  Loved my experience with the Battle Ground Community Center. The building was large and had alot of windows. We had about 250 guests and everyone fit comfortably during the wedding and reception (we held everything in the same room and guests LOVED it)! The manager was a pleasure to work with. She helped us to create a floor plan, and they even provided the tables and chairs. There was no fee for bringing in our own beverages and food. They even let us bring items in the day before to store them in a locked room. I highly reccommend this location!!! :)

  This is a great venue for couples on a budget. Its a very nice, fairly new building. The staff is very easy to work with. They let us set up the day before at a reduced hourly rate which was really convenient. Things may have changed since the last review. You can have alcohol, but you must get a license before and pay a higher deposit and we used the kitchen and did not have to pay any extra for that. It was great for us!

  We had our reception at the Battle Ground Community Center. It was a great venue. The staff I dealt with were all friendly, courteous, and accommodating. I was told they weren't quite as friendly during clean up, but I wasn't dealing with any of that personally. We were a bit disappointed we could only serve beer and wine, but that worked out just fine. The facility was great, our caterers were able to use the kitchen, there were plenty of bathrooms, and a small, separate suite for the bridal party.

  I loved the building itself, and the staff were nice. However, the building was having so electrical problems and none of the plug-ins in the bride room worked. We ended up having the entire bridal party get ready in the ladies' restroom! Also, alcohol is absolutely not allowed in the venue, and you must have a licensed kitchen manage to use their kitchen.
