We had a tight budget for our wedding, but we knew we wanted a venue that wouldn't be limiting. By the time we toured The Farm at Brusharbor, I had communicated with 30+ venues, and I was feeling very frustrated by how hard it was to get accurate pricing on our exact needs. In the end, The Farm at Brusharbor was not the cheapest venue we toured, but they were absolutely the best value. They were transparent, straight-forward and easy to work with, and our reservation with them included amenities the other vendors in their price range didn't offer. Oh, and did I mention it's beautiful? Also, since their package was BYO, it afforded us considerable savings in other areas, such as catering, alcohol, and day of coordination. Can not recommend this venue enough! Everything about our day was wonderful thanks to Erin and the rest of the crew. We had a very rainy day but they made sure everything was perfect! Very organized and the day flowed flawlessly.

They are the sweetest people and working with them planning a wedding during COVID was a dream. The venue itself is gorgeous, cannot recommend it enough. The Farm at Brusharbor will always hold a special place in our hearts.

I can't say enough about The Farm at Brusharbor! From the beginning of the wedding planning, they made Madison feel as though she was their only bride. The venue's beauty speaks for itself but it's the family-run business that makes it so successful. Thank you for making their wedding day so special!

Working with the ladies at the Farm was wonderful. They were always there to listen and allow me to bounce ideas off of them. They would provide advice, guidance and suggestions. Very helpful! My husband and I loved it there. Even when the weather turned south they had several backup plans so that our day was very special. They are there to make your day beyond amazing. I personally worked with Colleen, she was absolutely amazing!!! Highly recommend them and the Farm, you won’t regret it

Amy Porter runs a great wedding venue. They could not be more accommodating. Highly recommend this lovely rustic venue. They help the day go seamlessly!

We absolutely loved having our wedding here. First off the family is absolutely amazing to work with. They will answer emails at any hour and on the day of they are so helpful. I am not quite sure how they dealt with some of my unruly groomsmen but they did and I appreciate it! The farm is beautiful and we got so many compliments on the venue. All the stuff that comes with the venue is an added plus! I don't regret booking my wedding here one bit.

The farm at brusharbor was the BEST venue ever! The girls what run the show there are AMAZING. They have been so helpful since the very beginning! They made everything run so smoothly on rehearsal and wedding day! I don't have one bad thing to say about them! We got married by the pond and it was beautiful and the reception in the barn was stunning! Can't thank them enough!

The Farm at Brusharbor was an absolute dream. It was everything I ever wanted out of a wedding venue. I loved having the ceremony + reception at the same place. The girls at the farm were so easy to work with and so much fun to be around. They do everything they can to make your wedding day PERFECT and I can honestly say our wedding at The Farm at Brusharbor was PERFECT. Not to mention, they have the best guest house on the property for the wedding party to get ready in --an open layout with lots of natural lighting for the girls and a "man cave" for the guys with TV, arcade games, and couches.

This place is honestly the absolute best! They have everything, they do so much! They are so nice!! The only bad thing is they fill up- FAST! so book as soon as possible!!! We booked them just over a year in advance. We had a fall wedding and the venue was just amazing! Our guests were blown away by it! When you book you aren't just getting a venue, you are getting so much more! Erin, Colleen and Amy run the wedding day for you and they are AMAZING! They got to know everyone in the family and wedding party that it was simple to find a missing person. Our wedding day ran really smooth and I believe it had to do with them! They have a ton of decor that is free to use. I brought about 1 small box of decorations and flowers, that was it!! We booked a Saturday event, so we were able to use the venue as the rehearsal dinner as well on Friday. The day of the wedding we used the house they provide. This place is AMAZING!! I'm so glad I had my wedding here!!

I can't even begin to tell you how my I love this place and the family that owns it. I tried to convince my husband to let me run away and live with them. Amy was our liaison, but we got to know and love everyone (including their beautiful children and cows!) You really can't beat this place. They have everything there, so you really don't need to rent anything. It's beautiful. And the multiple event locations make things so easy. Plus, there are so many easy options in case of inclement weather. Absolutely one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!

I literally cannot say enough positive things about The Farm at Brusharbor. We love this place and these people so much and are so happy that we got to have our wedding here. We worked closely with Amy (who is one of the loveliest people I know!), but we were fortunate enough to get to know the whole family. Everyone in our group of family and friends loved the venue. It was really perfect with so many options, and having tables, chairs and decor on site was beyond helpful. We got married Sunday, and Monday, even my 4 year old cousIn was asking if we could go to another wedding at the farm. This place is truly one of a kind. We love y'all!

This is the perfect venue for anyone! They could not have made our wedding day any more perfect! They are awesome - worth every penny.

Not only is this a beautiful place to have a wedding, but the owners are so helpful and kind. Also, a lot is included in the price, so there is a lot less to worry about. I would recommend this venue to anyone!

My daughter just got married at brusharbor and it was the best experience ever. Amy, & Erin returned emails right away they were always there to help. We were able to use the facility for engagement pictures, bridal portraits, rehearsal, all day for the Sunday wedding. The farm house to get ready in was gourous and convenient. They even took guests in golf cart who had trouble walking. There is no way I can say enough about this place and this family the men worked behind the scenes the ladies are out of sight but always near by to help. It truly was the most amazing time of our lives. If I had to do it over I would use the same venue and would suggest it to everyone. Thank brusharbor for everything.

