  Amazing to work with!

  We hired Sam as our day-of coordinator for our May 2024 wedding, and I couldn't be happier with our decision! From booking to the day of the event, she was awesome to work with. Her organizational skills and attention to detail were incredibly helpful during the stressful wedding planning process. Having her with us on our special day took a huge weight off my shoulders, and I was truly able to enjoy the day knowing she was there. By the end, Sam had truly become a friend, and I can't thank her enough for everything she did! If you're debating whether to hire a coordinator or planner, my advice is to do it! I highly recommend Sam!!!

  So Thankful!

  Sam and her team were amazing during the rehearsal and wedding day! It definitely took the stress off of me, which was one of the main things I was concerned about.
  
  Not only was The Black Barn Event Planning very professional and great about answering everyone’s questions, but they were also willing to fix last minute mistakes that I had made before the wedding without me even noticing. I am a very particular person, and Sam was amazing and ensured that all of my particular requests were heard. I know it may have seemed like an easy-going day to all the guests, but I know her team was working overtime behind the scenes to ensure everything would go off without a hitch.
  
  I absolutely loved having The Black Barn Event Planning be our day-of coordinator. When I look back on my wedding day, there is so much joy in everything that went right and all the emotions that I felt as the day went on. For all of my friends getting married in Ohio in the next few years, I will definitely be recommending The Black Barn Event Planning, and I hope their company continues to grow and flourish. To Sam, you are the greatest and I will never be able to thank you enough!

  5 stars doesn’t feel like enough! Sam truly was incredible in making our wedding day run smoothly. Not a detail was missed, and we absolutely would not have had such a successful wedding without her. We hired her very late into our planning process, and with only two weeks before the big day, she jumped in without hesitation. When we ended up 20 minutes behind on the timeline during the wedding, she didn’t panic. Instead, she reassured us it wasn’t a big deal, and helped us rearrange the rest of the evening to make sure nothing fell off track. I cannot recommend her enough!

  Amazing, Kind, and Professional

  Absolutely lovely planner! Great to work with, great communication, and very organized! Really good at making sure things happen and keep moving and extremely proactive in the planning process! Absolutely recommend!
