Waking up the morning of my daughters' graduation open house was a feeling of peace. I knew Karin had everything under control. However, I did not fully appreciate how absolutely spectacularly she would have everything prepared.
As this was my first catered event since my wedding 20 years ago, I peppered Karin with questions. Karin was easy to work with - her typical answer was something along the line of 'No problem' or 'got it covered.' Guests raved about the set up and food. I would absolutely hire Karin again!

We just had my daughter's wedding here Aug 29. I must say we could not have been more pleased. The wedding coordinator did not miss details and was an absolute pleasure to work with. This venue was just delightful and has easy access for out of town guests. I believe this is a beautiful spot for any size wedding. We have zero complaints and that is SO rare these days. I give them 6 stars and an A+

My husband and I got married at The Cardinal Room in June of 2021, and it was absolutely perfect! We couldn’t have asked for anything more from a venue. We had our ceremony outside on the covered deck, and it was exactly what we were looking for! It allowed for an outdoor ceremony while providing shade for every guest and wedding party member. We used the wrap around porch with the gorgeous tree for our cocktail hour and many guests spent time out there after dinner. The reception space has lots of great, natural light and can be decorated to fit any style, which is hard to find in the area!

The bridal suite was recently renovated and was a perfect place for the girls to get ready. The guys were able to use the driving range on the wedding day which made for a nice place to relax before the ceremony. There is also plenty of parking on site which was perfect for our out of town guests who didn’t know the area well.

Joe and Aubrey were incredible to work with and made sure that our every need was met during the wedding planning and the wedding day. They both gave great suggestions and vendor recommendations, and they were always open to our ideas. The rest of their staff was professional and very helpful to all of our guests on the wedding day. Joe and Aubrey alone make the venue worth it!

We would recommend The Cardinal Room to anyone and can’t imagine getting married anywhere else!

My wife and I got married here in September 2019. We are so happy we chose The Cardinal Room. The planning process was a breeze because the staff is so professional and efficient. There are no hidden fees in the contract which is rare to find nowadays. Joe was our Venue Manager and was a pleasure to work with. He goes above and beyond to make your day run smoothly. Jen was our Wedding Coordinator and we were so thankful to have her. She made sure all the little details got handled while my wife got to relax day of. The venue itself is like none other. The covered deck for our ceremony was perfect! We never had to stress about bad weather because the covered deck can become an enclosed room with clear sidings. So regardless of weather we would still get our outdoor wedding. The exposed deck is the perfect location for an outdoor cocktail hour. Your guest will have plenty of room to mingle, grab drinks and enjoy appetizers! We received so many compliments from our wedding guest on how beautiful and unique the venue was. I can not say enough good things about The Cardinal Room venue and their staff!

We chose The Cardinal Room as the venue for our May wedding. We had about 100 total guests plus vendors, which was perfect. Bo, Joe, Jen, and Audrey all made us feel so special leading up to and on our wedding day. They were on top of every detail! We liked that there was a cool space for the groom and groomsmen to get ready in the morning (the golf academy, complete with indoor driving range bays)....it seems like this is often overlooked by other venues. The ladies got ready in the newly-renovated Bridal Suite, which is upstairs in the clubhouse and was perfect for our group of 6 to get hair and makeup professionally done. The Cardinal Room itself has a wrap-around deck, most of which is covered which meant we could have an outdoor ceremony regardless of the weather. Everything we asked of the venue staff, they agreed to. They even handled details we hadn’t even considered! The only thing we feel that they could improve was the clarity of their contract and pricing. We had a couple of rounds of questions before we fully understood all of the details, as compared to other venue’s quotes. Despite this relatively minor thing, we would HIGHLY recommend The Cardinal Room for any large event where you want to impress your guests and you need things to go flawlessly.

Book your wedding here! They are absolutely wonderful! We had Susie as our coordinator and she did the most wonderful job! From contacting all of our vendors the week of, to assisting in making bottles for the babies, getting a kids table set up, making sure the groom was no where in sight so I could pre right before ceremony, tracking down family that wandered off.. The list goes on! The quality of service provided exceeded expectations! We had our ceremony and reception here and they made sure everything was perfect. My arch even fell twice right before the ceremony started (due to no fault of theirs) and they picked it up, fixed it, and secured it without me ever even knowing! They made sure to keep it as stress free as possible! I highly recommend them to anyone wanting a stress free wedding site with beautiful scenery!

Bo has been wonderful to work with! Our wedding is in October 2016 and we have already had a couple of meetings with him about our wedding reception. He has been extremely helpful through the entire process so far. The Cardinal room is a beautiful room on the Golf Club of Indiana grounds. Not the mention they are building an amazing desk that we will be able to use for our reception. I highly recommend the Cardinal Room as a wedding ceremony and reception venue!

Bo was absolutely amazing!!! We loved the space too, it was very pretty, but Bo really sold us on this place! This was our first venue visit as we were trying to find a place to have our wedding, and it was by far the best venue visit we had. During every visit after The Cardinal Room, all we did was compare them to Bo. He was so helpful and approachable, and clearly had a lot of experience in this field. He covered everything under the sun, and spent a lot of time going over every detail with us. If you want a great experienced, go see Bo at The Cardinal Room! He's the absolute best! :)

Bo and Beverly at the cardinal room were great! They are easy to work with and made everything stress free for us! They helped make out day prefect! Plus the golf course is beautiful for pictures and the cardinal room is awesome! It was prefect for us!!
