  Wonderful!

  As someone with a type B personality and a baby; I do not have much time for organization and coordination. Especially with intricate details. Which is why I am so happy I decided to hire Casey for our big day.
  
  We had several zoom meetings that were always accommodating to my schedule. She also was very thorough when preparing the day of plan; on a detailed excel sheet. She did so much as to steam my bridesmaids robes, dresses and my veil. She made sure our morning ran smooth with hair/ makeup and helped me with my dress/shoe changes. Lastly, at the end of the night all of my stuff was packed up from the venue and ready to go in a box to take home. I literally did not have to think about anything besides enjoying my night because she was taking care of it all for me.
  
  My husband & I were truly satisfied with how smooth and organized our big day was. We even got several compliments on how organized and put together the wedding was by guests.
  I ultimately have to Casey to thank for that

  Best Wedding Coordinator!

  Casey is amazing! She is super organized, attentive and positive. My wedding ran so smoothly and it was all thanks to her. She started having zoom calls with us prior to the wedding day to get insight on our vision and built a great day of agenda. Day of the wedding she was checking on both the girls suite and boys and made sure everything was ok. I had a bridesmaid with a dress emergency and she handled it flawlessly. She transported all my Ukrainian ceremony items from the hotel to the church and then to my venue and then at the end of the night packed everything up for us. She also took so many cute behind the scenes pics which was a fun surprise. Our bridal party, family, and friends were all raving about Casey (even my Ukrainian aunt and uncle that don’t speak English!). Highly recommend!

  The best wedding coordinator ever!!!

  If you want to have a perfect wedding day, be sure to hire Casey as your wedding coordinator!!! I can’t begin to describe how wonderful and thoughtful Casey was throughout the entire planning process! If you’re on the fence about hiring a coordinator like I was, trust me, no matter how organized and ahead of the game you are you will not regret having Casey there to help manage your big day! Despite having two bridal attendants plus a maitre D at my venue, Casey was literally everywhere at once making sure all my decorations were perfect, our bridal party was where they needed to be at all times, helping me with my dress when my bustle got torn up, making sure I had water and food, and reminding us and our photographer about the specific photos I had mentioned I wanted to capture! She gave us the idea for one of my favorite photo and video moments where we had our bridal party throw rose petals on us after our church ceremony! The morning after my wedding, I woke up to tons of amazing candid photos and videos she had been taking for us all day!!! My bridesmaids were blown away by what a boss she was and how she was on top of every little detail of the day! I don’t know what we would’ve done without her, she made my day completely stress free and I’m forever grateful she was our coordinator!

  Casey goes above and beyond!

  I was looking for a day of coordinator and came across Casey in a brides Facebook group. And thank goodness! I don’t know what I would’ve done on my wedding day without her. If you’re looking for someone who goes above and beyond from the moment you meet her until the end of the night, hire Casey. She is SO organized and really has an eye for the little details. She made my day so stress free and she is the sweetest human ever!!

I’m one of those type A++ people but I couldn’t believe how many little details I overlooked that Casey helped me plan for. She was the most helpful vendor leading up to the big day to ensure that every detail both big and small were accounted for, and was such a pleasure to be around the day of. All of the communication was seamless. I absolutely appreciate her professionalism, honesty, and her kindness that made the biggest day of my life feel like it couldn’t have been more perfect. If you’ve been on the fence about a coordinator, DO IT and look no further than Casey! It’s so obvious that this is her passion and its clear that she put her heart into this just as much as I did.

  Phenomenal Wedding Coordinator

  Casey was an absolute dream to work with. We weren’t originally going to a hire a day of coordinator but many friends convinced me it would make our life so much easier. She was hands down the best expense of our wedding! She handled sticky situations between other vendors, coordinated things with our venue over a month before the wedding and made sure everything ran smoothly on our wedding day…down to steaming all of our giant wedding parties dresses and moving decor in 96 degree weather! My husband and I were so thankful to have Casey apart of our special day and so grateful for all of her incredible help! If you’re on the fence about a planner or day of coordinator definitely go with Casey! She’s worth every penny :)
