Great venue, and amazing staff. Worked with me and my family to produce a great wedding. No hitches on the day of the event, and if there were, we didn't know about them (which is the way a wedding should be.) They worked well with all of my other vendors, many of which were not vendors who regularly work with this venue. The wedding coordinator was great and it was exactly what I wanted. Very intimate setting, with a unique and whimsical feel.

Highest praise is in order for this restaurant. We hosted a 80th birthday luncheon which required extensive dietary restrictions. Carina, Special Events Coordinator was so helpful to provide all our special needs, even arranging a conference call with Chef Jonathan to review and discuss the menu options and dietary requirements. Chef Jonathan is outstanding; he graciously and calmly addressed all our dietary needs and created the most tasty and lovely meals! We highly recommend this restaurant.

We have been to Erna's twice and could not be happier with them. Carina and the whole staff went above and beyond each time. The food and service is out of this world. They do everything well.
I have two anecdotal examples of Carina going the extra mile. First, my wife had a button pop off her dress as we arrived and within 30 seconds Carina had a sewing kit and the button was back on. Second, we received a handwritten Christmas card from Carina 6 months after our wedding. I live in SF and am from NY and cannot think of a better place I have been to. I hope to go back for our anniversary.

I hosted a private pre-wedding luncheon for mothers, mother-in-laws, grandmothers, and sisters of the brides involved in a double wedding. The actual wedding was at a nearby location on a different date. The food was exceptional, the location was beautiful, and the staff were wonderfully attentive and responsive. It was a very special and memorable event.

This event was so well done by the Chateau staff. Carina was a delight to work with and had so many good suggestions. Carina was prompt with requests for menus, wine lists, ideas about tables, cake, etc. The staff was so pleasant and so helpful with my husband and I as well as our guests. My friends (there were 19 of us)and I thought this was a perfect venue for a BIG birthday--my 70th. The dinner was exceptional as was the table settings and service. I will never forget this birthday!! Also, I wanted a dance band after dinner, and, Carina gave me the name of a fellow in the area to contact. We had such a good time and all was so lovely and memorable.

This is a stunning wedding venue with a little bit of a price tag, but if you want that magical fairy tale to come true in reality, this is the place you will never forget. Fantastic attention to detail with impeccable service and tailored to your every request, no matter how unique. They have a recommended list of vendors; it's short, and for good reason - each recommended vendor is top notch and tested for quality. We were overjoyed at the services we received from each. The compliments from guests are still rolling in...!!

The whole experience was wonderful. From the moment of booking everything went very smoothly. Many complements from the guests on what a lovely venue and the they raved about how good the food and service was.

we went here for Valentines day, it was wonderful, gorgeous property, away from everything, the service was great, attended to our every need and the food was amazing! DH and I were in heaven with every single course that came out, I loved their dessert too, have never had anything like it. A little too fancy for our everyday dinner plans, but def. worth trying at least once.

Everything at the Elderberry house was amazing. So easy for me, especially planning it long-distance, which was key. The food was amazing, the setting beautiful and the staff so helpful.

Our wedding day was amazing thanks to Deja and her husband Karsten (executive chef). The venue was decorated beautifully and the staff was extremely courteous and attentive. Our wedding at The Elderberry House was a dream come true!

The Estate by the Elderberries is a beautiful venue for a very formal wedding. Staff is attentive towards your every need and they make sure everything goes smoothly on your special day. The Estate offers fine dining, a luxury spa, a chateau with gorgeous rooms, and beautiful grounds with views of Oakhurst. I highly recommend this venue for all of your wedding needs if you like things formal, small, and European-style.
