  I had a joint memorial service for the burial of my mother and aunt and wanted something very special to commemorate the occasion. I found a pen that would typically be used for weddings because of the design - hearts and an infinity symbol on a white pen with gold trim - and worked with The Favor Shop team to make sure it would work for a memorial. I did a four line "moving message" in tribute to both my mother and aunt. I could not have asked for better service or product. And, everyone at the memorial was stunned with the pen - so many said it was perfect for the special event and that they'd never seen anything like it. For a once-in-a-lifetime occasion, you can't go wrong with a gift this special and definitely The Favor Shop is the place to pick.

  I was So incredibly impressed with the customer service! I couldn't have asked to have been treated more kindly and with such individual personalized attention. I felt that my event was very important to the Favor Shop and that my orders were treated with the utmost care and detail.   Beautiful! These boxes with the labels were a huge hit. They were so cute and really made an impression. Would be awesome to choose the color of the bow so the colors could coordinate but that doesn't matter as much as how cute and sturdy and wonderful the favor boxes were.
