How do you pull off a wedding with 100 people in two months with multiple vendors and details? You book Hayden and Edinger Collective. Hayden is one-of-a-kind in her attention to detail, organization, and calming presence. She recommended so many of our other incredible vendors, handled booking them, and looked over every detail in the contracts to make sure we got what we needed. She took charge in meetings, asking questions I hadn't thought of, and making sure we had the wedding of our dreams. On the day of, my family and friends couldn't say enough good things about how professional and kind her team was. She moves in the background, perfecting every moment and detail. More than anything, she is a personable, funny and kind person which makes planning with her so much fun. She also is extremely talented as a designer and designed our wedding logo, our signature cocktails with our pets' pictures and names, and all the wedding signage. She was not at all intimidated by our deadline and unique wedding ideas - she jumped in and made them a reality. If you want to focus on enjoying your wedding day and your guests and know that everything is handled perfectly, I encourage you to book Hayden and her team! -

The title really says it all. From working with Daryl (chef) on our custom menu, with Hayden (site coordinator / wedding planner) on well...everything, each encounter was such a pleasure and very professional. I had both my ceremony and reception onsite (The Carriage House) and I would recommend this to anyone looking to get married in the greater Birmingham area! -
