    We have used the Broken Cookie for previous birthday cakes/cupcakes and we loved them.
    We had a two tier cake and cupcakes for our wedding cake. The design of the cake was exactly what we wanted. The red velvet cake was absolutely delicious (so were the other flavors). My husband and I have been getting so many compliments from our guest on how great/delicious the different flavor cupcakes were. We would highly recommend the Broken Cookie for cakes, cookies, and cupcakes. We were extremely happy with the service we received.

    Megan and the Broken Cookie did a phenomenal job providing delicious sweets for our wedding day. We had a large order which included a small 3-tier wedding cake, cupcakes, cookies, and cannoli's. We provided her with a picture of what we wanted our wedding cake to look like and she replicated it to a tee! We received so many compliments from our guests and could not be happier with how everything tasted. It was a pleasure working with Megan from the tasting though the entire process and would highly recommend the Broken Cookie.

    Megan and the staff at the broken cookie took care of the cupcakes at my wedding on July 19, 2014. I fell in love with this business from the start. I called Megan one morning and she was super flexible setting up a tasting. When we arrived at the tasting she was friendly and had a tray of cupcakes in different flavors for us to try. She gave us a complimentary drink while we tasted and explained all of the options. She was never pushy for business, but we knew immediately it was the perfect fit for our wedding. We got a small cake to cut into and cupcakes for all the guests. We were able to pick multiple flavors for the cupcakes. The cake arrived at the reception in plenty of time and was set up beautifully. The colors matched our colors perfectly and she even recreated the design we asked her to on the cake. The guests raved about the cupcakes!!! They were wonderful and most people could not help but eat more than one! They were all delicious, but the apple were my absolute favorite!! I can not say enough good things about The Broken Cookie! I am so glad that they were the business that made my wedding cake and would HIGHLY recommend them to others!

    My aunt has purchased two cakes from the broken cookie and both have been out of this world and exceed expectations. My daughters favorite part of her birthday was the amazing Dr. Seuss cake. Thank you for making her day special.

    The Broken Cookie Bakery was the first bakery that I went to that when I said “wedding” they didn’t up their price. I hired them to make my cupcakes (almost 200) and the top cake for my wedding. The guest loved the fact that they had options for their cupcakes; we had 4 different kinds of cupcakes at our wedding. The ladies that work there are extremely professional and helped me not only with my wedding cupcakes/cake also helped me brainstorm ideas for other parts of my wedding. They suggested a great place to get my flowers and even helped me with containers for my candy buffet. They really went out of their way to help make my wedding special. The cupcake/cake display was so professionally done and looks wonderful in the pictures. Also, the ladies helped me put together my candy buffet and it looked better than I could imagine. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

    I loved my cup cakes and topper cake for my wedding! My cousin and friend suggested I go to The Broken Cookie for my wedding needs! I'm so glad I did. The looked and tasted delicious! Thank you for helping to make my special day so special!

    they made such tasty cupcakes for my wedding!!! The girls are awesome and helped us chose the design of our cake! very helpful and so yummy!

    It was great to work with the Broken Cookie. They were professional and easy to work with. Their cake and cup cakes got rave reviews from our guests. I would highly recommend them and use their services again!!

    We picked our wedding cake to be made by the Broken Cookie. The girls there were absolutely wonderful to work with. We wanted something different - a two-tiered topsy-turvy cake with 120 cupcakes. It all turned out perfectly! We didn't even give them a design for the cake, but it was perfect the way it turned out! We left it up to them to make the cake's design however they pleased. It was wonderful! The guests said it was the best cupcakes they had ever had. We are still hearing about the wonderful tasting cupcakes to this day! Nearly a month and a half after the wedding! Highly recommending them to all of our friends and family!

    The ladies at Broken Cookie were very friendly and accommodating. The cake looked exactly how I dreamed it would and I received many compliments from my wedding guests on how beautiful and delicious the cake was. I highly recommend that you purchase a wedding cake from the Broken Cookie- you will not be disappointed!

    Hello folks at Broken Cookie
    I can't begin to tell you how pleased (and surprised) all my guests were with your wedding cake. Some said it was the freshes best tasting cake for a wedding they have ever had. Quite a few asked for another piece. Thank you guys so much. It was one less thing to worry about on my big day.

    The end result was beautiful- our cake (a small cake designed to look like a birch tree with two initial carved in) looked even better than the picture we provided, the cupcakes were also delicious and a huge hit. I loved that we could have a variety of flavors. Also very reasonably priced- I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

    We ordered a small cake and several dozen chocolate chip cookies for our wedding. The cake was absolutely DELICIOUS. It was one of the best cakes I've ever tasted, and the ombre icing I requested was so pretty and exactly what I had in mind. The cookies were also really yummy. I was not super impressed with the professionalism. I went in to the shop three times - first to get info, then to order, then again to pay off my balance and add more cookies. The first time in particular, I felt like I annoyed the employee with my questions. I chose The Broken Cookie because I wanted to support a local business; and based on the look and taste of the cake, I am so glad I did. We will continue to purchase baked goods from The Broken Cookie for parties, birthdays, etc.; however, we expect customer service to be somewhat subpar.

    After our original cake maker fell through, my wedding planner was able to secure Megan and her crew from the Broken Cookie to step in and save the day. While I appreciate that beyond words, a few things about our cake and working with the Broken Cookie are preventing me from giving them a perfect rating. First, Megan was overall quite unresponsive when it came to emails. I understand that we were a last minute addition, but it would be days until I heard back from her, to the point of me having to call her to try and get a hold of her, and even then I may or may not get a hold of her. Next, and perhaps the biggest reason for my sub-par rating, was the handling of a particular situation. We had wanted an antique gold fondant band to be around the base of each tier of the cake. Megan said that wouldn't be a problem; however, just as we were about to cut the cake at the reception, I had discovered that it was not fondant but instead actual gold ribbon. The fact that it was ribbon and not fondant is not the problem at all - it's how the situation was handled that bothers me. I had no idea of this change and, if not for the fact of me calling after the fact to get an explanation, I would have never known what caused the switch. Had Megan explained to my wedding planner why fondant wasn't possible, and then my wedding planner could have told me what to expect, it would have been absolutely fine and would be a non-issue. I appreciate that Megan did not want to bother me with this on my wedding day, but I also would have really appreciated being told about the situation prior to the cake cutting and being unpleasantly surprised. On the upside though, the cake looked beautiful and, although it didn't really taste like red velvet in my opinion, was nice and moist. Overall, I sincerely appreciate Megan and her team taking on the task of our wedding cake at such short notice, but there were a few key issues that lead me to give this rating.
