I hired the event room to cater my wedding and provide the seating. They were so flexible with the time of set up. The food was amazing and the servers were excellent. I highly recommend them.

LaShana and her team of vendors don’t leave a single thing on the table for a bride and groom to worry about. The Event Room is spectacular in design and the decor is elegant. LaShana is friendly and caring. She is very passionate about her work. Hands down, the best food I’ve ever had at a reception was prepared by the contracted chef and catering team. My husband and I are extremely happy with our experience and will forever be grateful for the level of superior service we received at the Event Room.

The Event Room is a excellent place to have events. My family and friends always have a wonderful time. The owner and staff are wonderful.

The Event Room is the premier event location for the Ft Walton area. The management is second to none and the facility has everything you need for a corporate gather, birthday party, or wedding. I had a corporate gathering for about 75 real estate related individuals from two counties and everyone raved about the facility and the service. I highly recommend the Event Room for your next gathering rather it is large or intimate.

Lashana is an amazing hostess. Her venue is superb and she does an excellent job of making your vision a reality.

This venue is absolutely gorgeous. Great space for any type of event. Reasonably priced and great location. I recently had my wedding here and when I say LaShana went above and beyond the set up was breath taking. She was easy to work with communication was great. We literally didn't have to do anything. She made sure all of our wishes came true. Everyone is still talking about our big day and how beautiful it was. Oh and we every vendor we used she recommended and they were all great no complaints at all. Trust me you will not go wrong with this space.

I have attended The Event Room on multiple occasions, but also my birthday party was held there. LaShana and staff did an amazing job with the themed decor and it turned out to be completely breathtaking! Very clean venue and the staff is gracious. I would definitely recommend The Event Room for any occasion.

We had such a great experience with this vender. We had a small beach wedding and live out of state but the staff here made it so easy to plan our wedding reception. We were even a hour late getting there and they helped work with us and made sure we done everything we had planned. Everyone here was so helpful and nice and made our wedding night absolutely perfect. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone for your next special event!

The Event Room provided us with exceptional and VIP service all the way. LaShana provided so much insight into things my wife and I didn't even think about. SHe took such a burden off of us and our Wedding and reception were exceptional. One hint I would tell anyone, if LaShana gives you advice as to food, Dj, Decorations please take it or you will be mad at yourself because she knows what she is doing...

Having our reception at The Event Room was a true blessing. LaShaun worked with our unexpected circumstances in order to make our dreams come true. She is very warm and welcoming and highly professional. LaShaun was able to give me many great ideas to put the finishing touches on my special day. Anything that I forgot or overlooked she had a solution! I highly recommend for you to use The Event Room for you special occasion.

LaShana, the owner, is so sweet and kind. She made sure that my event was beyond my expectations. She took the time to hear all of my concerns and made sure I was comfortable. We booked this room about two months before our wedding. The owner of the room was incredibly helpful and super sweet. She insured that everything would be perfect on our wedding day, and we were very eager to have our reception here. After looking around for a while, this was one of the best prices on the coast. Everything was BEAUTIFUL for our reception.
The only problem we had was with the coordinator who worked there. She was very pushy about trying to add more costs onto our bill, like paying someone to come set up things when we had already made it very clear that we could do the set up ourselves. OTHER THAN THAT OUR EXPERIENCE WAS AMAZING!!

Consider the entire package that The Event Room has to offer!! Wedding, reception, catering, photographer....! I have done over 5 events at this venue in the past 3 years; each time has been great.

I had the pleasure of holding my engagement dinner at the Event Room. Lashana Douville was very accomodating and this venue was amazing. The decor and design is beautiful and intimate. We had a great time as did all of our guests. We were unsure how many people would be in attendance but Lashana assured us that if we needed more seating she would provide it at a moments notice; and she did!!!

The Event Room is a great venue for all occasions. The location is great. very spacious inside, and the decor is perfect for any event from a birthday party to a wedding reception.

The place is absolutely beautiful and would of loved to have had my wedding there but unfortunately the owner has no heart. Long story short my family and I (including my 2 year old son) became homeless when the house we were renting got forclosed on at the same time our lease was up. We had 24 hours to move out (on my sons birthday). After 2 months of having no luck with help getting a roof over my sons head I asked lashana (the owner) for my deposit so I can get a house for my baby. She refused stating it was inconvenient for her. Its not that I didnt want it there it's that I needed a home for my child. So needless to say she has ripped me off $2,300. I wish I would of been more careful with choosing where to have my wedding but as a new bride I was full of excitement and didnt pay attention. I would just hate to see it happen to someone else.
