  I don't know what else you could ask for. She was very perceptive of our ideas and how to make them a reality. She was always prompt and professional with all engagements or deadlines we had. The cake was exactly as nice and to the idea as had discussed and hoped for. It was vegan and all of the attending guests thoroughly enjoyed it all unaware it was vegan to begin with. She was great and we would highly recommend her to any and all jobs you may have; and based on what she showed us, her love for what she does, and her hardwork make any request you have, the smoothest process with the most high quality result you can imagine.

  The Edible Whisk is an AMAZING bakery with an amazing baker inside and out. Amy is the real deal, customizing orders at an afforable price. Amy did my bridal shower cupcakes & parfaits as well as my wedding cupcakes, parfaits, and wedding cake. To say the least I cannot help but look at my wedding dessert table and think what a masterpiece, so beautifully crafted and delicious to eat (the whole dessert table cleared after the wedding, not many can say that!). If you are looking for a baker for a wedding or special occasion she is your girl!

  Amy is the absolute best! She has done numerous cakes and cupcakes for me and my family. I would recommend her to anyone! Not only are her creations impeccable on style and appearance, they always taste amazing. She always takes what we have in mind and far exceeds our expectations. I will definitely use The Edible Whisk in the future!

  This cake was amazing. It was my favorite- white cake with raspberry filling, which is the same as I had at my own wedding... But this was better!

  Our wedding cake was absolutely beautiful and cute, not to mention, extremely tasty. My, now, husband is vegan, so Amy (Edible Whisk) made our wedding cake vegan, and also made four different flavors of vegan cupcakes, as well as sculpted a surprise vegan groom's cake into a Buccaneer's football helmet for my husband. (Go Bucs!) She is the best!

  My husband and I wanted a simple cake for us for our reception, but a variety of cookies for our guests. Amy was able to do all of this for us! Any request I had, she took it and made it happen. She was great at figuring out how many cookies we would need based on how many guests were were expecting, and believe me, our guests enjoyed them! Even though the cake was just for my husband and I, and we didn't feel the need for anything fancy, Amy took the time to help make it a little special, which was definitely appreciated. Everything was incredibly delicious, and I would recommend Amy's great services to anyone. She'll go out of her way to make sure baked goods are taken care of with no stress!

  Amy made our daughters 1st birthday cake and we couldn't have been happier with how it turned out! The theme was whimsical garden and she hit the nail right on the head. It featured mushrooms and birds and was the prettiest green color! It also was carrot cake and was moist and delicious. I will be hiring her for my next sweets need for sure!
