  Yes yes yes!

  First off Paul was a pleasure to work with! Always answered when called and always on top of things. He came to my house to cook for our trial dinner and it was amazing. His wife makes great tasting and beautiful cakes and his team is hands down the best. The dj was also great and had everything I asked for ready to go! CLAUDIA his front of house is probably my favorite person ever. We had a wedding crisis and she was right there helping my and feeding me well needed shots. She also doubles as our wedding planner because we lacked one. Never asked just jumped in and rocked it. If your in doubt of this company remember it comes with her and that’s well worth it.

  Excellent service from beginning to end

  I cannot be more grateful to Paul and his team at the Dancing Palate for the food and service they provided for my wedding this past April. I did not have a single vendor that was more responsive than Paul...I felt like he was just watching the phone for my contact so that he could respond within minutes!
  One of the difficulties with my wedding was the issue of immigration. My wife was overseas and we were not sure when she was going to be in the states to have our wedding. As such, we needed two dates tentatively booked and Paul had no issues with that. He took a small deposit and essentially said "Let me know when the date is and we will make it work." And I must say, he was a man of his word.
  I went online to see the options for the menu and he had such an extensive menu to choose from. I was impressed with the variety he had and had such a tough making a decision, I included several people in the process. We ended up with braised beef and morrocan spiced fish as the main course. After sending him the choices and finalizing the date - we set up a tasting. This was a great day! He actually came to our house and made the food in our kitchen - FRESH!!! I was so impressed and the food was too good! We asked him to make a small change to one of the dishes and he had no problem with that.
  Included in his price was the cake and it was so good - three layers and three different flavors. On the day of the wedding, his team, servers and all, were just as outstanding and this was not just my opinion, but practically every one of my guests. The food was prepared fresh and served from the kitchen in the hall directly to the guests. I have never seen this type of service before. Me and my wife felt like a king and queen who were treated to a wonderful banquet.
  All in all, I HIGHLY recommend the Dancing Palate and would not hesitate in booking him in the future.

  Professional and Flexible Service

  Chef Paul took his time to understand our specific needs and then delivered on those. Overall great experience and our wedding turned out fantastic. Our guests raved about the amazing parmesan grouper and the wedding cake, which was 3 different flavors, all great! Huge thank you to Chef Paul and his team.

  Amazing food and service!

  Paul and his team were amazing for my wedding. Professionalism isn’t even the word! They’re AMAZING!! Spot on and very responsive! I will definitely use them in any events in the near future. Food was absolutely amazing and all my guests wouldn’t stop talking about it. Claudia was the absolute best and she made sure that we had everything that we needed and that we were on time with our itinerary. They made the night wonderful and I can’t wait to work with them again in the near future!

  Above and Beyond

  They really went above and beyond for our big day. When our “day of coordinator” disappeared into her office Chef Paul did what he didnt have to and stepped up. We are really appreciative of all his help. The food was delicious, the cake was to die for. Everything exactly how we wanted. Chef Paul was always aVailable by phone to discus ny changes or requests and he walked us through the whole thing step by step. Their staff on the day off was absolutely professional and everyone was wearing their mask. Cannot recommend them enough !

  Absolute best- book now!

  It was an absolute pleasure to work with Chef Paul and his team. The food is amazing, plenty of options to pick for the menu, and even the cake. We had to make a few adjustments a couple of times and Chef Paul was quick, responsive, and seriously took the worry out of it all. On time, professional, clean, and goes above and beyond. I didn’t get to decorate the cake table because I was running behind.. but Paul even brought his own decorations and made a beautiful display that matched our theme. I was so impressed that he truly wanted to help make everything look perfect. Hard to find people who care like that. Look no further, The Dancing Palate is the best!

  I had the dancing palate cater my wedding and I could not have asked for more. Paul and his staff were professional, kind, and delivered fantastic food my guests were raving about. I am lactose intolerant and they made my own personalized dairy free dish. I would absolutely use dancing palate for my next event.

