Our wedding experience was perfect and that was in large part due to Bell Towers service. We partnered with Lisa who labored to make certain that we had the wedding we envisioned as well as an experience that was as seamless as we expected. Day and night Lisa made herself available so that details were as we instructed. She kept a watchful eye on our wedding requirements throughout the entire process which helped notice potential errors. Lisa was diligent with explaining packaging and made sure that the company delivered on all promises. It was such a huge convenience for the company to offer several on site options to lessen the amount of vendors needed. The venue is stunning which all who attended complimented. It’s like you enter Italy when turning into the driveway. The staff is a well oiled machine. From valet to servers, each person is well aware of their duties yet stay far enough in the background not to be noticeable in order to allow the couple and patrons to be center stage. We are so happy we partnered with Bell Tower. We highly recommend. Give them a call, I’m sure they can accommodate your needs.

We had the Contessa room and they were able to flip the room from ceremony to dinner and reception during a cocktail hour. Everything was flawless, and our day of coordinator, Lisa, kept us together, organized, and calm! Highly recommend.

Lisa Herrara and the staff at the Bell Tower on 34th were amazing! Our wedding was a year in the making. We met with Lisa to see the various spots that we could rent for our wedding day. We wanted one that had no stairs as that would have been hard for some of our parents. Lisa couldn’t have been nicer or more knowledgeable. We had several (many) meetings with her throughout the process to talk through everything, choose a menu, etc. She ensured every last detail was documented and executed to perfection. She was also our day of coordinator so she took care of everything! We used the venue for the ceremony, cocktails, dinner, and reception. It was so beautiful and the food/drinks were awesome. So many of our guests just raved about it! The venue was reasonable in terms of cost for what we were looking for (especially given some of the other venues we looked at). We would use this venue and Lisa again in a heartbeat!

My daughter had her dream wedding there. Everything was perfect and wonderful. Demaris was awesome!

I worked with a coordinator name Lisa and when I tell you she knows her job and does it well, an understatement!!!! From her knowing when I was stressed even when I said I wasn’t she knew and was able to take pressure off of me and stay stress free. She was beyond accommodating at the reception and I really appreciate her. I found there were issues but I had no clue because she did her job well and kept me so happy!!! Everything was so beautiful and wonderful and it would have happen if I did not have Lisa!! She really made my day and kept me smiling. It is a beautiful venue but Lisa made it beyond. I love Lisa !!! The whole process from start to finish was great ! You can call and email her any time and she will respond.

Highly Recommend! I wish we could give more than 5 stars for this amazing venue. The inside of the Bell Tower is so unique that I took pictures of hand carved doors and sculptured can-terra stone, while simply walking through the interior. The party we attended was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. The party planner EXTRAORDINAIRE for our event managed to have multiple “surprises events, characters, and moments” throughout the entire evening. The suspense of anticipation of what was yet to come made the energy of the entire crowd completely in a state of awe. It made for a truly magical and unforgettable night.

My daughter was misled and was told she needs 60 bottles of red / 60 bottles of white /36 bottles of rose for 250 guests when she already paid for the gold package open bar all the guests can drink and would not give us for any credit for the savings they received of not using their wines essentially we paid

That much liquor for party of 250 people house wine / premium wines (we paid for both ) meaning they would save monies not using their house wines but would not us give us any credit for saving 96 bottles

First let’s say what we already know: this place is gorgeous! I even used it for my bridals as well and allllll the photos are amazing! They take care of food (which was good), drinks, security, valet, and even have options for linen. I will say they are pretty inflexible with time as far as the start and stop of your day so if you want a much earlier start time (we negotiated for 430) or want the after dinner drinks and dancing to go far into the night then look elsewhere.

After looking at venues all over Houston, I quickly realized that if I wanted a beautiful place, that was reasonably priced I would have to widen my search further from the Houston center. But I was so happy when I found the Bell Tower. It is a beautiful venue, right outside the loop. The service from the coordinators, and all the staff was awesome. I felt like my dream wedding was possible, with out spending a crazy amount of money. I felt so well taken care of, and so did my guest. Everyone could not stop talking about how delicious the food was, and how beautiful the venue was.
I am so happy that my husband and I had our special day at the Bell Tower.

We worked with Leslie in planning our perfect wedding. The landscape and design of The Bell Tower on 34th as well as their excellent in-house services is what led us to book our event with them. But what will cause me to rebook any future event with them is the hospitality they offered during the event and the professionalism of our event coordinator, Leslie. Our event went off perfectly, just like we imagined it and I believe it to be because of how prepared she was. In working with an event coordinator, it’s important to work with someone who is an effective communicator as well as a great collaborator with your vendors, we were blown away by Leslie. We could not have asked for a better experience in working with Leslie and her team!!

the staff was very tentative and nice. they gave me all the info i needed. I got engaged on Christmas Day and I would love to have my wedding here it would be perfect however its a little too expensive

Donna Chun was our coordinator, and we LOVE her. She is very responsive, and very good at her job. She is the perfect coordinator. Our wedding day was beautiful. Donna definitely made a difference on the day-of: she shuffled people to the right places and made sure everything ran on track. Highly recommend!!

