    Unique preservation options

    I really enjoyed the unique options available for preserving my wedding bouquet. I also liked that there were lower price point options so I could get a few as gifts for family members, like a necklace or ornament.

    Katrina K. Horrible Experience

    I would strongly advise against using this company for your floral preservation. Kelsey received my wedding bouquet back in August 2021 and I was notified that I would receive my preserved resin block by November/December 2021. It is now July 2022 and I finally just received my product after almost a year of poor communication and lack updates unless I inquired first. I truly thought I was being scammed for the past year as I would receive aloof responses and poor excuses for the delay each time I inquired.
    Upon finally receiving my product I was very disappointed with the quality and look. I took the time (and paid a hefty fee) to overnight my bouquet of white and blush roses so that they would remain preserved and not dry out. Kelsey’s team even confirmed that they arrived in great condition, so imagine my surprise when my bouquet arrived back to me brown and dried out. I chose the resin option over the pressed option because I expected the flowers to look preserved, not dried. Examples of Kelsey’s work on her website show the resin flowers in good condition, not at all resembling the dead arrangement that I received.
    Overall I’m sad and disappointed that something as special to me as my wedding bouquet turned out not at all how it was advertised. This company really needs to take a look at how they approach customer service, as this was the worst experience I have ever had.

    Unprofessional

    Kelsey is very unprofessional. I had a set drop off time for my bouquet preservation. After knocking on her door for 30 minutes there was no answer. I attempted to contact her through Instagram but again no answer. I had already paid a deposit and assumed I was being scammed. I commented on her pictures on Instagram letting others know it was a scams and it was then that she finally decided she should contact me. She texted to let me know she had an emergency AFTER I started commenting. She clearly had my number the entire time to let me know something came up. I do not recommend Kelsey to any bride trying to get their bouquet preserves. This is a time sensitive thing and her business is clearly not a priority.

    worst vendor of my wedding

    Would not recommend this company to anyone who values professionalism, quality product, or good communication. Kelsey has made such an exciting experience absolutely dreadful. My wedding was in early November. I sent her my florals the next day after my wedding. It was a month before the wedding and I had to personally reach out to her due to not having any instructions from her. The communication got worse to follow. I reached out after not hearing anything and was told it would take 4 months for my order to be processed from receiving the florals. However, my order took 7 months to be completed and shipped. Kelsey is completely unprofessional because she had zero communication to me personally that wasn’t prompted my me emailing her first. She never send an email of status update or why the order was taking so incredibly long. After weeks and weeks of being pushed back I finally got my order. I received my order today and needless to say I am very disappointed I have such special florals to her. I had a wedding flora arrangement of red roses, white roses, greenery and pink roses. She instead chose to use the smaller pieces of filler product from the bouquet to be the center of attention. I have a total 6 red roses in my piece when my bouquet was filled with them. My florist did a beautiful job with my wedding florals and sadly Kelsey left me with nothing but a huge mistake. I will cherish these florals due to the memory they hold, but I will not cherish working with Kelsey or giving her my business. Please do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here with your florals.

    absolute disappointment

    Didn’t receive the vast majority of our order. The pieces we did receive were poor quality. We tried for over a year to get in touch with the owner about the rest of our order and heard nothing.

    Nightmare! Avoid at all cost!

    This was such a horrific experience. I am glad to see I’m not the only one as there are several other women who have entrusted their keepsake to a horrible woman. Kelsey has no sense is communication skills, professionalism, or respect for someone’s time and money. She is also a liar saying that I am the first complaint she has received, but her mere 1 star reviews state otherwise. Please STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
    This has been an absolute nightmare, and I am appalled by the unprofessionalism and incompetence. I received her services as a gift from my best friend Jenny, who knew how much I desired to preserve my wedding flowers. Little did I know that this would turn into a regrettable decision.
    From the very beginning, Kelsey's lack of communication was infuriating. Despite promising a completion time of four months, she constantly evaded our attempts to reach out, ignoring our messages and failing to respond in a timely manner. And the most exasperating part was that she never took responsibility for her poor communication skills.
    After finally managing to get an update on my preserved flowers after six months, the outcome was nothing short of a catastrophe. The orchids in my piece appeared dead and black, very from the proper preservation technique she claimed to employ. Her excuse that darker tropical flowers naturally dry in such a manner was a lie. I took the initiative to compare her work to properly preserved flowers of a similar nature, and the difference was glaringly obvious. It was clear that she lacked the skills and expertise to handle this delicate task.
    When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the piece, Kelsey had the audacity to request that I overnight her new flowers so she could redo it. The insensitivity and complete disregard for the emotional significance of this piece were utterly shocking.
    Moreover, I had specifically sent her the boutonnière my husband wore, as it was the only one of its kind in the entire wedding, yet she carelessly neglected to include it in the final piece. Had she bothered to maintain proper communication, she would have known the importance of including that specific item.
    After enduring over a year and a half of this harrowing experience, I finally received my piece, only to be met with overwhelming disappointment. The tray I had envisioned for serving food was riddled with flaws. A screw was missing from one of the handles, the handle and hole is misaligned as well. The gold foliage on the edges had not been sealed properly, causing it to peel off. The resin used had bubbles on the inside, indicating a lack of skill and attention to detail during the pouring process. Additionally, the pedestals on the bottom were terribly misaligned, creating an unsightly and unprofessional finish.
    When I reached out to express my dissatisfaction with the final product, Kelsey had the audacity to place the blame entirely on me, citing my back and forth and claiming that I wasted her time. Her attempt to manipulate the situation and absolve herself of any responsibility is unacceptable.
    The level of unprofessionalism, incompetence, and lack of regard for clients' wishes exhibited by Kelsey is unparalleled. These preserved pieces represent cherished memories from a significant day in people's lives, and it is disheartening to witness her constant failure to deliver on the promises she makes. I will be doing my own perseveration of replica flowers in the near future.
