    My favorite vendor!

    Mark at The Flower Shoppe was easily my favorite vendor to work with throughout my entire wedding planning experience! He was very flexible about meeting with me (I planned my Dayton wedding from Columbus) and the final products were AMAZING. He delivered my flower centerpieces and decor to the venue, the girls' bouquets to our hotel suite, and the corsages/boutonnieres to the church! I felt that The Flower Shoppe was reasonable pricing, especially for the quality. I am so thankful to Mark and his team for making our wedding so beautiful!

    Mark at The Flower Shoppe in Dayton, Ohio design amazing flower arrangements. I described what I wanted and brought in pictures. He made some table centers for me, the bouquets, corsages, and a flower crown. I'll admit I was nervous because you have no idea what they are actually going to end up looking like...But on the day of my wedding when I arrived at my venue and saw the flowers, I thought they were literally PERFECT! I LOVED them and I was so excited! My bouquet and my bridesmaid's bouquets were exactly what I wanted. I loved the table centers, and I especially loved my flower crown. Mark is awesome!

    Mark is extremely talented! He is definitely more unconventional but very creative! He sees his vision long before you can which requires some trust but is totally worth it! He was easy to work with and made the whole process really easy. He accommodated my requests and delivered beautifully! Thanks!

    We met with several area florists and until we had met with Mark at The Flower Shoppe we thought we could not afford flowers. He took our budget, listened to our vision and made our arrangements absolutely perfect. He gave us suggestions that no other florist had thought of. We were surprised to find out how reasonable his prices were and how easy he was to work with. I got many compliments on my centerpieces and bouquets. I told him my vision and he really brought it to life. I am so thankful that we found a florist to make our wedding dreams come true and ensure that our reception looked as beautiful as I had dreamed it would. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS!!!

    Mark is simply amazing. He was referred to me by my mother-in-law (who also happens to be a florist) and ensured me that I could trust Mark with my vision - he most definitely did not disappoint. We had an initial meeting to go over my vision and desires for flowers and arrangements. He was incredibly attentive and made suggestions as we moved along. We worked from inspiration I found on Pinterest but I am not one to get stuck with an image of one single style, so I really wanted to just show him what I like and let him use it as inspiration. I trusted him completely with overall design and final decisions - I just told him what kind of flowers I wanted to fill my vision with. Mark is incredibly talented and did an amazing job.

    The flowers and center pieces were beautiful. I did not have one issue or complaint regarding his services. All was set up and done in a beautiful way!

    Mark at the Flower Shoppe was amazing! Honestly - he blew me away, and I am so super picky, so it was almost a surprise. We had our ceremony outside on a golf course and he made a beautiful backdrop of plants and floral arrangements. Pink rose petals adorned the "green", and the "aisle". The cocktail party arrangements, table centerpeices - WOW. We also rented crystal candleabras for half of our reception tables, and he handled the rental, delivery, return, etc. I didn't have to do a thing! Finally - my bouquet. Oh my goodness, it was so amazing - the most beautiful, full, fragrant pink and white peonies - and almost out of season! Mark made my floral dreams come true and I adore him! Thank you!!!

    The Flower Shoppe did a fantastic job with my wedding flowers. I chose 3 main flowers, and gave them the freedom to add others in to complete the look, and I am so glad I did. They have been putting arrangements together a lot longer than I have, and made my flowers look great! The Flower Shoppe's prices were very reasonable, and actually lower than other florists that tried to convince me that I would save money putting my own arrangements together. I didn't have to worry about a thing, and I would recommend Mark and his team at The Flower Shoppe to any bride!

    Mark and his staff gave us, by the far the best experience we had with a vendor. I wouldn't go anywhere else for wedding flowers or flowers for any event. He does tremendous work and was the first vendor to complete their job on the day of the event. We didn't have to speak with him about anything on the event day because he had it all taken care of. His creativity was beyond anything we envisioned!!!!

    Mark was very knowledgeable about flowers and knew exactly what I was wanting after showing him a few pictures and telling him specific flowers. I knew I wanted specific flowers but I wasn't sure how they would combine or if they would look good together. He was able to articulate for me what I wanted. The flowers were beautiful and delivered a few minutes before the time they were promised and held up very well (Mark steered me away of a few flowers for the men due to their delicate nature and helped me find a type to my liking since I could not get the ones I wanted--well, I could, but they would have fallen apart...)
    Mark was also very, very flexible in that I ended up eliminating all my bridesmaids bouquets from the order (we ended up finding beautiful artificial flowers that we hand-tied ourselves) and we changed the men's flowers repeatedly. He also ordered us bunches of flowers for us to make our centerpieces (he offered to make them for us, but we were just using the flowers to float in water so it was easy for us to do on our own).
    Mark also worked very well within our budget. Based on what I had been told by previous florists, I thought I was wasting both my time and Mark's by meeting with him because everything in his shop is so great looking and his flowers are unique--I assumed he'd be more expensive than the "regular" typical florists I had already met with. Turns out he's very down to earth and so knowledgeable about flowers that he was able to tell me right away which flowers we could use to capture my style and still include a few "extra cool" flowers yet remain within my budget. It was really refreshing!

    ON A FLORAL SIDE NOTE:
    Being very visual, I had a vision in my head of what my flowers would look like. It turns out it was very different than what I thought I would be getting, but it was still very beautiful and I had lots of complements. I thought we were "on the same page" in terms of overall shape, size, and colors--but in hindsight I thought and anticipated one thing due to no experience with bridal bouquets, but got another. In order to have received what I envisioned, I should have drawn a picture of the shape I wanted versus the shape I didn't want, and specified the percentage of each of the different colors (i.e. my idea of "purple accents" was far less purple than what was in the bouquet...I wanted 99% fuschia/magenta but I didn't really say that looking back). No matter which florist you hire, if you want something specific, tell them in as many ways possible what you want and have them repeat and show examples. Again, I was very happy with The Flower Shoppe but my bouquet was very different than I expected. If that will bother you, be as precise in as many ways as you can. (When I first started looking for flowers I thought the florists would make a practice example for me to see if I liked it...I thought that was just part of the service and procedure of getting flowers. I suppose I could have paid them to do that, but it wasn't worth it to me...could be to someone who wants something particular.)

    Not happy with the outcome of the flowers. Brides bouquet not what it was supposed to be. Some flowers were half dead in all bouquets. Altar arrangement looked like a funeral arranagement. Noticed by all that attended. Florist did return some money.
