The venue is beautiful inside and out. We had a great time and a great experience! They always responded right away to questions and took care of everything. They made sure we had a really great evening.

We celebrated our 50th Anniversary at the Fountains Wedding and Conference Center March 31, 2018 and were extremely pleased. The facility is beautiful, the food was great and the staff was very accommodating, I strongly recommend this facility for the aforementioned reasons.

I would recommend this venue to couples. I had my wedding at this venue. The room was decorated beautifully and the food and service was excellent. The staff helped me with my ceremony along with the planning process. I asked to drop off items for my tables the week of wedding, the staff was accommodating and placed the items on the guest tables for me along with my guest cards. I was especially thankful for the chef for making a dish that was for one of my guests who was gluten free despite the last minute add on. I was very pleased with the overall professional service and help for my wedding day.

I had my ceremony and reception at the Fountains. My terrace ceremony was decorated beautifully and the grand ballroom was stunning. It was how I pictured it! From the bridal suites where my bridal party got ready to the end of the reception, it was a wonderful and memorable. The staff was extremely helpful and the food and service was excellent. My guests and more importantly my family were very pleased. I have guests still today that talk about how the food was the best they ever had. I would highly recommend the Fountains for your wedding.

The venue is beautiful! I stayed at the nearby hotel to attend the ceremony and reception. Everything was very convenient. The food and service was excellent. The employees were friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful time there. I would recommend for brides looking for a unique, spacious and elegant venue.

My husband and I had our rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony and reception at The Fountains. We could not have asked for a more perfect day!

The staff- the staff is awesome! They have planners on site to assist you along the way and are willing to set up any decor or favors you have for your day. They are wonderful about walking you through your special day to ensure that everything is smooth and perfect! We worked with Angie and she was at our rehearsal dinner and our entire wedding ceremony and reception to make sure everything went as planned!

The venue - Gorgeous...inside and outside! Great space! Bridal suite and groomsman suite are perfect for getting ready on that special day.

The food - delicious! We were a little concerned that the food would be different at our wedding buffet as it was at our 1:1 scheduled tasting but we were wrong! The food was just as delicious and the presentation is amazing! The staff truly makes sure that the food is well displayed, tastes delicious, and is served well.

We were so pleased with our choice to have our wedding at The Fountains...it truly made our special day absolutely perfect!

The Fountains made my day perfect. The food was amazing and the ballroom was gorgeous. The staff was friendly and accommodating to many special requests. We have since booked my sisters graduation party in the Steakhouse, can't wait!!

We could not have asked for anything more for our special day! From the moment we met Angela, the fountains event planner, we new we were in great hands. Not only is Angela beautiful on the outside, she is beautiful on the inside. She made us feel so special from the moment we met her. The venue was spectacular! I had my wedding and reception at the fountains, and everyone thought it was gorgeous! It was very fairytale! And so professional, down to the servers all dropping the dinner plates at once at each table.
I loved every minute of our wedding, and Kim was PERFECT, she was there every second of the wedding if I needed ANYTHING, and made it an easy planning too!

I could not have had my wedding at a better location. It was so beautiful and Kim was so helpful. It all helped make our day so speacial.

My contact person Angie was extremely helpful,knowledgeable,and dealt with us very professionally as well as friendly.All my guest were also impressed by the event. And had ton of questions as they are resident of Salisbury and getting ready to get their sons and daughters marry, It was my first experience and Angie made me Pro in this event planning. Thanks to her and the management of the Fountains............

The Fountains was the perfect place to have a wedding. From getting married on the grand staircase to dancing under the canopy, they make you feel like you are royalty. Breann bent over backwards to make sure that I was always happy. The wedding went flawlessly. The food was great (coming from multiple guests at the wedding) and the venue was beautiful. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants the fairytale wedding.

Thankful for the opportunity to have met the new owner and his son of The Fountains. They worked hard to meet my needs and make all of my dreams come true! Molly their Event Planner went above and beyond to keep in touch with me all the way through the planning process to make sure everything went smoothly! The food was outstanding, servers were very helpful and polite, and Molly worked all night to keep myself and my guests happy! A huge thank you to Molly for all of her hard work. And, thank you to both the owner and his son for working with me when needed to pull off a wedding that will be talked about for years to come! Thank you for the memories!

This place is absolutely breath taking. It really makes you feel like you are a princess. My guest were amazed at how beautiful the venue was. All and all that being said there are a few issues from a business side. I had a total of 5 wedding corrdinators while planning my wedding over the course of 12 months this is pretty scary ladies one word STABILITY. There is a new person there #5 Heather. She was absolutely wonderful I hope that you can keep her. Ceremony was held on the grand stair case and it was beautiful it takes your breath away. If they can improve on their retention issue Im sure things will work out for them. Its just scary to be plannig such and expensive event and you change site coordinators like the weather it makes people a little uneasy thinking that your business is not stable. Heather I wish you all the luck and the Fountains is a pretty amazing venue it just needs to be ran a little better.
Catering: ladies beware. We went to our tasting and the food was wonderful we were so pleased with our menu selections for our event but what was served was a whole different story. The food did not look or taste like the food that was sampled. So what you taste and what you get are 2 different things. We choose the encrusted chix with honey and bread crumbs. Not only did it not come encrusted or with bread crumbs when the server sat it in front of me I asked her what is this. It look awful and tasted even worst. I guess this may also be an effect of their revolving door staff. When you pick something and you pay for it you want to get what you paid for or at least something that looks like it. It was a very lack luster presentation and very poor taste.

The venue is beautiful, but I would NOT recommend this venue for a wedding! My now husband and I went through 5 different coordinaters up until our wedding day. That forced us to hire our own coordinators, who we couldn't have done it without them. You communicate with 2 people there and they both say different things. Breann is the best to deal with! At the last minute, they decreased our decorators time to clean up, which we didn't know about. They had a party booked directly after our wedding, which left our decorators scrambling to get out of the venue because they decreased the original time for them to clean up. I expected more from a larger venue.

The venue is beautiful and has plenty of space. The biggest problem is the rate of turnover with the coordinators. We went through four different coordinators during the planning of our reception. This was the hardest part of the process since we would have to go over our details pretty much from scratch each time.
Overall, this was probably the largest headache during the planning of our wedding day.

The venue is beautiful and my wedding went beautiful and smoothly no thanks to the venue since I never heard from the coordinator the month of when I made sure everything was a good that was discussed with my 2nd coordinator. I was argued with the night before about arrival time which I had documented proof but was said it was irrelevant and a feature I paid extra for and was argued that I never paid even though it was boldly in the paid in full invoice. If you choose this establishment keep all documentation handy and record every thing. The experience was stressful because it was made that way because of no communication amongst the revolving door of employees.
