  Nothing but the Best

  In my 36 years of life.. the femmes are THE BEST BAND I have ever seen, and I have been to many Beyoncé concerts. We searched high and low for a wedding band and thankfully stumbled upon them. Cannot describe how they made our wedding the one we dreamed of. Every wedding guest was blown away and said they were the best band they have ever seen. We danced and danced. They had us hyped all night! I have been to a million weddings- and they are by far the best!!!! I am a forever Femmes groupie. The most talented group you will see and if they are apart of your wedding- it will be beyond amazing!

  The femmes are fantastic

  If you're looking for an all-women and nonbinary band that plays all the hits, plays them well, and even has a horns section to keep your audience dancing, look no further. I saw The Femmes as a 12-piece with three singers, every one of which is extremely talented. But they play around town too as a 5-piece, or even 3 or 2. Very versatile! Did not disappoint.

  A Night to Remember

  The Femmes made my wedding such a magical night! My wife and I were so relieved to be in good hands with The Femmes because they are so talented and professional. Planning a wedding is so stressful and the day of our wedding is honestly such a blur but I can never forget how magical my wife and I’s first dance was at the reception. My guests all had a lovely time dancing and many commented on how wonderful the band was. That set list is FIRE! If you want to hire a band that’s going to inject energy, fun, and playfulness into the crowd while also being totally on point, respectful and professional you can’t go wrong with The Femmes.

  Praise for the first ever women/ non-binary / queer band!

  If you are a queer person getting married, look no further than The Femmes! A band consisting of only women and non-binary folks, most of whom are queer?! I cannot imagine working with any other band for my special day!

  Finally, a wedding band for LGBTQ couples

  I've gotten so sick of hearing the same wedding band set list from some white dudes with guitars at every wedding I've been to in the last 10 years. My partner and I searched everywhere for a band like the femmes to play our wedding, and thank god we found this group just as they were starting out last year. These womxn know how to PLAY and they delivered an incredible setlist of songs every other band is sleeping on. I can't recommend enough. Ellie was super accommodating to our requests and the rates were fair. We went for a 10 piece and the horns made the night electric. Support the community - hire these chicks, you will not be disappointed.

  The Femmes has energy and talent like no other band! We hired them for our wedding and had a total blast. Ellie had a warm energy and was easy to coordinate with. So worth it to hire them!!

  The Femmes is an amazing wedding band that prioritizes women and non-binary musicians. We watched them perform and they were incredible! They have amazing energy, great chemistry as a group, and can get any dance floor going. They will work with you to curate your perfect wedding (or event) and we couldn't recommend them any more highly!

  Portland Pride

  I just seen the Femmes during the Portland Pride event, this band and the lead singer was amazing, and I have seen allot of bands in my life time. It was more of a feeling listening to them. If you get the chance I would say go see them.
