    Beautiful and Accommodating Hotel

    We absolutely loved staying at the Eliza Jane during our wedding weekend. The hotel is beautfilul and is in a great location. The hotel bar lounge was great for guests to hang out before and after our events. All of our guests loved the hotel. The group sales manager, Christian Crocker, was helpful and pleasant from start to finish. She made our lives so much easier. The hotel was very accommodating and worked with us through COVID and Hurricane Ida. Overall, we give the hotel and staff an A++++++++.

    Great Hotel for Wedding HQ for Daughter’s Wedding

    We were very happy with our choice of the Eliza Jane. The EJ staff was really great. They got us everything we asked for and stayed on top of our schedule, making sure things came off as planned. The Night Cap at EJ after second line from wedding venue was perfect. Guests really liked the rooms, the intimacy and size of the hotel, and the location. The adjoining Editor Suites were ideal for the bridal party’s preparations.

    A hotel that goes above and beyond

    The Eliza Jane is the most beautiful, comfortable hotel with the most amazing staff who go above and beyond to make sure your event is the best it can be. We went through multiple COVID-19 reschedules and postponements, and then a hurricane hit the week before our final (fourth) rescheduled event date. The Eliza Jane team immediately kicked into action (after going through a hurricane!), picked up the pieces, and put forth so much effort to accommodate us and our guests' needs. We will forever be grateful to the Eliza Jane for helping us have our wonderful wedding week, thank you EJ!

    Wonderful to work with

    We had the privilege of working with Christian Crocker and The Eliza Jane hotel for my son's wedding. The wedding was going to be in March but had to be moved to July. They were so accommodating in moving our block of rooms with no questions asked. The staff from bellman to front desk to housekeeping were so pleasant and always had a smile on their face. We would highly recommend staying with The Eliza Jane for your wedding or just vacationing in the city. Thank you Eliza Jane!!

    In love with the Eliza Jane and its wonderful staff!

    The Eliza Jane and it's wonderful staff and management get five stars from us even though our wedding didn't happen! It was scheduled for March 2021 and was postponed because of Covid. We rescheduled for September 2021 then it was postponed because of hurricane Ida! Ultimately in the end we decided to cancel our destination wedding to New Orleans. I mean how much can a person take!? Despite not having the wedding the wonderful people (especially Christian Crocker, THE BEST!) at the Eliza Jane were so helpful, professional and guided us through the planning process. Christian, worked with us on packages that fit our budget and vision, and was so helpful every step of the way. And when the time came, made the rescheduling process painless. I also want to mention how beautiful this venue is. We plan on staying there in the future whenever we are in New Orleans. Thanks Eliza Jane!

    Best Decision Ever/Highlight of the wedding weekend

    WOW is all I can say. The hotel was the hit of the weekend and my only regret was basically not just having the entire weekends events here!

    Every guest was blown away and kept asking how I found the place etc. They all said they would be back again and will definitely refer other people to the hotel.

    The pictures turned out amazing with the colors of the hotel as well! The bridal suite is huge and easily fit 10 ppl comfortably getting ready.

    I know I personally had a million and one request and the staff knew me well haha. They accommodated me and everyone with every request and went above and beyond. Most importantly they all had outstanding attitudes.

    We will most definitely be back and Eliza Jane will forever be our home away from home when we stay in New Orleans!

    From lost keys to a cousins engagement and wedding rings which were lost, the housekeeping staff went above and beyond to ensure all belonging got returned to their respective owners.

    I cannot say enough positive things about our experience!

    Amazing host hotel for wedding weekend

    I can't say enough about our wedding weekend experience at The Eliza Jane hotel. My daughter chose this for our stay due to being across the street from our venue, Board of Trade, but we fell in love with it after our 1st tour. It has a great rich history to the city of NOLA and we loved that. Their staff from front desk, bar tenders, to housekeeping went above and beyond to make our groups weekend nothing short of amazing. Our points of contact were also very accommodating and no detail was left out. The bridal suites were simply beautiful and perfect for many of our families and bridal party needs as were the King and Queen rooms. We cannot thank Eliza Jane enough for a perfect stay for the wedding weekend
