  I met with The Flower Truck today and it felt like a wait lifted! I loved the flexibility! I'm thrilled about tackling this wedding category with The Flower Truck. Flowers can be one of the greatest expenses and I feel The Flower Truck is really going to respect my budget and help me as best they can!

  Friendly, caring, personalized service. Enjoyed working with Shirley, she worked hard to create flowers just the way my daughter wanted them for her wedding. Shirley eased the stressful process of planning the flowers!

  Shirley went above and beyond for my daughter's Fall wedding! Her excitement and encouragement when I'd call her with more questions or to add another project for her was the best part of working with her. She was as vested in our day as we were! She remembered every last detail in providing the most gorgeous flowers for the wedding. 200+ guests and people still bring up "those beautiful flowers"! Thank you Shirley!!

  Weddings are nerve wracking, and anything can go wrong! You can feel confident with Shirley on your team. She was great with working in our budget, sourcing the freshest and best flowers and worked so diligently in making every arrangement perfect. We had flowers all over the venue and each one was thoughtfully placed. Our venue was very basic outdoor space - nice but the only decor was our flowers and we got exactly the look we wanted with Shirley’s arrangements. Not only will you have a great dependable florist, but you will have the pleasure of spending part of your special day with a kind hearted, funny as Hell breath of fresh air - the aunt you’ve always wanted. I can’t recommend The Flower Truck enough!

  Shirley of “The Flower Truck” did a spectacular job in preparing the arrangements for my outdoor wedding. The theme was “rustic” and she nailed it!!! Everything was perfect and exactly as requested!!! Shirley was very flexible and utilized some of our antique family heirlooms & mementos got the arrangements.

  Unprofessional

  I contracted The Flower Truck to do the most critical floral components of my wedding, the bouquets and boutonnières, on August 6th, 2019. My wedding was originally planned for May 2, 2020 but thanks to Covid, our wedding moved to August 15, 2020 and then again to May 8, 2021. When we rescheduled both times Shirley agreed in writing to the new dates. On January 7, 2020 I paid her the remaining balance on our event via PayPal.
  On March 23rd, 2021 I reached out to confirm her arrival time for our wedding. At this point Shirley acted as if she had completely forgotten about our event and in a round about way said she could not provide the florals we had contracted her services to provide.
  Simply put - The Flower Truck broke our contract.
  At this point, I was floored. I was 40 days from my wedding and my florist is saying “can’t do it.” And at no point did she take any responsibility for the situation.
  When I made it clear I wanted a refund bc now I had to find a new florist I got the run around and was told she was keeping my deposit. I’m sorry, but that’s not how contracts work. She offered to “split it” with me. And took it upon herself to short me $91.58 when I finally received the check. She also took it upon herself to write “full refund” on the memo of the temporary check that she mailed post dated along with a card. In the rambling card she blamed Covid and my bridesmaid for her failing to plan for the event I paid her to provide floral services for.
  Shirley is beyond unprofessional, unorganized, takes zero accountability, and is a liar.
  Do not use her to provide floral services for any event. And do not pay her in advance because you will not get your money back.

  What she didn’t tell you is that the second time she rescheduled was because her bridesmaids were PREGNANT! Or that the venue was 1.5 hours away from my shop AND that it’s Mother’s Day weekend and the busiest time of year for florists ! Nor did she tell you I found her a florist close to the venue and refunded her money in FULL!
  I don’t do flowers for Bridzillas......I wish her well....with the cost of flowers having gone up 30 per cent after the 2 year quote ......it was a good decision for my business ! She was not able to adjust her meager budget to accommodate my loss! Thx
