both kind and fun to work with. She went with us through every step explaining menus and floor plans and worked with us through all of our crazy wedding questions! We could not have asked for a better wedding planner! The day of our expectations were far exceeded by Kaitlyn's professionalism. I later found out that our linens had not been delivered and she drove to pick them up at 7AM as the linen company had the wrong wedding date. We provided her with a frame for our guest book table but forgot the picture and she searched, was resourceful and found one. She was 10 steps ahead of us always, setting our room perfectly and executing a flawless event. Every server for our wedding was genuine, fast and experienced. They all had smiles on their faces, quick to clear plates and glasses and were accommodating to all of our guests. It truly was the wonderful wedding we looked to plan!
We had a morning wedding at 11AM with a brunch reception and have heard nothing but raving reviews about the food. The chefs created a wonderful menu with us and everything was perfect from the chicken and lunch side choices to the Eggs Benedict and breakfast selections. It was all just cooked perfect! Not a complaint or suggestion from any guest!
Also - bloody marys were perfect! :)
We could not have wished for anything other than what we were given by the Bavarian and would recommend both the Bavarian and Kaitlyn! -
User1613920 Sent on 05/10/2014The Bavarian Inn did a superb job with every detail of our wedding - we and our guests were delighted, and I would recommend them to any bride and groom! We had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and dinner/dancing reception there, and the entire event was flawless. Their restaurant is known for outstanding food, and they lived up to their reputation. Brenda Morrison and the rest of the staff went out of their way to give us a beautiful, well-organized wedding, and to make the day just exactly as we wanted it to be for ourselves and our guests; they made special arrangements for a family member with special needs. We are very happy that we chose the Bavarian Inn for our wedding!

We worked with their Event Planner, Brenda, who was very responsive and resourceful (right up until the last minute when we found a glitch with the tent). She made everything flow smoothly for both our Rehearsal Dinner and the Wedding celebration. The Inn was also very accommodating of several guests with food allergies. The food & service was great, Brenda was wonderful, and the Inn's accommodations were perfect for our traveling guests. We recommend The Bavarian Inn not only for events, but also for a nice weekend escape. (The Sunday Brunch is VERY ENJOYABLE.) -
