  Family Farm, First Class Design

  The ladies in the wedding flower "department" are incredibly talented! Not being a big "flower girl," I couldn't have been more vague about what I invisioned for our winter wedding. Janet told me to trust her. I'm so glad I did because they blew my vision out of the water! They made arrangements that would have cost me an arm and a leg to get from a major nearby city. Highly recommend the Boyd Family Farm for brides who can trust the prcoess!

  Janet is amazing! We were a little behind with getting flowers for our wedding, and Janet made us feel so at ease and reassured us that she would do her best to get what we need in time. She definitely delivered! We were so happy with all our sunflowers, as well as the bouquets, and flower crowns for myself and my flower girl. We also ended up renting some beautiful and rustic benches. I would highly recommend Janet and the The Boyd Family Farm.

  Janet is one of those people whom everyone in town knows, and for good reason. You'll see the Boyd name in various places throughout the area. The team up there knows their craft, and they do it well. Janet was willing to sit with us whenever we needed, and was a wealth of knowledge. Accommodating to say the least, she handled many of the smaller details on the day of our event. We knew we wouldn't need to worry or second guess. Her team did an amazing job in every aspect. Whatever you need for your special day, Janet can make it happen.

  Boyd did a gorgeous job on our flowers! I had some general ideas from Pinterest I shared with Janet but let her pick out the rest and honestly I couldn’t have imagined such beautiful arrangements. It’s true there’s a design fee as others have mentioned, but the flowers were far more beautiful than anything I could’ve come up with on my own, and Janet came in well under the initial budget I gave her even with a drought in the area which meant some things had to be sourced from elsewhere. Overall I couldn’t be happier with the way the flowers turned out, and it was a pleasure to work with Boyd. On the day of my wedding I also completely forgot the flowers for my hair and Janet even stopped by the salon I was getting ready at with the pieces I needed. I would not hesitate to recommend Boyd Family Farm to anyone in the area!

  Janet and the folks at Boyd Family Farm are amazing to work with! Janet is so friendly and has so much useful information. Our flowers for our wedding were more than we could has imagined. I just gave Janet an idea of what I wanted and she ran with it- I was so impressed! They were very reasonably priced compared to most! I would recommend them to anyone!

  Janet is absolutely fantastic. She was able to work with our budget and made sure that we still were able to have the flowers we pictures at our wedding. She knows what she's talking about so just go with it. Our bouquets, center pieces, boutonnières, and the chuppah were all amazing. Janet made it so that our chuppah came apart and we could reuse the bouquets as table decorations. Absolutely fantastic.

  Janet at Boyd Family Farm really delivered for our wedding and overall I was extremely happy we chose her. I had a few phone conversations with her since I was not nearby and ultimately sent her a ton of pictures of what I wanted. This was a great suggestion by her and ultimately ensured I got exactly what I envisioned. She suggested a few things that I had not thought of and it really made a big impact at the church and later the reception. Additionally, we were even able to use the flowers for brunch the next morning. It did take a little while to get the quote; it ended up coming about only 4 weeks before the wedding. It was higher than I anticipated but Janet did have helpful suggestions in case I needed to trim. She is a very friendly person and that helped, especially as it was a destination wedding. There was a separate floral designer fee ($325) that was unexpected and not mentioned before getting the quote. In the end, everything turned out perfect and as I imagined and I was glad to use a local farm.

We did end up staying within the high end of what I was expecting to pay for the flowers part of my budget. And I know that Janet was aware of my tight budget and kept that in mind when presenting options. Bottom line - the overall quality and asthetic of the flowers were fantastic. I LOVED my bouquet and thought it was beautiful. Janet was also super sweet to work with and I am glad I supported a local family farm. I highly recommend Boyd Family Farm for your wedding.

  Janet is a seasoned veteran of providing floral services for weddings (especially at our venue) and the final product truly speaks for itself. I received tons of compliments on the arrangements, centerpieces, and bouquets, which were exactly what I had envisioned.   Overall, I'm happy with my decision to go with Boyd Family Farm. However, it was not without a few hiccups. We weren't sure what we wanted to do for flowers but we knew we didn't want to spend an exorbitant amount of money. Janet was great about providing us a quote with everything we could want and then allowing us to pick and choose what to actually buy. And the flowers were beautiful! On the downside, she was extremely slow in doing the paperwork and getting us the quote, which wouldn't have been an issue except we waited to book her until 9 weeks before the wedding, so we needed the info pretty quickly. After making our decisions and giving her the go ahead, she then informed us that there was a $200 floral design fee that was not in the original quote - and that was $200 on a $700 bill (about 30% more). We were a bit pissed because it was also brought to our attention only a few weeks before the wedding when we really couldn't even find another option if we wanted to. Despite this issue, we went ahead with the flowers because they were still cheaper than any other vendor in the area. And I still gave her a high rating because she was very personable and delivered a great product on time. I would recommend her but beware of additional fees tacked on at the end.

  The Boyd Family Farm did an excellent job with our flowers for the bouquets, ceremony, and reception! Everything was beautiful and was exactly what we asked for!! Boyd Farm was highly responsive to my opinions and ideas and worked with me to help keep the cost close to my budget. The one difficult with Boyd Farm is that we did not receive our quote and details until a few weeks before the wedding. However, everything turned out wonderfully and I could not be happier!!

  The Boyd Family Farm did an excellent job with our flowers for the bouquets, ceremony, and reception! Everything was beautiful and was exactly what we asked for!! Boyd Farm was highly responsive to my opinions and ideas and worked with me to help keep the cost close to my budget. The one difficult with Boyd Farm is that we did not receive our quote and details until a few weeks before the wedding. However, everything turned out wonderfully and I could not be happier!!