  Felt Like Family

  When my wedding was canceled not once but twice I was just ready to be married to my now Husband but I still wanted the night to feel special and treat my guest. When I started asking around for pricing and assistance I wasn't too excited about anyone until I came across Paul and his family. From our first phone call you can hear his love and passion for food he was cheerful and responsive to all my needs. He made me excited about the dinner and his pride showed in his work. He kept me informed on all menu items and was attentive to any changes I made along the way until I had the perfect menu for my guest. When it was the day of my Wedding Paul arrived right on time and brought his son to help. The minute I walked into my moms home it smelled amazing and although they were wearing mask I could see his smile through his eyes. My mom isn't used to having someone else host and she felt secure and safe having him there and was able to enjoy the party. Him and his son were so attentive to our needs. The best part was the food was great some people in the group were picky eaters and everyone raved about how good the food was. His wife made the cake and it was so delicious as well, not a beat was missed. The best part is when they were done they left my moms house even more clean than when they found it. They supplied all the dishes for the party and left the home spotless. Everyone couldn't believe how affordable he was for the amount of food and quality they received. My family and I will be looking for an excuse to use them again in the future such an amazing experience from start to finish.

  Beyond amazing

  I booked the dancing palate for our wedding this past weekend. They were beyond amazing ! Chef Paul was in contact with us through this whole process. And Claudia was amazing the day off the wedding . Unfortunately it started raining on our wedding day but Claudia kept me calm and anything we needed she was There . Chef Paul and his team worked their butts off to make sure the food and everything was perfect even under the horrible weather . Our cake was soooooo beautiful and so tasty! We had so many great compliments about the food . Especially in cocktail hour al of our guest told us they didn’t want to stop eating . The quesadilla and strawberry Margaritas were a hit ! Thank you for all of your suggestions and ideas ! You guys were truly amazing !

  These guys were a godsend helping us throughout as we planned our beach destination wedding reception. Very easy to work with and flexible. Very affordable and reasonably priced. Cake was delicious and amazing, service was friendly and social while servi g our guests.

  Paul came to our house to do the food tasting and three days after our wedding we're still hearing compliments from his work. Wonderfully cooked meal and a presentation that was unique.
  
  Paul went above and beyond to help us plan a menu for our wedding, and helped us think through big and little decisions to make the day special.
  
  Then, on the day of the outdoor wedding, we were hit with a afternoon pouring rain. He kept cool and worked with us on site to make the adjustments needed so things would go on smoothly.

  We used The Dancing Palate for our wedding caterer, wedding cake, and bar. The food AND cake were absolutely AMAZING! One thing I loved about their service was that they made sure the bride and groom got to eat. Even through I had wedding jitters and wasn't very hungry I knew I needed to eat and it was delicious! The cake was stunning! 100% recommend the Dancing Palate!

I found The Dancing Palate online based on reviews and from the beginning stages of planning, Paul was responsive, professional, knowledgeable and kind. He helped craft an amazing menu that all 110 guests raved about! Our wedding day went off without a hitch, The Dancing Palate wait staff and bartenders were exceptionally great, friendly and professional! I HIGHLY recommend The Dancing Palate for your next event, big or small!

Chef Paul is passionate about what he does. He makes sure everything is held to a high standard. He even stopped by every guest table himself. Argelia, my day of coordinator and cake baker is very detail oriented. Their team made us and our guests feel very comfortable. Not to mention the food was great. I highly recommend using this fantastic team.

  So far I have had a fantastic experience with Paul and his team. Our wedding is January of next year but I have my full confidence in Paul that all will run smoothly. He is very diligent, pays attention to detail, very responsive to my communications with him but most of all, he is a fantastic chef. Yummy food galore. Would recommend.

  I hired Paul and The Dancing Palate for my wedding on November 20, 2015. Paul was wonderful from the start. We had a tasting right away and it went wonderfully. I had contact more than half a dozen caterers but couldn't get them to be as flexible as Paul was especially for the price. The Dancing Palate is a fantastic value. The food was served on time, warm, and I got many compliments after the wedding. We had 135 guests and a 90 minute sit down dinner. I wanted family style with items served in bowls and sharing, yet sit down at the same time. I didn't find many caterers that would do that, but Paul understood me and it was perfect. A real family meal at our rustic classic wedding. I was very happy with the Dancing Palate and if I had to plan my wedding all over again would hire him back.

  We had our wedding at our house, and I had reservations about allowing a caterer use our kitchen to cook dinner for 50 + people, but Chef Paul not only pulled it off, but did a fantastic job!! Something as important and stressful as your wedding one cant take chances. We were blown away with the quality of the food (I am a good cook too), and the guest were all asking where did I find him? The guest all raved about the food and service. Chef Paul is amazing and flexible and his staff very professional. Our wedding ceremony was shorter than we thought, but Chef Paul was able to pull it off without a blink. I strongly recommend The Dancing Palate for any size event, for they had an event the night before for 250+ people, and still treated us like royalty. From start to finish, they were awesome. His recommended baker and party supplier vendor were also top notch. You are in good hands if you hire them for any event, even something as important as your wedding. I will use them again!!

