The Clubhouse at Rancho Solano Reviews

My husband and I chose the Clubhouse of Rancho Solano as our wedding venue, based on several key issues, first and foremost the staff. Having worked with them on a number of issues over the years I adore Suzy Silver, Adam and all the staff there. They are personable and always go above and beyond. Secondly, the food and the atmosphere is wonderful. There are other venues in the area, but what we received in terms of staff attentiveness and respect is beyond reproach.

Out of the blue, I stopped to talk to Suzy, She was getting ready to go home. She saw me and greeted me with a big smile. She asked if we had worked on the placing of tables, sweet heart table, etc. I said no. She put her purse down and worked out a chart. Again I stopped unannounced. She asked if we needed a rehearsal. She said she had Friday off but would come for a rehearsal. WOW! Wally is a big critic when it comes to food. He was very impressed and rated the food a "10". Would I recommended The Clubhouse....you bet we would.

Susie and her team were just amazing. They were always available to answer questions, make any changes we needed, and offer suggestions to make our day perfect!

My daughters wedding a few weeks ago and it was beautiful. The staff was fantastic. The room was beautiful and food delicious. I would recommend this venue

I can't express how much these women helped ease the stress of planning a wedding! They are easy to work with and have all the tools to make your day amazing! Thank You Suzy, Andrea, and Whitney you guys are AMAZING!!!!

I had my wedding at Rancho Solano in March and I am still on cloud 9! It's been over two months later and my friends and family tell me almost daily that my wedding was the best they've ever been to. Suzy and her team are wonderful!! Suzy is so sweet and attentive, I felt like I had a second mom through the whole planning process and the day of. The facility is beautiful, the view is spectacular, the food and service are top notch, I could go on and on! What I really loved was after our ceremony, Suzy had two golf carts ready for my new hubby and I and our photographers to go a short distance to one of the lakes on the golf course with these AMAZING Willow trees. My wedding photos are breathtakingly beautiful!! It was a once in a lifetime experience that my husband and I, our family, and friends will never forget! I highly recommend Rancho Solano to any couple looking for a beautiful setting with fantastic service! Thank you Rancho Solano!

My Husban and I tied the knot September 26, 2016. I could not have asked for a better venue to share such a speacial occasion with loved ones. Suzzie was very attentive throughout the whole process of planning. She even made accommodations and gave lots of recommendations to help the process go smoothly. We used Terri decorator referred by the venue. She is very experienced and handled everything from the start to the finish of our wedding day.

Beautiful. Everyone so helpful. Food amazing. Would choose them again if i could.

Rancho Solano is a beautiful Golf course and we were lucky to find it for our wedding venue. With a beautiful view of the mountain side, and overlooking the entire course, our outdoor ceremony was Gorgeous! We held our reception indoors and with floor-ceiling windows, the view was a part of our ambiance. My guests could not stop raving about how delicious the food was- all of it! We had a chance to taste most everything, and we couldn't agree more! YUM! Suzy, the Events Manager, was just fabulous helping us with everything we needed, and made sure we were happy throughout the process.

Carolyn and Suzie at Rancho Solano are wonderful! Helpful, kind, etc. My wedding was perfect because of Suzie's thoughtfulness and planning. She helped me at every step. Highly recommended!!!

We got married on the terrace patio facing the rolling hills of Northern California and the manicured lawns of the golf course. We had full use of the banquet hall with large picture windows overlooking the maincured putting green lawn. The food was DELICIOUS and the staff was extremely professional and courteous. They made planning a wedding from out of state very easy for me. They were always accessible and flexible and willing to make accomodations and substitutions outside the normal package I purchased. When my wedding planner bailed on me, Suzy stepped in and helped me organize and plan the best wedding ever. I have and would again refer them to other brides or individuals needing a "top-notch" event/banquet hall.

I would absolutely recommend Rancho Solano as a wedding venue! The staff are amazing and really want to make your vision a reality.

Suzy and Whitney were both so great to work with. They found time to answer all of my questions and make all of the last minute layout changes I had. It really helped put my mind at ease leading up to the wedding!

The venue was gorgeous for the wedding! The weather worked out so we were able to have an outside ceremony - the flowers made a beautiful backdrop for the ceremony and pictures. The inside was setup just as requested and looked amazing.

Food and beverage were all phenomenal! I am quite the picky eater and they were able to accommodate my diet. They also made a doggy bag of snacks for my husband and I since they knew we'd be hungry after the wedding. And they even wrapped up the top tier of the cake for us. They were incredibly helpful as far as staying on time too.

Overall, this was a great venue filled with people who really enjoy what they're doing and will do whatever they can to make you happy. So glad I found this venue.

Suzie was wonderful in helping meet our needs. The food was amazing, recieved many compliments from guests. I was hesitant at first because it was a little out of our budget but Suzie worked with us and it was worth it! Weddings are hectic enough as it is but Rancho Solano made it so much easier by providing service, clean up and more. It was all beautiful! Rancho Solano contiributed greatly to making it the best day ever!

They were so professional. They were able to set up our ceremony inside at the last minute due to the rain, it looked very nice the way the inside was set up. The staff was great they served husband and I food, cake and champagne first when the time was ready. They helped my husband put on his bouteniere before he walked into the the building. She coordinated when he was arriving so he wouldn’t see me beforehand. The rehearsal was very organized and she helped me feel less nervous. No complaints on the food it was great.

This is the perfect place for any occasion especially a wedding! My husband and I got married here last year 8/2015 and had our reception here as well and I must say at night that place just lights up! It was beautiful! Suzy is so sweet and very attentive and I must say the food they served was even better at the wedding than it was at the tasting! Would definitely recommend this place!

Absolutely stunning site. Beautiful view of the sunset. Perfect weather. Outside wedding with indoor reception. Food was exceptional. Very flexible with floor plans. Little limits as to number of guests. Willing to work with what you need and what you want. Highly recommend them.

Overall rating was good but not excellent due to lack of service from the floor staff on wedding night. Suzy Silver was excellent. Suzy is very proactive in providing all her service from the day we did our booking down to the last minute. Suzy is friendly, organized, and very professional. My only complaint was the actual wedding dinner could have been more memorable if the staff working on the floor should have been more proactive in providing services to their customers instead of chit chatting among their themselves and lack of service on their refreshment.

Did not feel that it was very organized. Had to keep asking for people to do things. We cut the cake and had to ask one if the waiters 30 minutes later if someone was going to cut up the cake. Had ordered special meals fir the kids. Never got them. After the ceremony during what was supposed to be cocktail hour they are carrying in a table through my guests to put the hordevourse on. Overall we didn’t let it ruin the day but was a hassle.
