  Amazing Food!

  My now-husband and I decided to postpone our original wedding plans and have a micro-wedding with just our immediate families at my parents’ house amid everything happening with COVID. My mom reached out to The Food Architects to see if they would be willing and able to cater our small gathering. With less than two weeks notice, Samantha put together the most amazing menu for our micro-wedding. She asked me a few questions about my likes and dislikes and nailed my palate on the spot. On the day of, the Food Architects delivered the food on time, piping hot. The delivery gentleman also assisted in rearranging some of the outdoor furniture to create a space where the food could be served from. We had the field greens salad with pecans, cranberries, mandarin oranges, grape tomatoes, cucumber and red onion with feta on the side and a balsamic vinaigrette, the farro salad, mini chicken and beef empanadas, southwestern jumbo shrimp, rosemary and lemon glazed chicken breast, blackened salmon with a tomato and avocado relish, and southern style pulled pork. Each dish was more delicious than the next. Samantha also went out of her way to create a menu that catered to the many dietary restrictions that were needed for everyone who attended. I highly recommend The Food Architects for all of your catering needs!

  I cannot say enough good things about The Food Architects. Seriously. Samantha was the point person for our wedding at Rutgers Gardens this September 2017, and she did an amazing job from start to finish. We initially chose Food Architects because we were looking for a caterer who would work with us to design the kind of menu we could be excited about, instead of the typical "column A, column B" options. They truly went above an beyond in helping us design an exciting, personal menu. When we couldn't find a chicken dish we liked, the chef came out personally and asked us what flavors we liked, and came up with a custom dish. When I wasn't crazy about the way a particular dish was prepared during our tasting, they worked with me to come up with a totally revamped version of it. In addition to the planning the menu, Samantha also helped us step by step with all the thousands of little details involved in the reception, from table decor to layout to lighting, to rentals. I must have asked a thousand questions and changed my mind a thousand times about little details, and every time, Samantha was patient, professional, and helpful. She made us feel completely supported and comfortable throughout the whole process, and I'm not sure we could have pulled it off without her help!
  
  Lastly, of course, the food! The food itself was honestly incredible, and I can't count how many of our guests came up to us to tell us it was some of the best wedding food they'd ever had. It was all unique and delicious, and all of it looked and tasted beautiful. There wasn't a single dish that wasn't better than we had expected, and the catering staff went out of their way to make sure we got to try every bite! If you have the chance to work with this caterer for your event, I'd recommend them in a heartbeat!

  My husband and I absolutely LOVED the Food Architects. We worked with Anthony and he was fantastic. He created a great menu and the food was so good! Everyone loved the food! Anthony and his team went above and beyond to make our day and all the details perfect.

  The food was AMAZING and Anthony is wonderful - I highly recommend The Food Architects! Given some crazy circumstances, my then fiance and I had to plan our DIY wedding for 100 people in less than 2 months and under a very tight budget. I can't even remember how I found Food Architects but thank goodness I did. From the get go, Anthony was so sweet and spent so much time giving me advice over multiple conversations on how I could reduce my costs for the wedding - everything from buying linens to what types of plates and silverware would be cheapest for us... things that he would not profit from what so ever.
  
  But what everyone is interested in is whether the food was good... I had SO many of our guests come up to us during and even after the wedding to say the food was amazing! Nobody ever goes to a wedding expecting to love the food, but that's what happened at our wedding. And the most amazing thing was that even though we were probably working on the low end of what Anthony offered, no one, including us, would have been able to tell.
  
  Anthony and his staff are wonderful and I can't even begin to say how much I appreciate everything they did... especially Anthony.

  Want an enthusiastic, reliable, professional, and easy going caterer who you will love working with? Go no further than Anthony from Food Architects. He has the catering business down pat. The food is delicious. I generally find the food at every wedding, pretty forgettable. It has been a month since our wedding and our wedding guests still bring up how delicious the food was. Anthony was very available and always responded to phone calls and emails promptly. We were back and forth on a lot of ideas and he just went with the flow. I highly recommend these guys!