I cannot say enough good things about The Bell Tower. I am so happy we choose this venue for our wedding. Donna was amazing. Planning a wedding through a pandemic was crazy and Donna made sure our day was perfect. We had to make so many changes leading up to our big day and Donna took care of everything. She also had so many suggestions to help us along the way and made sure we weren't stressed about anything. The customer service was outstanding. We had so many guests comment about how great everything was as well. I could go on and on about how wonderful our day was but I'll just leave it at one final note - your wedding photos will turn out amazing. The venue is so unbelievably gorgeous. Highly recommend.

If you want to wow your guests and look like you’re getting married in a fairytale in the Italian country side come here. I don’t think there was a single person who didn’t comment on the venue and several even said it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been too. They are willing to work with you and do a lot of the work that you’d have to hire others for. Marcus was my coordinator and he was great! Even helped with a bustle disaster! It is pricey, but I think it was worth it. I can’t wait to get the photos back!

The Bell Tower and Ashton were amazing for our wedding venue! We could not be happier with the way our wedding was planned and delivered. Ashton and her team took care of everything for us so we did not have to worry about anything on our big day. I could not be more thankful to Ashton for her guidance and help during the planning process. There are so many things I did not think about since I've never planned a wedding before but she made sure everything would run smoothly. Everything at The Bell Tower was just what we wanted- it is beautiful, the food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. Our friends and family had a wonderful time and loved everything about our wedding. Thank you Ashton and everyone at The Bell Tower for providing us with a perfect wedding day!

"This is a BEAUTIFUL place to get married in. If you can get over the slightly awkward layout in some rooms, then this place gives the perfect look to any elegant wedding.

Leading up to the event, there was great communication and flexibility to accommodate me and my out-of-town fiance. We were satisfied with the professionalism and felt we could trust the venue with our day-of coordination.

Unfortunately, we were not pleased with the end result day-of. We are very particular people and had just about everything laid out ourselves and shared with the appropriate parties in advance. The execution of our dream fell through in many areas, leaving us less than satisfied. Though our guests did not pick up on the ""issues"", which is of high importance to us, we knew what we wanted and the amazing-ness we wanted to portray and were disheartened when it didn't shine through.

We shared every bit of what frustrated us day-of with the venue (from missing flowers to staff eating our cake while guests did not get any to families served last and others served after cake cutting). We appreciated that they accepted our feedback with an open mind and offered to compensate us. They refunded us $500 which was a kind gesture but does not quite make up for all of the ""damages"".

Again, beautiful venue. Be sure to be very clear with your coordinator well in advance. If you think it's a no-brainer, explain it anyways. We understand no wedding day is ever ""perfect"". We do believe a lot of what frustrated us could have been avoided with proper preparation.

We had an expectation based on all of the money we spent on this event. Unfortunately, we were not impressed about the end result. We just don't believe the return on our investment was up to par. "

PROS:
1) Donna Chun. She was our full day-of coordinator and event planner. Every bridesmaid asked me how did I find her because based on their past experiences, this was the most attentive coordinator they've ever encountered. She was there the day before to walk us through rehearsal and collect any things we wanted to drop off. Donna went above and beyond our expectations to make sure everything ran smoothly. She shielded me from any chaos that was happening so that I was calm and collected when it was time to walk down the aisle. I think someone mentioned in the reviews that Donna was a little slow at getting back to them on email communications. She was a little slow when the wedding wasn't near, but she was very responsive the month leading up to the wedding. Pay the extra bit to have her the full day and you won't regret it.
2) Beautiful venue. We used the Campanile Chapel, Water Wall, and Chandelier Room in the evening for roughly 150 guests, and it blew a lot of people away. I told Donna the kind of ambiance I wanted in the reception-- a moody and romantic candlelight dinner, and she made sure it was delivered!
3) Professional staff. The employees here are generally respectful and attentive.
4) Reasonable discounts on drink, food, and space for Fridays, Sundays, and non-busy months. Don't let the "$$$" symbols on wedding websites scare you away. It's worth stopping by. We went to a place that flaunted a "large" chandelier and had less dollar signs "$$" in their profile but their chandelier wasn't close to the Bell Tower's normal sized ones, and it turned out to be more expensive than The Bell Tower when we factored in alcohol, decor, and other things.
5) Save money on decor, service, and etc. It's an all-inclusive beautiful venue. Romantic courtyards, grand chandeliers, clean travertine floors, tablecloths, plates, silverware, constant wine and champagne service, complimentary valet-- it's just classy. You don't need to waste money to decorate the venue when it's already so beautiful. We paid for their votive candle package, floating candles centerpieces, mirror centerpieces, gold chargers, and that was enough to make the entire room look like an upscale European restaurant. The Chandelier Ballroom we used was also perfect with its black dance floor when the lights went off to open up the floor. We also added the BT photo booth because it was inexpensive compared to outside vendors, and our guests enjoyed it! I spent some money on flowers and greenery but in general, I didn't pay much for additional things. The BT has very reasonable items to upgrade for your big day.

