Jeff and his team were absolutely amazing. We originally looked into the factory because of Jeff himself and he lived up to every expectation. The Venue is absolutely beautiful on its own but the transformation for our reception was something I couldn't imagine. As far as planning, the team made it so easy with quick answers to every question. The day of I had no stress and just sat back and watched the magic happen. I'm so glad we chose the Factory. Jeff and his team made all my dreams come true.

Best in the business!

Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more! Jeff and his staff at The Factory are so professional and communicative, making the planning process relatively seamless. We loved that they provided several vendor lists; some were required and others were optional. Every single recommendation far exceeded our expectations! I cannot give this venue higher praise. Absolutely amazing!

Jeff was incredible to work with! He was always available to answer questions, quick to assist, and so kind. He made sure I got the day I wanted. I really appreciate his willingness to be flexible and work with me. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

Amazing!

Jeff and his team were amazing! The venue was beautiful and clean, the staff was very professional, and Jeff took all my dreams and made them reality. This venue is perfect for all your event needs. I can’t recommend this venue enough!

Rustic and Chic at it's finest!

This venue is absolutely stunning and the team is so easy to work with to make your day perfect from start to finish!! Very easy to communicate with, they brought our vision to life and step it up a notch. It has a great Bridal and Grooms suites upstairs with nice big bathrooms, lots of mirrors, sitting places, 3 very nice hair/make-up stations and plenty of hooks to hang all dresses and tuxes on, along with an area to put out some food/snacks for the day, & the guys side had a nice big screen tv. There was a front and back stairwell into both suites so the groom/bride could avoid seeing each other during the day. There is a cute little "nook" outside the suites for the couple to enjoy a quick bite to eat after the ceremony/pictures but before going into the reception. The two separate rooms to allow guests to hang out after the ceremony on one side enjoying hors d'oeuvres and drinks while they "flip" the other room from the ceremony into the reception. Beautiful backdrops around the venue for pictures, nice signage directing guests to the venue, and a great outside back porch off from the main room so guests could hang outside covered. This also helps if it is raining on your big day. No detail is left out. I would highly recommend!

Beyond Perfect!

The Factory at Walton Mill was the venue for our daughter’s wedding on August 6, 2022. It is located in beautiful Monroe, Georgia in am old mill. My daughter was looking for an industrial look, and this place was exactly what she wanted. The rooms for the ceremony and reception were beautiful, but the bride's room and groom’s room were what sealed the deal for the bride. They have thought through everything! With the heat and humidity in Georgia we wanted to keep everyone inside in August. While the ceremony room is being flipped, everyone walks into another huge beautiful room for the cocktail hour. You have a choice to go outside, but you don’t have to. The groom’s Mom hosted the rehearsal dinner here as well the night before, and I am so glad she did that. It made it so easy on everyone. Jeff and his staff are wonderful to work with from start to finish!

Wonderful Venue!

The venue is so beautiful!! On top of the venue being so unique and fun, Jeff and his team were amazing. Jeff really puts so much thought into everything! Jeff helped me get in touch with vendors he recommended and really helped us to make the process low stress. We used his floral package and the arrangements were exceptional!

Amazing Venue !

My son had his wedding here so we were thrilled to be able to have the rehearsal dinner at the venue as well. The staff (Jeff) was very accommodating and amazing and I will say, we had a minor hiccup with the spelling of our last name on the sign and LEMME TELL YA, Jeff had the sign company on the phone and it was fixed within an hour (on a Friday night!). I was overly impressed with every bit of my experience here at The Factory @ Walton Mill. Absolutely stunning venue, first class staff and amazing service. Have your event here, you will NOT be disappointed !

My husband and I are very happy we picked The Factory at Walton Mill for our wedding! Jeff and his team took great care of us. The team was efficient and considerate of our time. The venue is beautiful and spacious. The rooms set aside for the wedding party to get ready in had enough space for us and the hair/makeup team in addition to having a good backdrop for photos. Even on a rainy day, the venue had a variety of places for photos and for people to socialize.

The Best Day Ever!

Jeff and the staff at the Factory at Walton Mill were outstanding and easy to work with. The facility is absolutely amazing. Everything about the wedding planning process was made easy by Jeff. Everything was so organized and professional. Jeff is the sweetest guy & will do whatever it takes to bring your dream wedding to life. Down to every detail, my dream wedding was made a reality simply because of Jeff’s knowledge of trends in the bridal industry, attention to detail, and commitment to provide excellent service from the first consult to the big day. There were so many options and choices when it came to the place settings, table cloth fabric, centerpieces, etc. Not to mention, his eye for floral design—OUTSTANDING. My husband & I quickly fell in love with The Factory not long into touring it, & we are SO glad we chose this place as our wedding venue. Best Day Ever

When we first toured this location, it was still under construction. However, Jeff was the absolute best host possible and helped us see the vision and I couldn't imagine our wedding day being anywhere else. The professionalism Jeff & his team displayed was above & beyond anything I could have expected. I would recommend Factory at Walton Mill over and over again for any type of function.

I do not know where to even BEGIN! We had such a wonderful experience working with Jeff and his staff for our wedding. Everything was absolutely beautiful and the day was completely taken care of by Jeff and his staff. Jeff was exceptional to work with and was very helpful when we experienced hurtles with other vendors. Thank you so much for giving us the perfect day!!

Fairytale Wedding at The Factory at Walton Mill

Jeff and the Factory at Walton Mill did everything to make our fairytale wedding come to life. Since we booked with the venue, he was such a help in planning and doing everything I asked. At the rehearsal dinner and wedding day Jeff made sure that everything ran smoothly. I would recommend him and this venue to anyone who asks. Best day ever!

My then fiancé and I first met Jeff at the Athens Georgia Bridal Show. From the moment we met Jeff we knew that we would’ve in good hands. Even though the venue was not yet finished Jeff reassured and worked with us every step of the process. Once the venue was complete it was everything we had dreamed of. The venue was beautiful and had plenty of space for our guests to socially distance and still have a good time. Thank you Jeff and the factory staff for a wonderful wedding.

The Factory at Walton Mill

The Factory was the perfect wedding venue for our special day! Jeff and his team did a wonderful job making this day beautiful, easy, and special for us and all of our friends and family. Jeff helped us SO much through the entire process from planning, to picking colors, decor, flowers, etc! It all turned out beautiful and we loved the experience from start to finish!

Jeff helped us SO much through the entire process from planning, to picking colors, decor, flowers, etc! It all turned out beautiful and we loved the experience from start to finish!

Excellent Wedding Venue!

We took a chance on The Factory and actually booked with them prior to the event space being completed. I'm so glad we did! The space is beautiful, and there are so many wonderful spaces for pictures, both inside and outside the venue. Jeff and his team were flexible and wonderful. We had a few hiccups along the way, but Jeff made sure everything was perfect on the day. I wasn't worried at all. Definitely book The Factory!!