  Thanks to Chef Paul and his team our wedding reception was absolutely perfect!
  
  The service was great from beginning to end. Paul came to our house and did a private tasting for my now husband and I. We were blown away. We decided to go with him for our special day. He always got right back to me with my several questions. And he had an answer for everything. He had his rental company match the lowest quote I could find for tables and chairs and totally worked with our budget. He talked about his menu and food items with so much passion. And you could taste that…. The food was great! All the guests were impressed!
  
  He was so flexible with my being a very indecisive bride. When we finally did decide on the menu…they delivered. The meats were tender and juicy. The veggies were not mushy and full of flavor. The cornbread was amazing. The macaroni and cheese was as gourmet as it gets and had bacon!! YUM! The comfort food isn't usually on their menu but they did it for me and they nailed it! ….and it was fancy! We had two buffet lines for 120 people with a server at every dish making it efficient and easy for our guests. There wasn't anyone who left hungry. The bartenders and staff were friendly and accommodating.
  
  We needed a dance floor very last minute over some cobblestone and they made that happen! They made everything happen even beyond the food!
  
  Not only would I highly recommend their catering…. I will most likely use them again!

  Dinner included; Bread Rolls, Salad, and the guest had a choose of Bleu Cheese Stuffed Pork Chops, Skirt Steak served with Chimichurri Sauce and County Fried Chicken Steak served with a White Gravy Sauce. Roasted Garlic White Cheddar Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans with Caramelized Onions and Almonds.
  Dessert was done by their pastry chef, Moni’s Sweets Bakery. We went with cupcakes, Vanilla Rum with Buttercream Frosting, for our guest and a small cake for the bride and groom.
  Guest after guest had high compliments for all food served and for the catering staff. The catering staff had a high level of professionalism. They were courtesy and polite and made sure that our guests were well taken care of.
  Paul had said that The Dancing Palate would set up and cleaned up without any disturbance to the reception or our guest and that he would provide a high level of service. He and The Dancing Palate did that and much more. They gave us peace of mine in knowing all was taken care of.
  I would highly recommend The Dancing Palate Catering Service without a hesitation and when planning a party, The Dancing Palate will be my go to catering service.

  The Dancing Palate will exceed your expectations, and then some!

  I can't say enough about Paul and his team. Months after our wedding our guests are still talking about our food and debating over which was their favorite appetizer. The food was perfection from the appetizers and entrees to the cake. The bar line was never too long and the drinks were great. Paul went above and beyond at the tastings to accommodate my entire family and making it a great experience them. They are extremely accommodating and the best value compared to any vendor out there that we looked at. The Dancing Palate will exceed your expectations and them some. Would recommend again and again, and again!

  Do not use these people

  Hiring this company was the worst decision I ever made. The food was absolutely terrible. We had chicken and short rib, and both were beyond dry and not edible. Not a single person touched their food because of how bad it was. The "short rib" was not even short rib, it was chuck, so we didn't even get what we paid for. Also, they brought NO BEER, which was included in our contract. On top of the thousands of dollars we paid them, we had to spend even more to get beer delivered. This company is a useless, sorry excuse of a caterer. I would not even recommend them for a children's party. "Chef" Paul is a great sales guy, don't buy into anything that comes out of his mouth. He showed up over an hour late the day of my wedding, and wreaked of alcohol and cigarettes. He tried going and socializing with our guests, of which my husband asked him to stop, but what do you know... he ignored our wishes. Lastly, THEY CUT OUR CAKE WITHOUT US. They completely ruined the end of the wedding when we went to cut the cake, and found the cake gone and being cut by the ignorant employees of this sorry excuse of a company. I can go on and on, believe me there is plenty more. If there is one thing you do for yourself, your wedding, and your guests, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

  Wedding Wrecker

Purchased 3 layer cake. 1st layer was supposed to be red velvet. It was red and awful, 2nd layer chocolate with cream filling was actually decent, 3rd layer cake with dulce de leche filling not very good. And to brake the camels back they cut the cake before the newlyweds. Very unprofessional. He nearly wrecked the whole wedding. He should go be a hype man or salesman instead of a chef cause he talked a good game and hyped everything up and it was all straight garbage. To the chefs crew. We do Thank You for trying your best unfortunately your boss set you all up to fail.