CONS:
1) Deceptive portion size for plated dinner. I read that the buffet here is pretty awesome, but with a bunch of Asian guests who are used to plated dinners, we went with this service instead. When we went in for the food tasting, the chef came out for questions and I asked whether the portions were reflective of what we would be served and he said it was. We upgraded our entree to filet mignon and upgraded the salad to the "baby greens w/avocado," but the portions were quite small and food was gobbled up pretty quickly. We should have saved the money from the salad upgrade to buy appetizers instead! Everyone who attended the tasting agreed it was very different from the wedding food portions. I guess we could have gone out to buy the exact ounce of steak they said would be served and cook it to see for ourselves what the size would be, but why should we?
2) Cake took a long time to be served. After the cake cutting, it took a while for cake to be taken to the back, then some more time for it to be served. Sadly a lot of our guests left before eating the cake since it was a Sunday night. :*(
3) Staff assumes things would be thrown away after. They made sure to box up a lot of my decor from the head table, but I was surprised that we had to ask to have someone retrieve our giant 3 ft. glass vases and sign-in table flowers into our car. I guess a lot of people who book the BT throw these things away afterwards, but we wanted them back to re-use. So, if you book here, be clear in your communication what must be loaded back into the car.

Overall, there are so many pros that outweigh the cons. If I could change anything, it'll be food-related. My wedding was beautiful and fun, and I recommend this place!

We just got married on 2/14/20 and spent an entire year planning our wedding. Donna was incredibly patient and generous with her time during this process. She had so many good ideas that made our event seamless. Words can't express how thankful we are to her for her guidance. Everything we asked for, she was able to make happen. It's clear that they really value their clients and are not snobby in the slightest. The value of the Bell Tower on 34th packages can't be beat; they let you use any vendor you want, and we really liked how there was no price difference between seated vs buffet dinner, and the cost of open bar alcohol was reasonable (relative to other similar-tier venues). All our guests were raving about the service and loved the lobster bisque soup. People can't stop talking about how beautiful the venue was. Everyone loved the numerous outdoor backdrops for photography. My now-husband and I are very happy we chose the Bell Tower on 34th. It was the only venue that we visited! :)

If you want a glamorous wedding, the Bell Tower on 34th is the place for your dream wedding. Our coordinator was Donna Chun and she was the BEST in ensuring every aspect was perfect. She really puts her full effort in making it less stressful for the bride and groom. She's very friendly and makes you feel special every time you see her! HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER if you get married here! =)

Even though they do their own catering, the food is amazing. Our guest loved the dinner and appetizers that were served. You only need to worry about the dessert/ wedding cake.

If you're planning on choosing the Bell Tower make sure your wedding date is well in advance (13- 14months). It books pretty quickly and now we know why!

We can't imagine having our wedding reception elsewhere!! We love The Bell Tower on 34th! Donna and Leslie were wonderful to work with. They were easy to communicate with, understood our needs, were super responsive and accommodating to our requests and questions, etc. I am very Type A and planned every timeline detail of my wedding, and can say with confidence that I had the most amazing wedding reception, thanks to their coordination. All of our family and friends had a blast, and could not stop complimenting the beautiful venue, delicious food and drinks and amazing service. Thank you Donna, Leslie and The Bell Tower on 34th for making my wedding day dreams come true!!

We has our wedding at the Bell Tower on 34th with Leslie as our coordinator. Leslie did an amazing job! She was always prompt to reply, willing to help, and very professional. The venue itself is beautiful and the staff is very competent! I did hear from the guests that some of the food-serving staff weren't friendly, but maybe they had other things going on / it was an off day. Overall, I would recommend just because Leslie was wonderful to work with and the venue is gorgeous!

The Bell Tower was such a wonderful venue. All the halls and courtyards are tastefully And beautifully decorated. We had Donna as our coordinator and she was such a sweet person. On the wedding day the team at the Bell Tower was so organized and worked as one brain. The lighting in the Candela and Chandelier rooms made our decors glow. Everything went so smoothly on our wedding day, which is what every bride would hope for. Such a wonderful and beautiful night. Very very happy for choosing the Bell Tower.

Donna was our day of coordinator from the Bell Tower and she made the wedding go as smooth and effortless as possible. I was a very high stress bride and she made sure everything was exactly as I had planned it. From the first day we picked the venue, until the day of the wedding, we never had to worry. Everything was handled for us. It took so much stress out of the planning for me.

Beautiful place to have your wedding. The price is affordable and comes with all the bells and whistles too. All my guest raved about the food as well. If your planning on having your wedding or any function there WORK with Leslie Gonsalves. She knows her stuff and if you ever seen the movie The Wedding Planner she nails that role to a 't' and just know that's the girl you're getting! Love her! My wedding was in Oct. of 2019 and I miss talking to her already. She's phenomenal!!!!!!!!
