  Jayme and her team were worth every single penny and we would choose her again in a heartbeat! We've actually recommended her to several friends already. Jayme made our wedding day so easy and relaxed that if something went wrong we had no clue it even happened. She handled everything with grace and never once seemed flustered. During the planning process she worked with us to make sure that our ideas and vision for the day were realized, even when we were getting pressure from our venue to alter them. She worked seamlessly with the other vendors we used and the whole day was perfect. There are not enough good words in the world for Jayme and her team at The Darling Wedding Co. If we could do it again I'd still pick her!

  After a small freak out about 4 months prior to our wedding, my fiance and I decided that we needed to hire a day-of coordinator. After contacting several event planners, we fell in love with Katie from Beyond Elegant Events and couldn't have been happier with our decision. She was communicative, thoughtful, and extremely kind. Katie helped us develop a day-of timeline, putting so much though into where our venues were, how we wanted the day to flow, and what would work best. She also was there to help with any question at all, whether big (how should the room layout look) or small (can we serve coffee after dinner). Our day couldn't have gone by any smoother and we are so thankful to her for everything.

  Do yourself a huge favor and hire Jayme Galanos to help plan or coordinate your wedding! She knows all of the local venues and vendors; her expertise was invaluable. Our wedding day went so smoothly because of Jayme, and her prices are more than reasonable. Jayme went above and beyond to ensure that our day was amazing!

  We had a great experience with our wedding! Jayme had fantastic ideas and recommendations. I was not steered wrong with any vendor. And she was very detailed with organizing and pricing. The day of could not have been smoother for us, we did not have to think of anything. We highly recommend the Darling Wedding Co. - Nick and Michelle

  My husband and I received an 8 hour day-of planning package from Beyond Elegant Events in a contest. They treated us like any other clients and went above and beyond. Our planner, Katie, met with us twice before the wedding, came to the rehearsal the day before and was at our wedding for nearly 10 hours. We emailed back and forth frequently with both ideas and updates for the day of. She made the process stress-free and was there to help with anything we needed. We forgot our votive candles and favors, but Katie made sure they were at the reception venue before our guests arrived. We couldn't have asked for better services!

  Jayme was amazing!!! If you are spending money on a wedding planner or day-of planner (which is TOTALLY worth it) you should do it here. I thought I didn't need a day-of coordinator and I was wrong - Jayme was great. We had several meetings before the day of the wedding to go over all of the plans for the day. Then the week of the wedding she handled all the last minute questions from vendors and coordinated everything for the day of the wedding, she was available to talk/text whenever I needed and was super responsive. She made my wedding week/day so stress-free it would have been worth twice the cost. She also made all my "paper products" for the day of the wedding - programs, placecards, etc. and did an amazing job for a very reasonable cost. One of the saddest parts about the wedding being over is not having a reason to talk to Jayme daily.

  Jayme at Beyond Elegant events was amazing on my wedding day. She even brought an assistant with her to help so I had two people doing everything I was too busy to do myself!

  Jayme is amazing

  We chose the event director package and it was worth every penny. Jayme is incredibly knowledgeable about the wedding industry and has established relationships with Madison area vendors, which made her an invaluable consultant throughout our planning process. Jayme met with us on at least 4 occasions prior to the wedding and exchanged many more emails and phone calls with us. She helped us create a timeline, gave us suggestions for vendors, and even provided us with a contact for a babysitter for our 5-year old daughter. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Jayme contacted our vendors and in some cases, met with them in person to discuss logistics. She facilitated our rehearsal dinner and worked tirelessly on the day of the wedding--from set up in the morning to tear down at midnight. Jayme also assigned one of her staff members to watch and escort our daughter on the day of the wedding so that we, and our close family, could enjoy ourselves knowing that our daughter was safe and having the time of her life at her first wedding. Jayme's expertise, energy, and organization made our day come together just like we imagined it. We don't know how we would have gotten through the planning process or had such an organized, perfect day without Jayme. We highly recommend her!
