  If you don't want to spend money on decorations for your ceremony, want beautiful pictures, and you are on a budget... this is the place for you! We had our ceremony if front of the fountain and it was beautiful. They set up chairs how we wanted and little to no decorations were needed. We got a quartet and our officiant and it was perfect! They also have a HUGE (and beautiful) bridal suite (which has its own private side door) to get ready in!

  Me and my husband wanted to get married in a castle, which couldnt happen, but the Conrad-Caldwell House was the next best thing. The house itself is beautiful and makes for amazing pictures, and the staff is excellent.
  
  Caldwell Hall (the room we rented) has wood floors and white walls, so its very neutral and can go with any color or theme you want.

  Both the director and coordinator were fantastic. The venue was gorgeous, inside and out, and the wedding couldn't have run more smoothly.

  Couldn't have asked for a more beautiful venue! Ally, the Executive Director of the house was amazing, she helped out in every way imaginable, however the day of my ceremony her assistant, Kalina was yet to be desired. She was very unprofessional to my day of coordinator, to some of my bridal party and even my family members. She was very rude when they asked her simple questions, and even gave the wrong information to them. The other assistant we had for our reception, he was awesome! Helped answer the questions that Kalina was rude and wrong about, and even apologized to us and made it write by making sure we knew we had the extra hour to clean up, which we really didn't need because everyone, including my guests helped clean the reception area up so we would be out way before our cut off time. Another downside is the parking, but that is overlooked because of how beautiful the location is, so it makes for a pretty walk. Either way this place is gorgeous, our day was amazing, even with the minor hiccups we were having.