I recently had my wedding at the farm.... I could not have picked a better venue. Truly. It was completely magical. I overheard people saying it was one of the most beautiful venues that they have ever been to. Amy and everyone that works there was so kind and accommodating. If I could do it all over again, I would NOT choose any other place or do anything differently. I cannot wait to see the pictures because everything was just so beautiful. You really don't need to bring a whole lot of decoration in, either. There is so much natural beauty already there. They started the fire pit when we were there and the s'mores bar was an absolute hit. I really liked that on site they had 2 options for a ceremony so we could personalize it more.

I could continue saying fantastic things about them but I would be here all day.... basically... if you choose to get married here... you will NEVER regret it. It was perfect. Absolutely perfect.

My husband and I got married at the farm a couple months again. I was in awe the moment I stepped in the barn! It was nothing like I had seen before! The Porter family helped make our special day more special. They answered every question I had without missing a beat. If I could get married again, I would get married at the farm all over again!

Everyone at the Farm is AMAZING!! They were very kind, professional, and helpful! They asked questions I didn't even think of asking for myself. They were very prompt with their responses and were very flexible with a bride's ever-changing mind! ;-) If I were to do it all over again I would choose to work with them every time! The farm itself was beautiful and well maintained. Their selection of Decor had just about anything you would need. The Farmhouse was fully furnished and plenty of space to get ready. And the girls were there to help coordinate and run the entire evening. If you are looking for a rustic farm wedding venue, the Farm is the place to go!

My husband and I seriously feel like we picked the PERFECT venue. The Farm at Brusharbor is not only breathtaking beautiful, but the girls who run it are absolutely amazing as well. Everyone that works there is so kind and helpful, every step of the way. They were very accommodating with our vision for the day and did everything they could to make it the most incredible day. Many of our guests told us it was the most beautiful venue they have visited. While The Farm is very naturally beautiful and does not need a lot of decoration, they have an AWESOME variety of décor, rustic signs, lanterns, etc. for you to use free of charge. You also can rent their dinnerware for a very reasonable fee. With a lot of our family coming from out of town, we also paid to have the girls set up the barn and set all of the tables, which really made our wedding day stress free. They go out of the way to do anything they can to help – including lighting candles, icing down drinks, moving tables, etc. They even do all the day-of coordinating. I did not have a wedding planner and never felt like I needed one because of these girls!

The house they let you use to get ready is AMAZING. Both the girls and the guys had nothing but great things to say! I loved that they had two options for the ceremony. With it being the end of July, we used the open barn, and it was absolutely beautiful. I could go on and on, as they truly are that amazing. You won’t go wrong getting married at The Farm at Brusharbor!

This was the only venue Sean and I looked at because the second we saw it together and met the AMAZING family who runs it we knew it was the perfect fit. They are so accommodating and truly have a joy for what they do. They want to make sure everything looks beautiful and runs smoothly. Also, because they do this almost every weekend of the year they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They had many great vendor suggestions, whom we used and are also very thankful for. They were easy to get a hold of, plan with and very flexible with us. We held rehearsal dinner there on Friday, got ready at the farm the morning of, held ceremony and reception. The guest loved being on the farm each night and we were glad it was one central location for our guest to be at. They have many beautiful decorations ready to use and the simplicity of the barn is beautiful along with the back drip of the land. We got married in the summer and I was very concerned about the heat, it was 92 the day of our wedding but the breeze going through the barn and upper barn made it feel wonderful and it is climate controlled to keep it cooler. Weather is out of our control but it honestly wasn't as bad as we thought. We also advised our guests in their welcome bags to bring a change of clothes to be more comfortable and cool if they thought they would be hot. You will love your experience and memories with the farm. If you have the opportunity to book them for your day, do it!

The Farm at Brusharbor was the most amazing venue! Not only was it beautiful, but the family that runs it is so dedicated to making every detail perfect!!!! They helped us create our perfect day!!! I 10000% recommend!!!!! They helped us in ways we didn't even know about until after our big day!!! Total blessing!!! Love them and the beautiful venue!!!! Everyone loved it!!!!

Not only is this place STUNNING, but the staff made sure every single detail of our day was perfect. You can immediately tell that Amy, Colleen, and Erin have been doing this for awhile and are true professionals. They took away so much stress surrounding the wedding planning with their expertise and advice. Seriously, they think of everything and there is no "emergency" in their book-they've seen it all and they take care of it like the experts that they are. (Literally, Amy bustled my dress when we couldn't find the diagram from the seamstress.) I got so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was, and my pictures look amazing! Having the ceremony and reception here meant we got to spend extra time with our guests instead of shuttling back and forth. I am so glad I chose this amazing venue for our wedding and I hope you will do the same!

Wow, The Farm at Brusharbor was such a unique and memorable venue! The moment my (then) fiance and I saw it, we knew that was our venue. The convenience of the natural views along with the decorations that the Farm has for couples to use makes it very convenient as not much decorating is needed. All of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was and the ladies were very helpful and accommodating. We had our ceremony in the open barn and the views beyond our pastor were amazing. I would definitely recommend this venue, I want to do it all over again! It was nice to have out of town guests see Charlotte as a big city at our rehearsal dinner (Vivace) and then the country side of it as well. Don't wait to book The Farm!
